On a Friday, Super Bowl weekend she volunteered to hold an important document for me and waited over an hour for me to retrieve it from her. She was so kind about the delay. I’ve been working at Maxim for six months now and it has been a good experience. Simmi was actually the one who gave me a chance to work for the company, she is very kind and understanding, she is super easy to talk too. The rest of the staff have also been very nice, the communication is really good and they always say please and thank you. They will always show how much they appreciate you.

I absolutely love working here. Simmi was helpful from the very beginning. I got assigned to good clients, got amazing hours, and they are always in constant communication. As a newly graduated LVN, I have started my nursing career at this place. The staffs are friendly and they try their best to find you a case that includes a little bit a challenge but not that you cant handle. Also they work with your schedule, so you really dont have to be too stressed out balancing life. It was really good that they provided the novice nurse program that had prepared me mentally to take care of patients. After I finished the novice nurse program, I have worked with a trach and G tube patient and also studied as a RN student. Taking care of a trach patient as a New grad LVN was a challenge at first, but this experience of taking care of a trach patient, in which most LVNs that I have met said that they rarely had an opportunity to take care of, definitely helped me to be prepared theoretically and also skillfully as I moved on to the next step. Also, there is always someone (staffs or supervisors) that can help you when you have trouble or concerns. So if you are an LVN who is a new grad or trying to go further in the nursing field but needs to work at the same time, I definetly recommend to start or expand your career here at Maxim.
