I went to a clinic and they gave me a prescription to get at cvs on Alpine. I had to wait for it. I got an automated call saying I couldnt get the inhaler. I tried calling back and the automatic system said I couldnt get it till Friday. 2 day wait for something I been able to get before when having same lung infection. Been sick a week now with no meds, no antibiotics. I cant get a real person on phone to find out why or if I have option to pay out of pocket for it. Im not going to be sick by the time I get anything.

I used this store for the first time this morning. I always try to use the same pharmacy but I have one prescription that is complicated to fill. When I walked in I was greeted by staff and got back to the pharmacy where I had Nikki the pharmacist. She was so pleasant and helpful. She went the extra mile in taking time with my prescription and making sure I got the lower price I will definitely be going back.

I have been going to this cvs since it was Osco. Over 45 years. Dont know what you did to the folks that were in the pharmacy .they knew you and said hello Mrs....but the people there now I had to wait over 10 minutes before someone finally came up to ask my name so I could pick up my meds. Then not very pleasant at all. Now they could see me standing there. And I understand the problems with help now but they need a course in customer service. Very un happy with this store I might want to checkout the other stores to see if the help is better.

Pharmacy staff are rude. They are very inefficient at this location. There was 7 pharmacy staff working and it still took them 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the pick up counter for my medications.

*This post is not in regards to the store* Its about the pharmacy. They are beyond rude and have ZERO customer service. I have tried calling the store several times this past week to confirm a Rx and the wait time has been 30+ minutes.In addition to that, when the phone rings back, they pick it up, ramble something along the lines of We are busy and place you right back on hold. Someone needs to work with this team on how to be more customer centric, and professional. This is ridiculous. You can at least acknowledge me before putting me back on hold. But if this is how you choose to run your business, best of luck!

Tried to get covid-19 testing done. Got the rudest pharmacist ever. I thought these people were here to help. Definantly will not take my business to CVS again. Ive read all the reviews for this place and apparently I am not the only one who has had problems with rude, un-caring staff. This place needs to fire and rehire new staff.

Both prescriptions on special order. Didnt say when they would be ready. Called to check and person I talked to was up in space some where. Probably took my meds and thats why they are out.

Newer location. Busy intersection.

I very rarely leave a bad review but I cant believe this location stays in business. I only use the pharmacy because it is mandated by insurance and this is the closest to my home. Rude technicians, prescriptions are never done when they say 20 minutes its at least an hour. Rude on the phone, took 25 minutes on hold to talk to someone after waiting 15 minutes and 11 minutes earlier. Will try a different location. Not going back to this one.

Is it just me or does the outside of this store look like a forest? Looks as though they haven’t had anyone out to trim the bushes/trees and are so overgrown into the parking spot causing them to scratch up the front of the cars. I’d love to send pictures. I mean let’s try and keep our town looking nice nice.. the people inside are great but staring to not want to go to this one just on the account that the outside looks rundown. 🙁

SUPER FRIENDLY!Everyone was very polite and friendly, the young man at the cash register took all my coupons with so much patience then asked me if I found everything I was looking for, I told him no he asked me what was it that I needed and stopped mid transaction to find it for me, THAT WAS AWESOME! Customer service here is great! Thank you CVS for an awesome experience. You guys are great!

Been using this pharmacy for almost 30 years, maybe more. Had such a bad experience last night I couldnt believe it. Asked questions about an existing prescription while they were filling a new one. Apparently those questions put them a little behind, so instead of calling us up when they finished the fill, they did not, and made us wait until we finally asked about 40 min later. They seemed to think this was funny. VERY unprofessional pharmacist. Will NOT happen again.

Pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful. Only weird thing is there doesnt seem to be an entrance from either Riverside or Alpine, so you have to go a weird way to get into the parking lot.

Its a bit awkward to get in and out of, they do have a drive- thru.. And a good inventory. Very clean. They do how ever have a RedBox! I am referring to the one @ Riverside & Alpine.But I think this is where I will switch my scripts to beacause my current CVS is always packed. So even though it might be quiter but hopefully the wait @ the pharmacy is 30min not hrs. Last time I went it was 15min. Anyway I see how that is in fact a hidden gem.
