Great staff, patient, the process is fantastic. I found my best friend Mocha here. I was really surprised at how efficient this is process is! I found my best friend. The costs included a chip, spayed, and dog license. They have a lot of info on all the fur babies. The experience was fantastic and i got to save a great Chihuahua. 👍

I adopted my cat about a month ago from LA Love & Leashes. They were extremely helpful with the adoption process. Although I initially inquire about another cat, after describing my life style, they recommended a cat that would adapt to it and they were spot on! It was love at first sight with my cat! We are getting on beautifully, and we are both very happy. I cannot thank Love & Leashes enough for their input!!!

I had a seamless adoption with a little girl that had already been returned to the shelter once. LA love and leashes were great and informative and they are giving so many animals a second chance especially with the shelters being closed due to COVID.

We adopted a new dog here. They were very nice explained everything to us. Gave us helpful tips and even a goody bag with a couple of toys and a small sample bag of food for our new dog. I have even reached out after adoption with questions and they answered me. I am following them on Instagram now and will donate to them. They are helping a lot of cats and dogs from LA shelters find homes.

Horrible customer service, we told them we were going to be late 1 hour before our reservation because we were getting the COVID vaccine. When we arrived they were incredibly rude, we explained why we were late and we emailed them many hours before. They are literally Karens running a store.

I love LA Love and Leashes! This is where I got my forever buddy!!! They were nice and easy to work with. I follow them on Instagram and I swear they get the cutest dogs and cats who need homes. From what I saw, they are great.

Such an amazing place filled with very loving people and pups (and cats!). I was introduced to my baby girl Zero and fell in love. They were quick to provide so many tips and resources for a first time Human like myself. Highly recommended!!!

I found my lovely Charlotte (min pin mix) at LA love & leashes. Shes the love of our lives and we could not have been happier with our experience adopting our girl formerly known as Dolce. We also received a lot of nice discounts and goodies with our adoption through the organization.

The staff were nice but the animals were filthy, smelly and kept in small cages. Went to Vanderpump dogs after and they were all very clean and in large pens. Would not recommend.

L.A. Love & Leashes is my go-to dog rescue organization of choice. Their volunteers are very passionate about taking care of the little ones that needed shelter when the electric heaters were not working back in November & December 2019.

Unfriendly and inflexible :(

It is a nice pet store with adoption facilities for not-for-profit organizations who place pets. Parking can some times be a bother. They do have a great inventory of pet supplies.

Its a very nice and clean place , but I would not leave my pet with them , because I went there one day and a girl was inside she was just standing there not interacting with the dogs it bother me lots

They do wonderful things for dogs here and all the staff are friendly and helpful
