I had to TFMR with my last pregnancy at 19 weeks and as strange as it may be to say this, I could not feel more fortunate to have had it done under the care of Dr. Han and the doctors at UCLA. Dr. Han provided, and continues to provide even 2.5 months after the procedure, the highest level of care and attention. She is exactly the kind of medical doctor you want working with you - exceedingly thorough, very knowledgeable, and has your best interest and health in mind.

Dr. Hans guidance and care was a wonderful and welcomed aspect of a high-risk pregnancy. i felt seen, heard, and held well as i moved through my first pregnancy. she was flexible with her thinking and supportive of our hopes for home birth because everything was going well with the pregnancy. considering my medical issues and age, this was a huge relief for us that we were able to navigate in a way that resonated with our birth plan. we were extremely grateful for her expertise and her bedside manner. ill definitely be seeing her again for my next pregnancy.

Overly cautious slightly neurotic Doctor who orders expensive unnecessary tests. She believes that people should be induced just because they have gestational diabetes even though my last pregnancy was completely the same and fine, she insists on harassing you about having an induction early, then contacts my doctor against my wishes and tell my doctor to induce. my baby is a small baby its not considered a large baby. my insulin is 100% controlled, and you dont just induce people because of textbooks which of which kept saying will the textbook say you should. well Im sorry dont you live in the real world, text books are books Im a real human being not a textbook case study. She told me that that my pregnancy is perfect, and then insist that I should be induced only based on studies? well you know what thats a bad doctor dont go to her.induction is a serious thing with many complications and you dont want to be induced if your baby is completely healthy which mine is.
