I had lost my glasses and low vision for my appointment. Dr. Lisa Chea added 20 pounds to my weight, criticized my eyelash extensions, and falsely diagnosed me with a corneal eye disease which would have required vision saving surgery. At the end of the appointment she gave me another doctors business card to follow up with her, which I didnt catch onto without glasses. Lisa Chea is unprofessional and not trustworthy.

Polite, professional and personable staff. My appointment started on time, which is not common in my experience. During the visit I had several tests conducted and had the opportunity to speak with the Doctor twice during the process. Each test was explained as well as the results. The Doctor shares information and discussed the options I had. I felt like this was a partnership and that I was part of the decisions impacting my healthcare.Use this practice, stop searching and just make an appointment already.

Whoever is the one who answers my call to make an appointment is so disappointing. At first he told me that my mother needs a physician’s recommendation. I explained to him that according to my mother’s insurance she has Vision Plan and their clinic is one in the list that the insurance sent me. He said, we need authorization from the doctor’s clinic unless my mom has the VSP. I explained again to him that my mom had that VSP because I already verified it by calling the insurance. Then he took my mom’s information but not the important one, I even asked him if he needs the membership number, he said no and put me on hold. When he got back on the line he said he needs my phone number and will give me a call because his computer is having a problem and it is not starting up. It was 1030 in the morning when I called and his computer is not open yet?Anyway, to make the story short, he never called me back. And when I read all the comments here, I wonder why this clinic still exist.I called another eye clinic that’s on the list and it only took me 2 minutes and got an appointment in 2 days. I was never told to get a referral and authorization. Thank goodness he never called back.

Yesterday, I receive a reminder call that the appointment is at 9:00am. I arrived at 8:50am and the office is not even opened. One of the employees come in to open the office at 9:25am. The lady with a 920 appt and I are waiting outside and they say traffic was bad.I’m sure this happens everyday so please don’t book the first three appts of the day. And then they have the gall to makey me sign an aknowledgement of $50 charge for no show appointments. How about they pay us $50 for being late?I never got to meet Dr Steve, but left several voicemails on his personal cell. As of now, he hasn’t responded.

The customer service here has gone down. We had an appointment about 2 months ago. We were stuck in this office for 2 hours. Yesterday, I receive a reminder call that the appointment is at 9:15am. My mom & I arrived at 8:50am so were on time. The office is not even opened. One of the workers come in to open the office at 9:20am. I tell that worker I was confused regarding my moms appt. He says,Whats the confusion? I tell him that the appointment was at 9:15am. He says, Whats the confusion? & then he says he doesnt know why we were given that appointment when the office opens up for appointments at 9:30. It is now 9:42 & we still have not been called in!!!!! Bad customer, bad patient service!!!!!!!
