My daughter and I had a great experience here. It was a back to school beauty day for us. The girl who did my daughters pedicure, manicure and hair was fabulous. She made my daughter feel extra special. We will definitely be back.

I am overdue rating Arcadya. Growing up in Chicago I was accustomed to getting great haircuts in the big city, and after moving to NH it was a long process to find a good hair salon. Once I found Joni and Arcadya I have never needed to look further. Joni truly takes the time to listen to what I want and then makes the magic happen. She is a true master stylist and has kept me looking my best for years now. My recent haircut has made me so happy. Joni knows how to make subtle changes that change up my style and make me feel like Ive never looked better And, my color is amazing! On top of that, Joni and her staff are welcoming, professional, and fun to be around. Thank you, Joni, and thanks also to Deb S for suggesting Arcadya to me years ago.

I’ve been going here for a while now at first the service was great but as the months went by, the prices were going up drastically. Also, I had gotten my hair and makeup done for prom here and was completely embarrassed from the way everything came out. The first hour into prom my hair fell down from out of its bun, the makeup was horrific. The makeup stylists are definitely not professional at all! I thought I would give them another chance to get my perm done, and they said it would be no problem. The hairdresser that did my perm did not listen to what I was telling her that I actually wanted. I said I wanted a loose curl and instead I received a beach wave. I was not familiar seeing as it was my first perm but I let it go and kept the beach wave. Now, perms are supposed to last 6 months, my mom used to get them all the time as a teenager. My perm did not even last 1 month. We had called back to see if they would be kind enough to redo it since I was so upset and paid $140.00 for it, but everyone was saying how it was my fault and that I should have come sooner. The receptionist was rude does not know how to use good customer service because when my Mom called she would have an attitude for no reason, when my Mom asked her simply asked why the prices were increasing every month? My Mom and I are disappointed with this place and will definitely not be going back!

Just got my lashes done and they are AMAZING! Marina was wonderful, her personality is great! I would recommend getting lashes done by her anytime!

I go here for pedicures and waxing, usually done by Melinda and she is ABSOLUTE amazing. Ive seen a few other ladys there too and they are all really great. I love this place so much I even bring my boyfriends mom their for special me days!
