Place is very disgusting trash everywhere. Indian lady there was very rude and rushing me. Then proceeds to sit down and watch a podcast while 3 people were waiting

Has issues the first time I came but they definitely made up for it during the second round. The lady in the morning very nice about it and explained to me any misunderstandings.

I called they said you didnt need an appointment. I get there told to just sit down. Other people walk in they get waited on before me and then I stand up to get back in line,was told to sit back down. Never did get waited on left. Id go somewhere else theyre rude.

I went there to take a test that i had took already and thought that something was wrong so wanted to repeat the test already traumatized told her to double check the email she did waited for the results and received the wrong results even more upsetting knew the party and everything this is confidential and could be sued called her talked to employee was very nice still hadnt heard from the manager she final called and i told her ima give you a chance to make it right she offered me 20.00 off 199.00 i would have felt better if at least half was offered this is are second time using them and the first time was great never read the reviews until now at least try to make it right hell 50.00 would have been better then 20.00

Highly recommend. I had a great experience. I called before going in to find out what the test would cost. The lady that I spoke with was incredibly helpful and cheerful. Upon arriving (mid-afternoon), there was no wait and I was helped immediately. The process was quick. I filled out paperwork and then was immediately taken back for my blood work to be completed. Any questions that I had the lady was more than happy to answer. I am impressed with AnyLabTestNow and plan to both use and recommend them in the future!

Great service! My veins are always very difficult to get to and the employee who worked the morning of 6/6/2020 did an excellent job helping to get my hands warmed up enough to get my blood drawn. Will definitely recommend.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HEREThe lady we dealt with yesterday with a strong Indian accent. Had absolutely no idea what she was doing. She was not one bit helpful and was not trying to help in any way even after mentioning we drove 2 hours to get there. She told us to come back tomorrow. We are appalled that such customer service exists. Really she needs to be fired.

I go here often as I am self pay for all my medical and they are way way less expensive than my doctors office for the same test.I’m here once a month getting my blood work checked for my cholesterol and my thyroid i have been self treating and want to see which methods have been working and where my test results stand. So it’s nice I can come here I don’t need a doctors order to get the blood work done and for a fraction of the cost and no doctors visit required just to get an order to have blood work done.

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THIS LAB TESTING FACILITY. AS A WALK IN ON A SATURDAY MORNING BEFORE LABOR DAY, THEY WORKED ME RIGHT IN. THE ACTUAL BLOOD DRAW WAS PAINLESS, AND FAST. I WILL USE THIS AGAIN WHEN IN THE AREA.

The receptionist was nice enough but their hours have recently changed to closing at 12:30 on Saturdays. I wasnt able to get a screening done because their answering machine, website, and Google still doesnt reflect this change of hours. Be aware because you have to be there an hour before closing time to get anything done.

The place smells and is rather dirty.The lady that took my blood, didnt hardly say 5 words to me while I was there. Not to mention she blew my vein! Just because a vein is visible doesnt mean you should stick it; she didnt even palpate the vein prior to sticking it. Also, she didnt wear gloves.

I have been here twice for blood tests and a B12 shot. No appointment, no wait, in and out without issue, results next day, reasonably priced testing for those without insurance. Have recommended to friends and family.

Have been here twice and both times I went I had to call after not receiving results. The first time “they wrote down the wrong e-mail address” and the second time “they forgot to send the results.”Upon arriving to take my blood test the only woman working ignored me and ran in the back room to finish her personal phone call. She was also clueless on the services I wanted and I had to pull up their website to show her the test I wanted. Will definitely never go here again.

This place is the best I called so many other places the Health Departments everywhere no one can get me in and no one could give me an HIV test and this place rocked out please go here I promise you its worth your time and money

I got my Titers required for work.I was in and out with in 15 minutes and staff was very knowledgeable about the required tests. Test results were available next day.Very affordable compared to other places

My wife and I LOVE going here for all our lab work!The prices are EXTREMELY good when you compare to having the work done at your doctors office....and when we are without insurance coverage for the moment, that is HUGE for us when trying to shave expenses for medical things!Fela is the nurse we usually deal with, and she is just plain AWESOME! Friendly, fast with all the peperwork, etc....and she is very good with the blood draw procedures!A 5-star rating, for sure!!

I love this place! I was having some problems and did some research and wanted to know my thyroid levels. I got in on Saturday and had results on Monday. The test proved a problem. Now I can contact my doctor knowing what is in store for me. THANK YOU So much for being there! This will now be the only place I get labs done!

The attending phlebotomist there is the worst I have come across so far. She does not have any customer service skills , she s super rude and has no disregard for the patients! She stuck me to draw blood and while doing so she kept moving and rotating the needle while the needle was still in my vein! And of course that was excruciating but she did not care for a bit and kept on doing so. When it was done and I was set to leave I said bye to her and sure enough she did not even respond! So avoid this place at all cost !!!

Ive used Any Lab Test Now many times and have had no problems. Staff are very good at what they do.

The nurse blew out a nerve in my arm before proceeding to the other arm where I was bruised as well. She took blood from a person before me and did not change her gloves. She proceeded to handle things with the gloves on including the pen, clipboard, and well as touching her face many times. Then as if that was not enough, the phone rang and she answered that with the gloves STILL ON! Then she proceeded to attempt to draw my blood and damage the nerve in my right arm and a week later I still cannot fully extend my arm without a lightning shock going up my arm. STAY AWAY!

I got vitamin B12 shot there last week. It was so convenient & quick service.Their staff was so friendly. I am sure I am going there for my future blood work test & vitamin B12 shots.

My husband and I both had to have labs done through here. We both have bruised arms from the phlebotomist hitting a nerve. The lady also had gloves on but touched her face three times and moved her hair away from her face. Why bother with the gloves at that point? I also had to pee in a cup, the bathroom was filthy and there was not any soap to wash hands after. I do not ever intend on going back and will let the company know who sent us about the unsanitary place.

Hands down the worst lab Ive ever been to. They dont care about who comes in, you will be waiting for hours and I would not recommend this place to anyone

I have enjoyed the experience and the knowledge that they have to give to the customer. They also have a lot of information to give out as well.

The worker didnt say 5 words to me. No hello when I walked in. I was the only person in there. I told her what I needed, she walked away and without even turning her head said follow me she then points to where Im suppose to sit, jams a needle in my arm, slaps a bandaid on, missing the needle poke area, the bandaid fell off immediately, she walked off with my blood samples without saying a word and that was that. I was still bleeding a lot and had a bruise forming before I even got home.

In and out seem to be slightly under staffed probably due to the Limited hours on Saturdays other than that everything went fine

You dont know whos next here. There are 15 people waiting and all they say is next and when you ask who is next they dont even know..I was told on the phone they dont do appointments and this lady shows up with an appontment.

Paperwork was copied so many times it was illegible. Posters are taped up on the wall and crooked. Carpet was super dirty and the chair wheel protector under the desk was so old that the wheels had worn though years ago. Gross.

This was my first time coming to any lab for blood work the lady took the needle and jab it in my arm that still hurts from 9 this morning and I have a bruise so people beware!!!
