DO NOT GO HERE! I would give zero stars if I could. This place is terrible. By far the worst urgent care I have ever experienced and it’s not even close. I waited for over 2 hours (I was told 45-60 min) to be seen in a mostly empty waiting room. Once I was finally taken to the examination room, I was forced to wait another hour. It took over 3 hours to see the doctor. When I went to fill my prescription, the doctor had filled out the form wrong and now I can’t get desperately needed meds. Reliant will NOT answer the phone and the pharmacy will not fill my prescription.Beyond the wait time and incompetence, the front staff was very unfriendly and were barely audible when asked questions. They seemed determined to turn away would-be patients by emphasizing the wait times. I listened as one patient was told it would be an hour. The next patient was told it would be 2 hours not more than a minute later.PARKING: while en route, I was directed by Reliant signs to a parking garage, which was also filled with signs from Reliant. However, in the waiting room, I noticed a small typed sign, wedged between other signs, that stated they no longer validate parking!Despite directing you to this garage, complete with their own signage, Reliant will NOT validate your parking. Expect to spend an extra $15 on parking. Reliant needs to remove their signage from the garage or clearly and prominently state they will not validate. The current situation is unacceptable.Overall, this urgent care is unacceptable. Dirty rooms, unfriendly, unhelpful staff, a deceptive, expensive parking situation, negligent mistakes, and no one answering phones. And after all of my troubles, I can’t even get my rx filled.Save yourself the trouble and find an Urgent Care that actually gives a damn. This place is a joke.

Signed up for a rapid COVID test Oct 5, 2021. Had 9:40 am appointment. Walked in to busy waiting room with desk personnel with no sense of urgency. Hard to be more indifferent than this person. Was told 3 ahead of you and about 30 minutes. An hour later, 5 people had been called. Each time the RN looked annoyed to have to see another patient. I was there for a 30 second swab. I left. Deeply regret using paypal as no way to get $200 back. If I could give less than one star, I would. Stay away at all costs unless your time has no value.

Horrible Urgent Care. Avoid this place unless you want to leave injured, disrespected, and robbed.I went in to drain a painful ear boil because all the ENTs were booked. PA Mahsa Afrookhteh was mocking me the moment I met her, beginning by downplaying my pain.Later on she proceeded to aggressively cut and drain the boil, then jamming her finger into my ear. There was so much blood and I felt every second of the extreme pain. I’ve had ear boils drained before, the process was never this painful or bloody.PA Mahsa was very unprofessional and was mocking me the entire time telling me that I was welcome cause she relieved the pain instead of me waiting for 3 hours at an ER. Then yelling at me to cover my nose (my mask slipped off) when I was screaming from pain. The nurses, Manny and Natalie, were very kind and helped me calm down. But I’m currently left with loss of hearing and a scar in my ear, months after the procedure. The costs to fix what she did were much higher than what it would’ve been if I didn’t go there, and Reliant Urgent Care says they can’t do anything about it.Again, Horrible Urgent Care. Never going there again even if my life depends on it.

I called them asking if they can help provide pre-employment physical exam and if I can pay out of pocket. The person on the phone said yes I can do that and only in downtown office. She also provided me exact pricing for each item like X-ray.So, I drove all the way from San Gabriel to downtown, only to be told by the front desk that they don’t do that. Can they be more consistent in the response? Plus the parking is so expensive there. I stopped 10min and flat fee is 10. They don’t provide parking reimbursement either.

The check in process was extremely easy. Richard performed my child’s rapid pcr covid test quick & easily & we got the results within an hour! I researched for hours to find a test the lausd would accept so my kid could get to their orientation and this urgent care was by far the most reasonably priced.

This is the slowest covid testing location I have ever been to. I have no idea what the point of an appointment is because it’s still an hour plus wait for a 2 second test. It’d be one thing if it was a free testing clinic but honestly the free clinics are faster. Don’t have an option for appointments if they don’t mean anything or you just have a bunch of sick people congregating for hours…

