To get someone to call the pharmacy and get refills takes at least a week, so if you are low on medicine, beware! No compassion from the office or medical assistance even if it is a medicine you cannot be without. Finally had to call HR department to get it done!!

Alyse Harris works here and she is the absolute best primary care ive ever had. I can be completely honest with her about anything. She is hilarious and really knows Hows to talk to people. She makes the experience of going to the doc much more bearable. Thanks again!

Dr Wheeler is great with teenagers and adults. He spent a lot of time talking with my teenage son to find out what might be the problem. He talked to my son like a buddy and not a stuffy doctor and that allowed my son to open up and not be nervous. It was a great experience for everyone.

Rude, rude, rude! I made an appointment for my mom for a prescription refill In October. When I took her and the nurse said to me are you here for a prescription refill for your mom. I said yes and she also needs her ears cleaned according to the hearing aid representative she saw the day before. Two weeks after I take her in I get a call from the pharmacy saying she needs a refill on one of her prescriptions. I told the pharmacy I just took her in to the doctor for refills so she should have numerous refills. Yesterday I got another call from the pharmacy saying she had two prescriptions that needed to be refilled. So I called the doctor’s Office again and told them I had just taken my mom in to see the doctor for prescription refills. I just got a callback from Alisa and she was so rude. She was talking over me. Raising her voice. She said that I brought my mom in for ear cleaning. I told her to check back on the appointments and it was clearly for prescription refills I just added the ear cleaning because I found out about it the day before. She said no you are wrong that she had checked the appointment and it was made for ear cleaning. I said I made the appointment and I know what it was made for and it was made for prescription refills. I also told her that my mom is 95 years old and not in good health so when I take her to the doctor I ask the doctor to address her multiple concerns. Alicia said that they have a lot of older patients and they can’t make exception for just one. I told her that I was not asking her to make an exception I was asking her to refill her prescriptions that she made the appointment. The last time I took my mom in for a prescription refill I had this same problem about getting refills. She then went on to tell me that if I make the appointment for ear cleaning that’s all my doctor will do she will not refill prescriptions. I tried to explain to her the appointment was made for prescription refill and I found out about the ear cleaning the day before. She said you cannot do that you can only make the appointment for one thing at a time. I said do you mean to tell me that you can only have one concern when you see the doctor. When I see my doctor I have multiple concerns. She then said to me are you seeing a doctor in this office and I said no. She said the doctor in this office can only see one person for one concern at a time. She recommended that I find another doctor for my mother.. This conduct is so unprofessional and absurd. At the end of the conversation she said she was going to call the pharmacy and get prescription refills on all of her prescriptions for five refills. She also said that she would have her supervisor Mary call me. I’m still waiting for the call. I wanted to add that Mom is seeing Dana Tinsdale APRN and Dana is wonderful! I’ve also had a wonderful experience with the front office staff.

I used to love this practice before Baptist took it over. Now the docs have to rush through every appointment, barely look at you because theyre looking at and notating every thing on their tablet and the receptionists Ive dealt with just arent very helpful or kind.

I am 51-years-old and have been going here since I was in 2nd grade. My mom used to work here about 30-40 years ago. I have always trusted all of these doctors. However, I went to one of the doctors who didnt inform me of a problem I shouldve been informed about (pre-diabetes) therefore, when it all blew up, I was shocked to know I was diabetic! I considered changing to a whole different office somewhere else, but I needed to go back and ended up seeing Amy Davis. SHE IS AWESOME!!! If you need to go to the doc, Amy is very patient, uplifting and informative. (I only gave 4 stars because all of my other great years, except the diabetes non-information)

This facility has now left myself or my wife waiting for more than an hour to be seen ON A CONSISTENT BASIS. Never as much as apology. We will be looking for new PCPs. (for the record, our drs were ok) I dont know if the problem originates in the scheduling, the staff or the management, but if you want a rotating door experience that wont be on time, this is the place for you!

I had a great visit with Dr Wheeler , he was very professional as well as his asst . I went back a week later to ask for a Drs note to he off from work due to the burning in both of my feet . Diabetic was ruled out , He thought it could be nerve damage . So I went to the desk at around 9am an talked tothe lady at the desk an she said come back in a few hours . So I came back an a lady named Alicia stated that I would not be able to talk to Dr Wheeler and that there was no way I would get a Drs note . Alicia continued to be rude an was making a disruptive situation . She was extremely loud an my feet were burning all I wanted was a Drs note . It wasnt like I was asking for pain pills or anything like that , then on 7/12/2016 I get a certified letter stating I would no longer be able to see Dr Wheeler due to my behavior . I wonder If Dr Wheeler knows how Alicia behaves at the front desk . Alicia had no business being in the medical field where she had to talk to the public . If I ran that Office Alicia would have been fired for the way she talked to me and handled the situation . I still didnt get an answer on my feet . I went to see Dr Potter an he was very professional but still sent me to yet another office . A physical Therapy office on 7/15/2016. I hope I can get an answer soon . Again Alicia if she is a nurse , she has a lot to learn about how to talk to the public .

I called to get an appt as a new patient. The receptionist was horribly rude. I have never dealt with someone like her in all of my years getting medical care. I will warn anyone about this place.
