Before seeing Dr. Nissa, I had been going to a different chiropractor. I wasn’t feeling any improvements so I wanted a second opinion, and I’m really glad I chose her! At my new patient appointment, Dr. Nissa was able to tell me and explain exactly what was wrong with my back and why I was experiencing pain. She was very thorough in her assessment. In my previous experience with a different chiropractor, my pain and movement was not assessed and they never explained to me what was even wrong before trying to treat me. I’ve been seeing Dr. Nissa for several months now and my pain has improved tremendously! Jessica at the front desk is also extremely kind, one of the best receptionists I’ve met. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Nissa has been working with me for almost a year and I have really enjoyed my time receiving care at her practice. She really helped me get through some painful situations with my sciatic nerve and shes currently helping me get through injuries I sustained in an automobile accident. Im glad my brother referred me to her.

Worst chiropractor (Dr. Jones) Ive ever been to in my life, would give zero stars if I could. On my first visit she snapped on her office staff in front of patients, then slammed the door just before coming to do my adjustment! Had me concerned that she would take her frustration out on me during my adjustment! I felt, after the first visit this lady had an anger problem and even told my mom, but i figured it was just a bad day and not to judge. So I came back.This incident occurred on my last visit: I was in tears and intense pain from what I later found out to be a herniated disc and several other diagnosis codes, she seemed upset with me that i had not followed up with my appointments as she directed, but I told her i had been bedridden and in too much pain to travel to her practice. She asked me to climb on the table to lay on my stomach. I was struggling with the amount of pain I was experiencing. I was in alot of pain and crying. I just couldnt do it. I kept telling her I couldnt lay down, it hurt too much and how much pain I was in. She was impatient and annoyed with me and came behind me (with no warning or permission) and yanked my ankle causing me to end up laid out on the table. If I hadnt been in so much pain i probably would have hit her for that. I was so upset at being treated that way I said nothing else the rest of the service and afterwards, while she talked to my mom, I sat in the lobby with tears in my eyes and in shock of what I had just experienced. I told my mom in the car ride home what happened. My mother was shocked because she thought so highly of her and felt so much guilt for recommending her to me. I told her I will never go back to such an unprofessional person and we havent since. Also, I remember the Broadway/Disney musicals being way too loud.I wouldnt have written a bad review off of one bad experience. People have bad days, people make bad first impressions, it happens. But this was my experience with her each time and this was not ok.

I am so glad that I started chiropractic care. After my accident, I experienced a lot of strength and stiffness. Now I can move and exercise.

Today marks one week since my first ever exam and adjustment! I felt like my upper back/ribs were made of concrete and had constant neck pain. After just 3 treatments (Fri/Wed/Fri), I now have full range of motion, slept last night better than I have in months, and haven’t taken any pain medicine in days! All of those things are really big deals!!! Very grateful for the care I’ve received and the efforts they are making to keep everyone safe and healthy, during the pandemic. Highly recommended!!!

Had a 10 year old hip/lower back injury that was diagnosed as a sprained knee and with one visit, Dr. Nissa was able to get my balance back right. From walking with a limp like I was about to tip over to being able to do back bends again. For years, I had been unable to sit indian-style for more than 5 minutes without cramping up/feeling numb with pins and needles in my right leg, but honestly I couldnt be happier to feel the relief my right side has from her chiropratic expertise. I recommend her to all the 90s babies thats pushing into their 30s because we starting to feel those aches but she will get you back straight frfr! LITERALLY

I recently began treatment with Total Health Chiropractic and Wellness Center. Dr. Jones is very detailed-oriented and pays special attention to my needs as a new patient. She has a variety of treatments so your body does not get comfortable with just one method. So far, I do feel improvements in my wrists range of motion and less pain. After the first visit, my appointment lasts no more than 45 minutes tops.

My experience with Total Health far exceeded my expectations. I am not from the area, but was living in Macon temporarily for work. I did not expect to find a provider to meet my chiropractic needs during my stay, but I found that and more at Total Health. Professional, friendly, and welcoming environment. They offer many post-adjustment therapeutic options. The administrative staff are welcoming and were able to answer any questions I had about my coverage for therapeutic services.