I came to Reliant for a COVID test. There were signs pointing me toward a parking garage to park but it was still confusing. A man who worked next door confirmed that the parking garage was the appropriate place to park. However, at the front desk there is a sign stating that they do not validate. They should put a sign outside or inform you when you make the appointment. The young lady at the front desk (Marcy, I believe), was very short (with her attitude) and rude. I was told that I had to stand outside to fill out paperwork and wait because I came for a COVID test. My back was hurting and she refused to let me have a chair. The wait was longer than the 10 minutes I was told. I would have left but I already paid for the test.Enter Manual, who took me back for my COVID test. I had a few questions because they were giving me a different test than what I requested. He started cutting me off and became extremely aggressive. I could not understand how a healthcare worker would treat a patient in this manner. I asked for someone else and Natalie came in and took my test. She was perfectly pleasant. She was the only saving grace.I received a link to check my results but kept getting kicked off. I called the clinic and left a message asking to be notified of the result because I couldn’t see it. I thought I saw something that said I was negative before I got kicked off, so I returned to work. At work I decided to try to log in again to discover I had a “positive” result under the “out of range” column. The “result” column was blank. I was finally able to get through to Nubia, at another location who informed me that it meant I was positive. I tried calling the clinic multiple times to speak to the manager, Jessica, about my experience and she would not take my call or call me back. It’s been over a week and I have not heard from anyone.I will be reporting their procedure or lack thereof, to the local health department because I could have infected the susceptible people I live and work with.

If you are given a referral for this facility be careful and be aware of your rights. I was tested for a medical condition that impacts my eligibility for medical benefits. A single reading was taken and recorded before my meeting with the doctor. At the end of the examination, I questioned the accuracy of the reading and requested a second reading (he was hesitant but conceded). A second reading was taken which substantiated my medical condition. The doctor apparently did not like the reading and sent the Clinician back to take a third reading. The third reading further reinforced my claim.Upon leaving the examination room, I was told to sign on a keypad similar to a credit card machine. I thought it was authorization for payment or something similar. It was not. You may be signing a Work Status Summary which basically Acknowledge the instructions given above. Apparently they are forcing you to sign a document agreeing to whatever the doctor says without even seeing the document. I am not sure this is even legal.Only after you sign, they will print out the document with your digital signature. This is extremely unethical. I am not sure if you even have to sign the document.Once you have the Work Status Summary you can leave. However they did not include the details of my medical results. I protested loudly and demanded I get a full copy of my medical records in which I am entitled to. I asked if it had all 3 of my test results. The person behind the front desk claimed that there was only one. The best result. That may be the best result for the insurance company but the worst result for my claim. I demanded that all 3 results must be included in my file. Ultimately they conceded and entered the full test results and provided me with a copy.If you have to go there, be careful, see what you are signing (or dont sign anything), demand full disclosure and allow plenty of time. They do not take appointments and you will windup wasting hours of your time. (I arrived at 3:00 pm and did not get out till 5:15)

Arrived on time for an 11 AM rapid test appointment I had booked. Had to fill out the paperwork online twice. After some confusion over which line was for check-in, I ended up checked in around 11:10, and was asked to wait outside to be seen. As a side note, it wasnt until I was checked in (and they asked for payment) that the cost of the test ($175) was ever mentioned. Nice bit of trickery in their onboarding process from Google search to appointment booking. You can find the price on their website if you search for it, which Im sure is enough to be compliant.I was not called in until 12:15 PM, 75 minutes past my appointment and over an hour after I had checked in. In the meantime, nobody provided any updates on when we might be seen. I saw people go in and be seen who had arrived and checked in after me. I saw others who had arrived before me still waiting. When I was finally called in, my name on the test was misspelled, based on my poor handwriting on the intake form. Clearly, the appointment paperwork I had dutifully filled out twice was for nothing, and wasnt even used. Why does Reliant insist on collecting this data before an appointment, and then not bother to use it at the point of care? The sample collection itself went fine. The nurse answered my questions and was very courteous given how obviously annoyed I was by the intake process. In summary:+ Good care in back of house- Worthless appointment system. If Reliant does not use the online paperwork they ask repeatedly to file, then filling it out is simply a waste of the patients time.- Poor communication about process. Some signs on the outside of the clinic would help.

