Bigger than most if not all goodwill stores in the area. Lots to choose from & @ a great price. I always find a few things at this particular store. This goodwill is my personal favorite. Its always busy with customers but with the large sized interior, theres plenty of room to go around each other.Handicapped accessable & parking.

One of if not the best Goodwill in the region. Huge selection and kept clean and tidy. The book section is smaller in recent years here but the shoe selection has grown greatly! A must visit for thrifters.

I want to amend the staff for what they did today. My girlfriend and I were in this goodwill. My girlfriend has a legit task trained service dog, and we were doing are thing shopping when we hear barking really close. What do you know there was a fake service dog in a cart growling and barking at my girlfriends real service dog who has had almost 2 years of special training. I told the employee working and her and the manager kicked them out. Finally a store that actually cares about disabled people with real service dogs.

Friendly staff and spacious store on high traffic road. Plenty of parking and a great place to shop clothes and books. I come for the media like CDs and DVDs this location however doesnt have a lot to choose from. Its a good place to visit weekly or monthly but it isnt as full of merchandise like other locations in our area.

Huge variety for women,not much for Men.

On at least 3 occasions I have left a variety of household merchandise, shoes, handbags, etc. and encountered very rude employees. Even today leaving a large box of very nice stuff.A very grumpy man ask me what was in the box when when I said hello. I ask him could he even say hi and his response was he was sorry. He was having a bad day. Seems like thats the state of employees temperament when theyre working there. In the future, I will leave my donations at a different place. One that appreciates donations.This place needs to change their name to BADWILL.

Items are ok sometimes, but they overprice items that at the end have been donated to them. I used to buy here frequently but theres a lady that treats customers like thieves. She told the manager to come look at our items price while we were paying and see wasnt even the cashier, and this is not the first time. Treating customers like that well a frequent customer here wont go back to this store. And will make sure this goes all the way to the higher management. The guy that works as a cashier is always nice, polite and educated not like this lady if I can even call her a lady. Maam your customer service skills are minus cero.

Lots of great things here. The clothes are sorted by items, but not size. If you are looking for a particular size, you could spend a lot of time looking through their aisles and aisles of clothes. Great to have a thrift store around, though!

We are frequent customers of this store.the merchandise was fine but the woman somewhat rude.she was nice a checkout.overall a ok experience.😐

We were waiting for someone to helps us load a desk we just bought and they announced they were closing. A key holder told us they were closed we needed to leave. We explained our situation that we were waiting but she was very ugly and rude. She needs some customer service skills.

Good area, so this Goodwill actually has some good finds. Better than the other one by Walmart.

Fast and friendly service. Very cheap and mostly good quality clothing. Some appliances or misc items are dingy but other than that its perfect for people who come from low income families!

Ive been shopping here for years. Love the store. Its really shaped up , organized, clean, and all most all the staff are helpful and friendly. The biggest problem Ive encountered is one of the night help ladies . She decided for whatever reason to be rude to me , not helpful, never welcomes me , speaks ,or is kind in any way. Ive overheard her gossip to other employees as well as customers. The store has way to much gossip going on. Employees have gossiped to me about other customers who come there regularly. I just shake my head . Other than that I think its a great place to shop. My favorite one is on wards road. Ive never had any problems at any of the other Goodwills , or for that matter, any store Ive ever been to in Lynchburg. I guess it was just my turn to be included in the gossip train there. Btw, the trouble started when Id had enough of her rudeness towards me and she decided to try to make me angry. Childrens books are 10 cents each. She took half or more of the books and tried to charge me 2.00 each saying they were hard cover .... Three fourths of the childrens books are hard cover. Anyway, thats my experience there. The gossiping and this woman are the two downfalls of this store.

So we went to donate toys in a cardboard box the box had a couple rips in in and they said that we had to put it back in our car and take it with us so now we have to go to the dump and throw away toys that other kids could have injoyed playing with. Like I think that is just rude of the person who wouldn’t let us donate the toys

I went to donate clothes, shoes and other miscellaneous items here and the staff was a big help in unloading everything and giving me a receipt for taxes for all I donated.
