I’ve never had a more painful experience at a dentist then with Dr. Zammuto. I don’t think he even waited long enough for the anesthesia to kick in. After a month and a half of pain and no support from Mulford Dental Group, we will be leaving!

Dr. Jon saw me immediately on August 10, 2020 for a painful tooth. He assessed my symptoms the best he could with the information provided and the X Ray results. Unfortunately his diagnosis of bruised tooth was incorrect. On August 11, I made an appointment for a second opinion. That opinion was an abscessed tooth. Antibiotics were prescribed and a root canal scheduled all in a matter of 24 hours. Im hopeful had I notified Dr. Jon about the ongoing acute pain I was experiencing after the initial contact he would have made the proper referral. In my opinion Dr. Jon is a competent and caring Dentist.

I’ve been to multiple dentists in Eugene and Mulford is the best! They’re so gentle and kind and I’ve always had great appointments.

Extremely disappointed in Dr. Zammuto. After being a patient at Mulford Dental Group for over 20 years, my family of 6 was denied same day scheduling. They state that their practice is to separate family members into different day visits as to not jeopardize seat time in the event of a cancellation. Therefore, if you have more than 3 people in your family and you like to have your annual cleanings done on the same day or you live further than 15 minutes from the office, you might want to consider a different dentist.

It had been a while since I had gone to a dentist. I just never found someone I could really trust .... until a friend referred me to Dr. Jon. I hesitantly made an appointment, trusting her stellar reviews and to my surprise, the staff far exceeded my expectations! Ive had to go a few times now to finish treatments and I can say hands down Dr. Jon and his staff make it a pleasant, enjoyable experience. I no longer fear the dentist. They are genuine people who care about their patients and you can tell. Thank you so much for your kindness and making me feel at ease!

Started going here and was initially very impressed with their services. The second to last time I went for a standard cleaning I was on time for my cleaning and ended up waiting roughly 30 minutes. No big deal I was okay with that. Fast forward to my most recent scheduled cleaning. I was BARELY 5 minutes late due to traffic and was told that they would not be able to take me and I would have to reschedule. I made arrangements and left work early for this appointment. It is apparent that this establishment does not value their client’s time. I will not be returning to this clinic.

I LOVE everything about this dental office. The staff is amazing and Dr. Vince Zammuto is such a great guy.Due to insurance reasons, we had to go to a new dentist after being with Mulford Dental for years. After my first cleaning with the new office, I was on the phone with Mulford Dental as soon as I got in my car to schedule an appointment for my son; even though they are out of network for us.Everyone at Mulford Dental treats you like family. They are so nice and personable. This office knows how to have fun! You are not just another patient to them. They care about you and your family. You receive outstanding dental care here.You will not be disappointed!You will not be disapointed