12/31/2020The place stated that results would be given in 5 hours. I even double checked with the check in staff and the nurse who did the test. They all said 5 hours. So I paid $175 for the Covid-19 PCR test. It’s been 4 days and no results. I’ve emailed and I’ve called and nobody responds. Based on my symptoms, I’d say I no longer need the covid test to confirm but considering I paid $175, I should still get my results. At this point I’ll have to confront them in person but until I’m no longer contagious. It’s frustrating.Update: 1/18/2021I still never got my results and no one called me or emailed me. I’m finally better after being sick with Covid and will be confronting them about never getting my results now that I can go outside.Update: 7/18/2021Never got my results. Cant speak for the actual urgent care but their system for covid testing, like most of LA, is awful. You cant just book a test. You have to get a telemedicine appt first. Which was fine by me. Booked the soonest available at 4:30. Checked in 15mins early. I then waited for over an hour before realizing that the app/site they use (solv) listed appointment times up to 10pm, but they close at 5pm.I was just stuck on the you should wait for at most 25mins screen for over an hour. At that point I realized not only do they close at 5 and no one was going to show, but that apparently theyre closed on Sundays - Solv (the covid test/telemedicine app they use) makes it seem as if the telemedicine portion is through kaiser just to get the referral, as the covid testing seems to be a separate ordeal than the regular urgent care. Fine by me but clearly with all these 3rd party scheduling apps being used for covid testing, one hand isnt talking to the other. So many will say appointments available on x day, then you spend a half hour filling out extensive forms and login info only to find no appointments for a month almost. Or like this one you spend all that time, relax a little, only to find the call would be done by someone at the urgent care (thats probably backed up right now) and the hours dont evenatch scheduling options.Dont waste your time.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING! I got tested at Dodger stadium Monday night and still had not received my results by Wednesday. Since I had symptoms, I decided Wednesday to get the rapid test (30 minute results) at Reliant Urgent Care. They do not accept insurance for the rapid test, only cash/paypal so I paid $175 out of pocket. When the nurse swabbed me, she did not go up into my nose like I know theyre supposed to, she only swabbed the base of my nostrils. I have had this test before, so I could tell right away it was not done thoroughly. Within 30 minutes after the test I was emailed my results, negative. Later on that day, I got my results back from the Dodger Stadium test I took several days before, which was positive for covid. I believe that they are either not testing correctly at Reliant, or that there is some issue with their lab/system. Save yourself $175 and avoid this place!

I dont understand why they dont answer the phone calls and dont reply to my voice messages & emails. If you want to get the Covid-19 test, I recommend to research their service reviews before making a payment which I forgot to do this time.I tested PCR Covid-19 here on 12/22/2020 so that I can (at least hoping to) be sure that I dont have positive result before Christmas because their website shows 5 hour result. Today is 1/4/2021 (updated) and I still didnt receive the result from them. Because of their delay, I couldnt get together with my family for Christmas. If I knew I wouldnt get the result after 5-6 hours, as opposed to what they advertised, I would probably went to the Dodgers Stadium and saved $190 ($175 test +$15 parking). I initially decided to pay this money, instead of visiting the free test site, because their website showed the result would be available after 5-6 hours. I mean, although I was not able to meet with my family for this Christmas because I did not get the test result within the time period their website showed, I kind of understand that it was near Christmas, they were extremely busy and it was not a good time to get tested specially on Christmas week. What I really dont understand is their website doesnt explain how we get the test results or no one answered/returned my multiple voice messages & multiple emails sent. If they dont respond/reply at all to your voice messages and emails for 6 days (until today), how can people rely on their service? I even stated on one of the paperwork that I had a covid-19 like symptom which generally requires more attention than fever or coughing. I had to know the result as soon as possible so I could decide what to do next.I had to visit another medical place this morning so I dont ruin my new years family gathering and got the result right there. One thing I noticed this morning was the lady at the Reliant UC who swabbed the test kit through my nose last time didnt go all the way up as the person who performed the test this morning from another medical facility.

Additionally, the covid safety measures did not seem adequate at all, people were waiting outside which is good, but there was no attempt to encourage distancing outside, with most people gathered close to the door, and the nurse performed my test with only a basic surgical mask, no N95 or face shield.UPDATE: after more than 48 hours, I still havent received my results, and they wont answer my emails or phone calls. When you call, they will put you on hold for an hour until the call goes to voicemail. If youd like to spend $200 for a test and not receive results, this is the place to go!UPDATE #2: 11 (ELEVEN!) days later, still no result! After countless emails and voicemails, theyve made no attempt to contact me or get me my results.FINAL UPDATE: if this happens to you, select the billing line when you call, it will take you to a separate billing company (who actually answers the phone) and they can issue a refund.

