How it’s produced and how to find a wine that will be beneficial for health w/o being subjected to harmful chemicals mass producers of the product have allowed to override quality. I shared that segment with others who were very excited, surprised, and thanked me for sharing what otherwise they may have never known. Would love to have that one replayed!

I love this site!! I am finally able to get consistent workouts in when I dont have time to make it to the gym with my work schedule. I also love all of the educational articles and videos that allow me to learn more about health, nutrition, fitness, mental health, and spiritual health. Stefan has put together a beautiful, educational and healing site with a wonderful group of doctors, nutritionists, teachers and healers. I highly recommend Zonia to anyone looking for a way and place to start, and/or looking for a place to have balance in your life when your work/life schedule doesnt always allow it.

Sonia have had several topics and projects that have been both enlightening and helpful. I’m not bombarded with emails either which is wonderful, I’l I’m simply asked once per week if they’re next topic is of Interest to me, I just answer yes or no and that’s that, I either receive the information or have a quick thank you and I then hear from them in a week with another topic, it suits me just fine, love it.
