Amazing people. First time finding a place like this and I was ready to bolt but amazing program that made me feel safe

The individuals who operate this facility are absolutely amazing. Non- judgmental, nice, helpful, and above all else they care about the struggling addict. Theyre quick to offer information about the drugs that are taking peoples lives at this time what they look like a very detailed description, and after effects. I recommend anybody that struggles with addiction and IV use to go to this location and use these people for help because they are amazing theres no other word to describe them.

I cannot complain at all about this place they do things that others cant they do things that others wont every time I show up or I ride there smiles warm up if anybody was to complain about this place it would honestly be because they were probably not paying attention and I mean as in the guest not the workers because the workers are on top of it theyre very professional classy clean and every one of them is absolutely adorable. Louisville metro syringe exchange program Im very blessed that you all have entered my life to help keep me as well as others Im around and as well as others that come around me safe from all alarms anyone who doesnt take advantage of this is absolutely ridiculously not normal because you can get HIV testing STD testing and multiple things done here and all you got to do is just simply say yes I was a little nervous at first the first time I went and s*** anybody be I guess but after going a few times I feel like Im home thank you so much

They are so helpful and so nice. Just want to say thank you for all the people who work there they are so helpful and everything and plus 8f you contract hep-c they will refer you to uofl where they have a hepatitis treatment center.

Very kind, informative and simple! Employees were so kind and generous, I didnt feel the slightest bit judged at all. They easily provided sterile and essential equipment to my friend and I, and even educated us on safety and preventative information. They refuse to deny anyone who goes there, and treat all with the utmost respect and dignity. I was reluctant to give them a shot at first, but now I make going there a priority when Im in the Louisville metro area. Very thankful for the information and services they offer to the community for no cost or hassle.

All the workers are really caring and helpful. They stay moving and working shi that people arent in there for a long time. They do A really good job.

They are very polite and super fast

I am not sure why they say they open today till 6 when they clearly were not. I am very upset cause its not easy for me to get down here. Normally I would have nothing but great things to say about them but there wasnt even a sign up. And the lady at the desk acted like I was stupid, like I shouldve physically known this.

The people are for the most part friendly and dont judge based on your using the service they provide. Courteous and respectful. Very informative

I have had the pleasure of meeting the councilors and peer support team that runs this program.They are very knowledgeable and up to date with the current opiod epidimic. They help with housing, food, shelter, clothing. Typically people that use dont have a support system. Its one of the the reasons they stay in addiction. Please donate today to the Needle Exchange Program. Its really a blessing in disguise.