I am so upset with this urgent care I cannot even pick out my words. My husband and I are trying to go to Tahiti. Tahiti requires you to have a 72 hour Covid test and airtahiti.com is contracted with reliant urgent care to do the Covid-19 swab tests. We tested on Saturday at 10:00 am and our flight was on the following Monday at 12:00 am. We were told that by Monday morning or afternoon we will be getting our results.Monday noon came and nothing. Called reliant urgent care as many times to fill my call log for an entire week and all I got was your test hasn’t come back. You can call the lab and see what’s happening.I called primex labs and they told me that our test is still pending. We told them that this was a self pay test and if they can rush it because we have a flight out at midnight. They said they can’t do it. We drove to one of the primex locations only to find out the labs locations are fake. We called another clinic that does rapid testing for nasal swabs and got it done there ( another $400 spent). We go to the airport only to freaking find out that the test we did is not valid even though it is a nasal swab test because we need a PCR test and that reliant care does it. Well reliant care let me tell you how the hell are you supposed to have a Covid test within 72 hours if the results come back in 4-6 days at least??? And on top of it we’re paying for it and not our insurance??? You guys suck! Short wait time when I went early on a Sunday morning. Saw a PA and not a doctor, not sure why, but he was efficient and helpful nonetheless. Very clean, close to metro, check in staff and nurse were friendly and professional.

UPDATE:On July 22nd, 2019, I received an invoice in the mail from this group stating that I somehow owe them $74.86 in addition to the $165 that I paid them at the time of being seen. Id love to know how they can magically whip up more charges beyond the $165 visit fee. I had zero lab tests done. The person on duty simply chatted with me about my symptoms and filled a couple prescriptions for me to take elsewhere.Despite never telling me there were additional charges and never reaching out to me about these random additional charges, they have now put me into collections. Their billing practices are shady and simply not ethical. I will never go to them again.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Friendly staff, sympathetic doctors that help you understand your condition, clean facilities. One of the best urgent care experiences I’ve had. Thank you.

Paid my bill online, received a collections notice in the mail a few months later stating they had reported me to Med Shield for collection. Tried to call the number listed on the letter, sat on hold for an hour. Left a voicemail to have someone call me back, no one ever did. Still attempting to get someone on the phone. Go literally anywhere but here.

Waited an hour and a half for them to tell me that the procedure that Ive had done TWICE there previously they couldnt do because they didnt have the right tools. Did I mention Ive had it done there TWICE before? And this isnt the first time Ive had a bad experience here. I came in for an extremely high fever for what I found out later at the Emergency Room to be a stomach ulcer, and after waiting TWO HOURS for them to finally get to me, the only thing the doctor did, after descriptively describing my symptoms (the same symptoms I told the ER doctor, who almost immediately was able to diagnose it as a stomach ulcer) was prescribe me 600mg of Ibuprofen. Fact check, Ibuprofen WORSENS ULCERS, and can actually be DEADLY if given in high doses (like 600mg tablets every 4 hours [the exact dose I was prescribed by Reliant]). Hence why I ended up in the ER. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I really liked this place. It was very clean and nice and the doctor seemed very professional and knowledgeable. We did have to wait for a little longer than I expected (30-40 mins ish). But I think it was because only one doctor was on duty.

If I had a choice they wouldnt have gotten 1 star SMH the service is terrible on the orethorthic side they have 1 Dr. For like 10-15 people piled up on the same appointment window sad to say when you tell them they need to notify the patients in regards to the waiting period the doctor whats too get an attitude and take things personal. Im very dissatisfied with the service of the Doctor Starks and her staffing in administration far as the receptionist. This is not what a professional in the eye of the public should conduct herself she was very unprofessional and held on to my paperwork over a month. All the other staff such as front desk and therapist are excellent I wish they didnt have to work under these kind of people they bring the quality down of the service thats been given.

Note that they no longer validate parking. For one hour, I paid $15 in the lot where they have reserved parking. Big bummer, especially those with large co-pays. Otherwise this is my 2nd time coming and both were quick. Total time for waiting & seeing a doctor was an hour. The place is clean, friendly and they have tv’s in the waiting rooms to pass the time.

