I have been going to this dentist for almost 19 years! They have a new receptionist who used to be one of the dental hygienist and is very rude and told me payments are due before dentist can see you, it has never been the case prior to Heather being the receptionist! They canceled my check up due to covid 19 and said they would reschedule it once things open back up, said I owed still on my bill which needed to be paid before I come back. I called today to schedule a cleaning and they said bc that bill went to collections I was dropped! I like the dentist and Stacy the hygienist but Heather at the front desk is horrible.

Scheduled my appointment 6 monthes in advance for a simple cleaning. They scheduled it for a Friday which worked for me. A couple of days before my 6 month appointment I got a call saying the doctor is never in on Fridays and they were unable to reschedule my appointment for the next closest day due to overbooking. I should have been offered another appointment. The front desk woman who has been there for years should have known not to schedule a cleaning on Fridays when the doctor is unavailable. Very unprofessional! A call 2 days before the appointment. Very sad way to treat a patient.

Most friendly staff of any dentist Ive ever been to. Dr. Peters is the best dentist Ive ever been to.
