I dont normally like Dentists, but I had a great first visit. Gina was a great hygienist, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Swanson let me make the decision on how to proceed with my dental care which I really liked.

Honestly one of the most friendly and relaxing buildings to walk into when talking about the medical field. Everyone is always in a fantastic mood, super friendly, and very jovial. 10/10 would recommend as the best dentist office in the city.

The entire staff is amazing!

Had to get an appointment since I had sharp pain in one of my teeth. When I called they made an appointment as fast as they could; I called Monday my appointment initially was made for Wednesday. They gave me a follow up call to go over the procedures the office has to make sure everyone stays safe during the pandemic and told me that if I the issues I was having with my tooth got worse to call right away. The pain did end up getting bad so I had to call again and they put an emergency note on my record, called me next morning and since they had a cancellation they rescheduled my appointment for that same day.I was received with kindness, the hygienist made sure I was comfortable and listened patiently when I told her about the issue. Dr. Rhonda Swanson was extremely gentle and caring when taking a look to see how my tooth was. She even noticed the muscles on my neck were stiff and tried to relax them. She couldn’t perform the extraction, but referred me to a surgeon that was able to make an appointment for the next morning and even applied like a medicine patch to help with the thermal discomfort I was also having. I honestly could keep describing how good she was and how they took great care of me.So to not make this review longer than it already is, I definitely recommend this place. They are very kind, caring and professional.

Ashton that took my call in that office helped me Answer all my questions for a medical emergency I had and also went the extra mile to inform manager to help me too. She was awesome. I hadnt been to the dentist in almost 2 years because my previous dentist fired me after I had to miss 2 appointments for migraines. I have been suffering from migraines for over 5 years and still average 6 per month. My first appointment with the hygienist and Dr. Swanson put me at ease immediately. There was no judgment on missing out on cleanings for a long period of time. They explained every thing they were doing every step of the way. When it was determined I needed additional treatment, it was scheduled quickly. Each following visit went fantastic. They could tell I was nervous and checked in with me often; offeeing to stop at any point. I have nerve damage in my neck so they always made sure I was in a comfortable position while in the chair. The atmosphere was professional but not too stuffy. I am so glad to have found Hurstbourne Dental!

My children and I have had the BEST experiences with the ladies at the office. The care that the ladies provide is very welcoming! Gina cleaned my teeth with such gentleness, I thought that she was joking about the process! The dentist is thorough and spoke a language that I could understand about each procedure. I also appreciate Ericas billing skills! I do not feel as if they are creating problems just to make some money. I brought all 3 of my children ranging in ages from preschool age to late elementary age to Hurstbourne Dental Care this summer. All 3 kids had a very pleasant experience, and that’s saying a lot for my kiddos! The office is warm and inviting, they let me check on each child as they were in the chair and let me stay with my apprehensive preschooler. They may not be a pediatric office but are very family friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a small play area that our kids love to take advantage of while waiting on their siblings. Weve returned twice since our initial visit for fillings and have only continued to have positive experiences. We’re glad we chose Hurstbourne Dental Care to be our dental provider!

Came in for a cleaning and xrays and have honestly never felt more welcomed. I have pretty severe anxiety and for me to feel entirely at ease in this setting says a lot. Everyone who helped me was incredibly down to earth and knowledgeable. Really love Dr. Swanson, she is looking to educate instead of sell you... which has been an issue for me with other dentists in the past. Highly recommend. Feeling so much better after this visit. :)--------After having to go elsewhere after insurance changes and since returning I am happy to report this is still the best dentist in the area by far! Been a few years but they are always honest about treatment plans and never do unnecessary work. Was even advised against a cosmetic procedure I wanted because they felt it would be a detriment to my teeth. Really appreciate this place and the Dr. :)

Ive only been to one appointment so far (this past week), but I was already completely SOLD on the quality and care this team puts into patient care! Growing up, a second mom to me was my dental hygienist, and while always loving, that created some anxiety for me, feeling that constant watch of whether I was taking proper care of my teeth. I had no type of anxiety for my appointment at Hurstbourne Dental Care.The staff is friendly; and as my wife said, they hum! Both her and my hygienists were humming tunes during our cleanings. It was rather nice and calming. Dont know if thats a thing there, or simply the result of the type of great people on staff!I left with some additional care that needs done to my teeth and gums, but also with a clear idea of the plan they have put in place to get me back to healthier dental hygiene! They were able to calm her with fun sunglasses, music and their warm personalities when she was scared and she came out of the office excited about her visit, which made me excited as well. Absolutely amazing experience!Heres a quick summary: For around 3 years now, I have had pain and other issues in my gums around my molars. The dentist I had for years kept trying to get me to buy a night guard... That was not the problem and I told him. He then sent me to get my upper Wisdom teeth removed. That caused even more issues. Then they sent me to an Endo specialist. He couldnt figure it out. Then they tried to send me to places that dont take my insurance and they wanted to charge me hundreds!At this point I said screw it. Found Hurstbourne Dental Care, signed up for the yearly dental plan (they unfortunately didnt take my cheap insurance, which is understandable. Not too many people take it). I was seen fairly quickly and she did a bunch of tests with her hands and came to the conclusion she thinks there was a filling that was excessive and she wanted to grind it down. Sure enough she did it all on the spot and she also asked me to grab one of her bottles of liquid that help gums heal. She also put a thick layer of material on both sides of my mouth that needed to stay on until night time... After that, I have had NO issues with my mouth at all. My jaw is starting to feel better, my gums arnt leaking, etc!I say all of that because if you are having issues with your teeth, please come see this place. They pretty much got me figured out on my first time around whereas 3 other dental experts could not figure out something as simple as grinding down a piece of filling that was jammed into my gums... Crazy stuff lol.

This office is amazing! Every single person I spoke with was extremely friendly, and there is a fun atmosphere in the office. The woman at the front desk was very warm and I appreciated that as many offices can make you feel like you are bothering them from the minute you arrive- I felt welcome from the start. My hygienist was great, she laughed and joked with me through the whole experience, and I felt very comfortable even during the not so comfortable parts of my check up. She also explained things very well! Dr. Swanson was also very kind, and quick! I was so happy with my experience here, I will be recommending them to anyone who asks!

My husband and I have been with Hurstbourne Dental for 9 years and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. They have state of the art equipment and the service is outstanding. They recommended the Invisalign product to straighten my teeth and they now look great. They have all the latest teeth whitening products and their prices are reasonable. Everyone there is extremely proficient and thorough. They are respectful of their patients and get you right back eliminating long waits. I really lucked out with these girls. The only reason I went there was because it was a mile from my house. Im so glad I was too lazy to drive much further!! Im very phobic when it comes to doctors and dentists, but Dr. Swanson and her staff made me feel completely comfortable from day one. The whole office has a very familial feel to it, and the girls are always smiling and laughing. If youre really lucky, Dr. Swanson may even treat you to one of her super corny dentist jokes!

They are using the newest techniques are very caring and professional.When a friend of ours came to kentucky she lost a crown when i contacted the clinic they got her in very fast and took excellent care of her.I would highly recommend them.

I dont usually write reviews, but I have to say this has been my best dentist experience ever! Typically, I avoid the dentist because Im terrified of dental work, and have never had a good experience. My hygienist was gentle and kind. Dr. Swanson made sure I felt no pain while she filled my SEVEN cavities. And, when I had some sensitivity afterward, they squeezed me in that same afternoon to fix the problem. If youre also a coward when it comes to dental work, I recommend them!

They cater to wimps and cowards and after a couple of visits, I found my fears were gone and I actually enjoyed my visits. Who would have ever thought that?!