I have never been so upset at Healthcare Professionals than I am right now.... I have Insurance and after my paying my copay I was put in the waiting room for the doctor. AND WAS REFUSED SERVICE!!! I called the front desk and asked how long was the wait. He said hour maybe hour and a half I asked then why have I been waiting 2 hours to see the doctor? He responded Oh the do tor is looking at your chart and will be there in a mintue.Funny because I never said my name. So how can you tell she is reading my chart and I heard her helping a lady that came on after me? Very unprofessional from the front desk to the back! Then had to pay $20 for parking.... DO NOT COME HERE!!! First time ever being refused service!!

Got in and there were not many people there but I waited a very long time. My mom is a nurse back home and told me to ask for a culture swab just to be sure. I asked the doctor for it and he said he couldn’t because it wouldn’t be accurate which is fine. But then the nurse came in about five minutes later and apologized saying they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the supplies.... the doctor lied to me which I just think is really weird and suspicious. Bad service.

Decent facility. Wait wasnt too bad but was significant. The doc wasnt very open to explaining my situation and sort of missed the boat on a prescription I needed. So I called back to see if they would get me the needed prescription and they said Id have to come in again if I wanted that, obviously incurring another visit charge. Not sure why they couldnt just look at my medical record, but I guess a guys gotta eat! Pretty annoyed, frankly.

Great expeirence. Staffs were very helpfu. Doctors were very friendly and took great care of my injury. One of their staffs was extremely helpful when I called him 5 days after my visit. I was just visiting the States so I need my documents and receipt for my insurance after I came back to my home country. I somehow lost the whole document, and I called him to get some help on that. He was really kind and helpful. I really appreciate his help.

I’ve come here twice- both times wasted my time energy and money ($50 copay) just to get in the room and be told I just need to take Tylenol or be prescribed a strong ibuprofen when I was really sick/felt horrible and was basically begging for an antibiotic or shot. Anyone could’ve told me that why did I waste time and money for a doctor to only tell me to take Tylenol??? Don’t bother with this place

This is a new location, super clean and never a long wait. if you want even faster service, come at 8am when doors open and be prepared with your medical card, ID and to fill out forms. the faster you do that, the faster youre in. the staff is great too. parking is not validated for urgent care only for workers comp so take uber or lyft if you can to avoid extra expenses.

Paid out of pocket 140 due to not finding my if in time. Was very very sick and had to wait over an hour. Then after that time I would ask the unenthusiastic woman at the desk what the wait time is and she would just keep saying 10 min until it was another hour. I even over heard two people saying they had been waiting three hours. I got my refund and went over to another urgent care that was only 50$ (lower than my co pay) and had 0 wait. I do not suggest or at least call first to see what the wait time is

Late Tuesday night COPD started kicking me around and this place was a short bus ride and walk to get emergency breathing treatment. Reception desk was concerned, polite, the Dr was joking and upbeat and still professional and the two male attendants courteous and helpful. Its a brand new center kinda hidden aaway behind Figueroa taking the place of ythe the closed facility by LAX. Open until 10pm. Super clean and quiet and both times I was there it was just me and one other person. I recommend this place highly.

What a waste of time!!! I walked in and said that Id like to be swabbed to find out if I have the flu. I filled out the paperwork and was asked to pay up front. A nurse took me back to a room to take my vitals and find out why I was there. I told him the same thing, Im here to get swabbed to find out if I have the flu. He told me the doctor would be in to see me soon.Over an HOUR later, the doctor came in and said that theyre all out of the swabbing reagent so he cant swab me!!! He said hell just give me a prescription for Tamiflu and if my symptoms get worse then take the Tamiflu. So basically I now have to self-determine if I have the flu and take the meds if I feel its necessary. The staff was friendly, but the way everything went down was just unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Off the bat they dont validate parking and the office is in downtown LA (the parking fee was more than my co-payment due to the long wait). First impression is that this urgent care center was created for the local loft living urbanites of downtown l.a who can walk to it, its very close to staples. The receptionist was calm and patient for a change. Took an hour to get a patients room and get vitals. Another 45 mins for the doctor to see me. Medical assistant had no sense of urgency adding to delays. Dr han (i think), took about 3 mins to see me and out the door with meds and doctors note. This is howeever, typical of the dismissive doctor treatment nowdays, unless ur dying expect similar treatment for our healthcare system.

Be prepared to wait. The front office struggles to understand basic insurance plans. Treats the clinic like an emergency room for the purposes of billing your insurance, ultimately causing a higher copay.
