This is the only place that actually stuck. During the pandemic nobody wovld help they gave a chance and I haven t looked back since Im so thankful now I have my family and life back thank so much.

Let me just start by saying how grateful I am to have found Dr.Goyal! From the second i called and explained my situation he has done nothing but help me. I was very impressed by his overall compassion and professionalism. Not many doctors go out of their way to try to help you or get you the help you need. Or even care. Dr.Goyal is truly a godsend. If it was not for him and Pat and his team I dont know how I would be able to do this...their support and encouragement is everything to me. It makes you feel good to to know your not alone. Thank you so much AWS and Dr. Goyal! You saved my life.

Dr Goyal I can honestly say is the reason Im still here fighting ! Hes a great Doctor. He actually listens and cares. If it wasnt for him I probably wouldnt be alive right not. He even helped diagnose my hassimottotos. Thank you doctor Goyal and Melissa!

This is the worst Dr I ever went too. Cut me off no warning just because he quit taking my insurance. Would never ever recommend him. Found a much better place that actually cares.

While the Doctor himself did his best to treat his patients, I’d like to inform everyone of the behavior to be expected from the person who serves as the receptionist at the front desk. Dr. Goyal discharged me as a patient on 12/3/18 because of the backlash that came from the receptionist. Due to a rescheduling of an appointment made by the receptionist, I missed an appointment as I use transportation that requires two business days notice to get there. With that being said, I was out of my medication long before my next appointment date which just so happened to be the day of a snow storm that resulted in the office being closed. Melissa, the receptionist assured me my medication would be called in no later than that evening 11/26. It was not. Tuesday 11/27 I called to inform her I was experiencing severe symptoms due to lack of medication and she shrugged it off and blamed me for it in an attempt to justify her inability to follow through with her promise. Later that afternoon after I had contacted the pharmacy expecting my refill to be there, again it was not. When I contacted her again, in tears and as respectful as possible, she informed me that “her crown broke on her tooth and that her priority was getting that fixed NOT worrying about me (the patient) right now and my refill” and hung up on me. I have never met someone who is as rude and careless as she is as she did not put the care and health of the doctors patients at the top of her priority list. I can understand needing to see a dentist but blatantly telling me her problem was more important than following through with her promise and guarantee to send my medication almost two full days prior to this phone call is inexcusable. Again, now I am discharged as a patient because of her inability to follow through with her promises that never should have been made in the first place. Be advised that when you see this doctor if for any reason at all you make the princess who answers the phone mad, you will be discharged with no regard to your health.

After Being a Patient for a year I was Discharged Because I missed an appointment although I contacted them ahead of time telling them I could not make it and i was stuck at work..... The Problem I have is they Never bothered to tell me i was kicked out and needed to find a new provider I called to set an appointment after i was about to run out of my addiction medication to be told the Dr. would no longer see me.... So I was left High and Dry to try and find a new provider in a 1 day period of time or go back to street drugs or just suffer it out..... HOW IS THAT HELPING ANYONE. Who does that? gives no warning no heads up at all just your on your own figure it out after being dependent on the medication he prescribed for a year.......

Great service, Very friendly, I could not find anywhere in town that medical card covered everything until I found AWS! THEY HAVE TRULY HELPED SAVE AND CHANGE MY ENTIRE LIFE AROUND!

The services are great! This place saved my life! Melissa is so helpful and Dr Goyal is very caring! Anyone with negative reviews probably got discharged for negative behavior! Thankful for AWS
