This company will apparently hire ANYONE with a degree. I work in a public school that uses NCG (for now) and one of their employees who is a male is constantly pushing up on teachers and making other female staff at our school feel uncomfortable. He is married and recently had a baby but that does not stop him. This particular man was removed from a school for hitting on teachers by the director of NCG. They put him back in a school one year later and his behaviors have not changed. It is impossible to reach the director and apparently he hired his own sister in law as the assistant director so there are no real checks and balances.
