Really impressed with the physicians. For a simple rolled ankle, they thoroughly examined my son and took a careful amount of time to consider the best option. Received similar attention for a torn meniscus in my knee and for my wifes torn shoulder.HOWEVER, I am severely annoyed by the robocalls I now get after each appointment asking about my physicians quality of care. I am very happy about getting called in the middle of dinner to talk to a recording.

Not impressed. Waited 45 min past my appt time to get in ... then waited more in an exam room ... and again after having seen the orthopedic surgeon. Nobody seemed to take a notice or care to update or apologize. The actual visit with the doctor was disappointing as well: he provided me with the definitive dx and tx based on a quick cursory exam before I even had a chance to complete the diagnostic studies. My encounter with their imaging department ... confirmed my decision to stay away from this place except in emergency. Maybe it goes better for the rich and famous who are seen by private physicians? I guess so ...

I’ve been going to see Dr. Daniel Kharazzi and his assistant Rudy for 12 years, and recently had my 4th surgery with him. I have nothing but good things to say about him, and I am very pleased with the outcome every single time.

This is for customer service. I am a cash patient and trying to pay for my daughters procedure and the front office will not call.

They have a horrible response time, when you call in they send you back and forth to every single operator and they do not send messages through to the doctor.if youre going and you are on disability they take they married time to do the work and they dont answer back your phone calls like they say they will. I had a horrible experience,The administrative office is unprofessional!!!! I would never go back

I took my father to this clinic for his knee care. We had multiple visits and a lot of concerns as he is a diabetic. The front staff were helpful and the doctors/nurses were all excellent! They answered our questions, gave us options, and explained the risks and benefits to help us make an informed decision for his care. Highly recommend.

Overall had a great experience with Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic. The staffs were very accommodating, friendly, helpful and they were quite professional. I would also like to commend these guys for being very responsive to my calls and emails. Had a knee injury from playing tennis last week and these guys were able to help me with my problem. They treated me well at a valuable price!

Amazing experience with my knee surgery. Sadly I had to have my ligaments repaired in one knee. Dr Kvitne was wonderful, compassionate and very good. Great support staff too. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Dr. Photopoulos repaired a torn bicep tendon and rotator cuff and shaved a bone spur on my right shoulder. He was very patient and thoroughly explained the extent of my injuries and the recommended surgical procedure. He gave me a sense that he cared and instilled a lot of confidence that I would regain full use of my shoulder. That was a year ago. I have full rotation of my shoulder, no pain, and I exercise regularly and play sports with no discomfort. His protocol for physical therapy was very conservative and spot on. He constantly encouraged me as I progressed through therapy. My biggest issue was listening to him since I wanted to recover asap. After 8 months, I was able to regain about 95%, and 100% after 10 months.

Best group of Orthopedic specialist in the Los Angeles area. I worked with Dr. Kvitne he was very knowledgeable, empathetic and personable. I highly recommend him. Thanks Doc! My arm is stronger then ever!

Ive been being treated for an arm injury at Kerlan Jobe for the last year. Ive never encountered a medical facility with more administrative problems. Ive had half a dozen or more appointments cancelled on me with less than 24hrs notice, or no notice at all. Ive experienced multiple billing errors from different offices, which either messed up my treatment plan, or resulted in waiting months for $1000+ refunds. And worst of all, my original injury is as bad or worse than when I began seeking treatment.

Had knee surgery 4 years ago with Dr. Kvitne, he is the best doctor ever! I have had no further problems with my knee even though I have arthritis! He is a kind and excellent surgeon.

This place is factory for patients with orthopedic problems!!! I came to Dr. Shin for an evaluation on my wrist that is very painful and swollen. I was waiting in the room when a lady came in and said that she will examine me before the Dr. will get to the room. She did and then directly suggested to give me cortisone (which means steroids- which im against). But never mentioned anything else, luckily I have a lot of knowledge and I asked her about PRP injection (this injection is created from your own blood platelets and recover the injury in a fast and affective way that theres no need of any chemicals). After she left the room, another guy came in asking for my personal information, and only then the Dr. came in.. so I understand you want to do the PRP injection, took a look at my wrist for a second and told me ok, so someone will get in and schedule you for the procedure (I saw the Dr. for less then 1 minute). Then this guy came in gave me a business card and told me he will call me to schedule it over the phone. Never got a call from him so I decided to call 2 weeks after to schedule. They told me that its not covered by insurance and I need to pay $1,000 (and one injection may not be enough). So I asked if there can be any discount and if not if they can make payment to make it easier on me- of course I tried to explain my financial situation). But the reply was very desapointig- Im sorry but our policy is to pay the $1,000 ahead of time and theres nothing we can do about it! its not that I asked not to pay, I just asked to pay in payments (cause insurace is not covering what he cannot make money from- but thats another problem). Would not recommend anyone!!! No one wants to be seen by a Dr. for less the a minute and get rude people around that are not even trying to help. So if do not have $3,000 available I cannot be treated. Where is humanity. I would trust a place like this!!

Terrible!! Waited months for an appointment to cancel day of twice! Will not return calls!

Everything about this facility is perfect, dr shields is simply amazing, 4 knee surgeries and one shoulder every time was great and I am one hundred percent now

Had Arthroscopic Knee Surgery with Dr Kharrazi and it went great! Besides the procedure being quick and painless, the staff there were terrific!

Had two surgeries by Dr. Kharrazi 10.5 and 11.5 years ago. He is the very best micro-arthroscopic surgeon in the US.

Everyone at Kerlan-Jobe is professional and always asking how you are doing, everyone is really nice and every single time that i have an appointment I arrive 15 minutes early, I have yet to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen by my doctor, and more than 50% of the time they call me within 5 minutes. I love this place, I highly recommend it to anyone that needs the best and most experience professionals. All the best to you Kerlan-Jobe

Where do you go and stand in line to just check in for 25 minutes? Its a factory here and the least they can do is to hire more people to check you in
