Dr. West did our oldest childs ear tubes and will most likely have to treat our newest kid as well. She is super nice and has a good bedside manner. I recommend her first over the other docs in the practice. Easy to schedule. Only con is the location. Not a fan of the parking or building.

Dr West performed nose surgery on my 17y daughter - she fixed deviated septum, turbenate and adnoid gland removal. Everything went very well in the surgery and post-op it was great. We had a great experience and I have 2 friends whos kids also got treated by Dr.West everyone raving about her expertise and results. Were happy and glad we had access to such amazing and no BS doctor. Thanks dr. West! You perform miracles. Forever grateful.

She was very attentive to us and our son. She respected everything we said, really listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions (yes we had a lot-it is our son). She really understood our worry, especially since it was his first surgery. She even called a few days after surgery to follow up. After my 14 surgeries, I never had a doctor call to follow up. I would recommend her to anyone who needed a pediatric ENT.

Who knows. After three calls and a combined minutes of hold time, I never even spoke to anyone to make an appointment
