Called at 9:30 a.m., was greeted with a hello. Had to do the awkward is this dandy electric yes... ok. Guy said he could be by between 3 and 4. Great! I texted him my address as he requested. i waited. I shot a text at 3:30 wondering about what time he would swing by. No reply no show at all. Wish I wouldve known so I couldve gotten someone else by. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.
