Had a good experience yesterday my son was seen on time, The price was great and the staff was very friendly, they answered all my questions in a very helpful manner. We will be coming here for all of our dental needs. Sending my family there too.

Me and my friend visited the front office to give our dental insurance details & waited a month for our first dental appointment to get our teeth cleaned.We were on time on the day of the appointment but were made to wait for more than 1 hour while the front office verified our dental coverage. This should have been done before as other customer-oriented dental clinics do and simply for efficiency of front office time.I was then ushered to wait on a dental chair in a cubicle and an assistant took several x-rays and waited for the dentist and waited. My friend was likewise ushered to a separate cubicle.Finally, Dr Juan came and he started UP SELLING. He specified certain teeth that needed to be pulled therefore requiring new set of partial dentures, teeth that have cavities, etc.Then he left the room as the Assistant said they will make another appointment for the cleaning. I asked Dr Juan how much his recommended dental work would cost as he left the cubicle. But he said the front office will give me a quotation on my way out.I then asked for my teeth to be cleaned but the Assistant informed me that it will have to be rescheduled for another day. Dr JuanI was so upset not only for the unnecessary long wait time to be seen and not getting my teeth cleaned that I insisted that they clean my teeth as this was the reason for my visit. Dr Juan eventually came back to do a quick cleaning of my teeth.On my way out, I asked the front office how much would the dental work that Dr Juan recommended be. I was quoted a ridiculous amount without even the cost of replacement for my partial dentures. I requested that the cost of the other recommended procedures be emailed for my consideration. The front office never emailed any quote for the cost of the other recommended procedures.My friend did not get her teeth cleaned.In the end, we decided NEVER to go back to this clinic because of this horrible experience.

If I could give them a 0 I would. First of all they lack knowledge in the dentistry field. I had a bad feeling the first time I went in, as the front receptionist spoke very unprofessional. Walked to the room and they wanted to start working on my teeth without any consultation nor procedure of what was to be done, so in other words they also lack communication. I started asking questions that they seemed to answer as if they knew what to say (played scene), so they insisted that they were going to do a filling and I said ok.Waited too long for them to come back and start working on it, as they started doing the filling I asked why are you working on another teeth that was not mentioned, so in other words they also lie. Now the tooth that they refilled with a filling due to supposably being damaged, now hurts when I eat and causes a lot of discomfort. I am now afraid to go to another dentist.So please dont go there as they will steal your money, and will not do the work legally.Contact BBB to file a complaint . You can also contact your Insurance company and they can guide you trough the process of filing a complaint.

This dentistry is very unprofessional with there work. They tell you one thing and at your next visit they tell you something completely different. They also request you get other expensive jobs done there with them just for the benefit of money. The ortho dentist brainwashes you to get other jobs done. They guarantee there work but they literally don’t make improvement in your smile. I would suggest if you run across them that you need to get other procedures done get a second opinion with another ortho that is way more profesional. Really not worth the money coming here. Staff is also rude. Terrible service.

They are amazing !!! The girls in the front, super nice and sweet! Staff in the back are also awesome!! I had a horrible pain wisdom tooth was coming out I had pain for days my dentist for years wouldn’t see me kept rescheduling me. Called IDental they got me in that same day and my tooth out!!! Thank you guys so much!!!!

Front office staff is so unproffesional, dont great you well, not polite and rude.

I wish they would keep the impression on record a little longer now I have to do the impression again and my teeth slightly moved and I’m in Germany now

I went to get 2 extractions done today, I was extremely nervous and literally shaking, the dentist who worked with me was very reassuring and kind. Not only did him and his assistant reassure me, they updated me on where they were in the extractions.. Glad to have found a place that can help with my anxiety and future dental needs.

Customer service is terrible, I had to call 3 times and waited a total of 25 min. Ive heard great things about the doctors and had planned to transfer but after this id rather take my business else where.

I like the dentist, but the office staff doesnt seem to care one way or the other if they help you or not, When they do respond to your questions, they are abrupt in their responses.I have had two appointments, and they have not called to remind me of either appointment. When I called to ask when my appointment was, I was told I missed it in a very unkind manner. When I explained I did not get a call, she told me I was called, but when I did not get a call for my second appointment, it makes me doubt that they actually called the first time.On the second visit, I had to wait an hour to see the dentist. They never mentioned that the doctor was running behind schedule, but instead let me sit there with nothing to do for the whole hour. Why do doctors, dentists and their staffs think our time is not valuable, and we have nothing better to do than just sit in their waiting rooms????I went in to have my fourth and fifth filling, and the doctor said the ex-ray showed a cavity when in fact there was no cavity. When I went to check out, I was told I needed to return to have the cavity filled. It seems the owner looked at the ex-ray and determined that I did indeed have a cavity. HE NEVER LOOKED AT MY TOOTH, BUT YET HE DETERMINED I HAD A CAVITY, AND NEEDED A FILLING! HUM! AMAZING TALENT! WELL I DID NOT BELIEVE HIM, BUT BELIEVED THE DENTIST THAT ACTUALLY LOOKED AT MY TOOTH! NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT COMPANY (DENTIST).

It’s makes me confused when I read bad reviews on here because from my experience Idental made you feel welcomed right when you enter through the door, if your there on time it goes by pretty fast no more then about 15 mins, the dentist were very caring, both dentist would check my teeth at an appointment everytime & I was very satisfied with my teeth, they may tell you a time where you get your braces off but it’s up to you to follow their directions! Thank you Idental!

I like the orthodontist there but the staff is rude and they talk about you right in front of you.

These people are taking advantage advantage of people and are scumbags!! I had an upper bridge done 9 months ago and it is still very uncomfortable and hurts my gums. I am NOT satisfied with the the lack of performance and sloppy dental work they halfway provided to me. THESE people are supposed to be highly trained and qualified to do the job and they did not deliver good performance instead bad attitudes. I was burned on the inside of my cheek as they were drilling, scarred the next day went to complain and they of course denied they did it. I will never go back to that PLACE and risk having more pain and losing more teerh!!!

I have a four year old child who was suffering from alot of tooth pain, this place was recommended by a friend of mine. I called and got an appointment the same day. The staff and provider were all so kind and friendly. While she was being examined the provider ( Shak Nemovi) was singing children songs to her which kept her calm. They were fast and efficient with referrals as well. I highly recommend them.

They take to long to call you in, they give an appointment at 12 and don’t call you in till 3pm.

Staff here are rude. They hang up and have you waiting until they hang up again.

Very bad service, I had to call three times for a crown and it was not in their system, how can it be possible that after two visits it is not in the system !!!! It is ridiculous that they are not professionally trained !!!
