Easy location to get to. I did all paperwork online, so didnt have to fill anything out when I got there. I arrived early, and they got to me before my appointment time. Staff was informative and quick. Explained everything that was going to happen. All test results were online and easy to access. They also validated parking with the parking structure having plenty of spots.

Other than the wait, which for me specifically was 1 1/2 hours(which they let you know) they did a great job. Once you get inside the xray process was about 10 min, the lady who took my xray was kind and polite. 5 ⭐️s

I was a walk in (no appointment) to get x-rays done for my abdomen. Had to wait 4 hrs for a 15 min process. They said one of the techs wasnt in which is understandable, but 4 hrs seems pretty extreme for a process that took 15 mins to change into the gown lay on the rack and take 3 x-rays.Plus side, the ladies up front, especially Michelle were very forthcoming and helpful. Will think twice if I had to go back.

Very convenient location amid the hustle and bustle of Wilshire business es and downtown LA with secured and ample parking thats validated; and I would be remiss if I didnt mention the much relished after work appointments availability and prompt attentiveness I recommend them gladly..

This office is is run efficiently. I came in and was met with kindness.The MRI tech was super helpful and kept my spirit up during what could be considered a stressful situation.I highly recommend using their services!!!

They explain to me that theyre walking procedure today was going to be a little longer than normal. And that was good because you rather know than not know. However it wasnt the hour that they told me was going to take it was actually way less. From the front desk staff to the tech that actually took the x-rays they were all wonderful and everybody was safe and very cleansing.

Called the phone # that was provided by my physician & for x-rays the automated machine said no appointment was needed, walk-ins welcome from 8:30-5pm. I go into the Wilshire location at 4:10 & the receptionist tells me the x-rays stop at 4. I go in the next day at 3:20 & they start to tell me that because of an overflow of patients they cut x-rays early that day. After i demanded my son be seen i was accomidated but it was frustrating having to go through all that for a 15min process. For anyone going to this location call ahead of time & make sure you have the right branch phone number. I would have appreciated for them to tell me the first time i went that, that was the case. Not very helpful at all.

I came without an appointment and the wait wasnt very long. The staff was warm and the young women who did the imaging was very kind spirited!

I called to make an appointment for a XRay as your website does not allow it. Your phone message and website say walk-in no appointments for XRays...I get there at 1140am and am informed they are closed for lunch until 1. No mention on the website or phone message. I asked the very nice desk agent about it and she said...yeah, they should post that but all centers have a different time. I would other otherwise given a five as the staff and facility are great. Sitting for an hour and a half with a broken leg frankly sucks.

People working there were very nice and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. And, to top it off they validated my parking!!!😊♥️ Overall it was a great experience!!!

For a place that is super busy and crowded due to a lot of patients, they are supremely friendly, helpful, and calm. Sure you’ll have to wait a while to get your turn, but when it was my turn the Radiologist was very pleasant and patient. I was having a difficult day, and they were great and made it better!

I got a TB shot when I was a baby, so I always need a chest x-ray to clear for TB. I called them a couple of times beforehand and they assured me that it was a walk-in appoint and that everything should be easy. The staff member looked a little overworked and she was very unfriendly/unwilling to assist me. She requested a doctors note, what they never mentioned previously. On the positive side, their location is very convenient, near DTLA.

My experience was ok. Phone reception is terrible there so if you need to use your phone to pull up your ID card or reports, youll need to walk to the corner as they will not let you use their wifi. Also, if you park in the structure apparently they will validate. However, you need to ask for it. I didnt because I didnt know until it was too late. It would have been nice if the receptionist asked if I did or not.

They were timely, friendly and professional. I hate MRIs due to claustrophobia but I still felt safe.

Radnet Downtown Wilshire location was a great experience. All friendly staff and very professional. I went for an X-Ray and there was no wait! X-Rays are walk-in only and they also provided me with the tip to come in the mornings when I called in before I actually went in.

The technician was excellent. I would give him 5 stars and they got the results to my doctor in lightening speed. So, for the MRI alone I would give five stars. The score is brought down by the front desk staff (adequate but not at all friendly), wait time in a waiting room without enough chairs due to COVID restrictions and the facility itself, which is dreadful. The test cost enough it seems they should be able to at least have the place painted every few years. The walls looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in last decade. Not a place you feel comfortable taking your clothes off.

I was made to feel very welcome which put me at ease. To have a young staff that care that much is rare in this day and age. You guys rock!

I was so glad to see my Doctor picked this facility. Everyone from the receptionist to the technician that took the X-rays I was treated with the upmost care. They should be very proud of themselves, such professionalism should be noted.

What a nightmare! I waited nearly 90 Minutes to be seen, and when I was, they gave me a pair of ridiculously cheap little earplugs. Honestly you can get them on Amazon for about a nickel. It was so loud that I believe my hearing was damaged temporarily or permanently. They have $10 million worth of machines, and couldn’t even give me the standard noise canceling headphones that I’ve received another MRI facilities? When I spoke to the supervisor, she blamed “corporate”.

The employees that did the x-ray handled my mother wonderfully. They were kind, attentive and overall did a great job. Maria at the front desk was extremely helpful with getting the orders from my email. Kudos to her. We did have to wait a little long to be seen but I think we went in around a meal break and I totally understand the wait.

I was happy to experience an efficient front desk, and the lovely young female techs who accommodated an x-ray I needed. They listened intently to my description of the discomfort I was experiencing to be sure their x-rays would appropriately capture the area. Then with a gentle touch and deft application, they secured the x-rays.Everything about my experience in this location was top-notch professional. I know it’s always about the people who work in a company, so I can only hope that all their employees are as good, polished, and kind as the ladies who attended to me, including the front desk attendant. Wilshire imaging was helpful and on time for the service rendered. The technician was very warm and helpful.

Wilshire downtown Advanced Imaging is everything I could have hoped for and more I wasnt very familiar with the area so I got there sort of early two hours early and they let me fill out my paperwork and I was in and out of there an hour and 40 minutes before my appointment before. I was even scheduled Im hoping that I get the results back just as quickly in the next 3 to 4 days and that I find out what is wrong with me and from now on if I can I will use Wilshire downtown Advanced Imaging and Radiology thank you ladies for being so nice and kind to me couldnt ask for a nicer set of ladies

Worst place to get X-rays done. They give you the run around. Talked to people that waited for 4 hours some had not eaten all day. Fyi if you are walking in for X-rays, they have an opening from 8am-11am than they stop for two hours for their lunch i guess, than continue at from 1pm to 4pm. Ask if they have one technician or two as i was told some wait time bleed over to afternoon sessions depending on how many techs they have would have been nice to know. Expect to be here all day with how these sloth move. I recommend going to the westside location, you will probably be seen in 45 mins or less.

The receptionist was RUDE & snapped at me but my CT & MRI technologists were really nice & accomodating

I believe this is the first time Ive ever gone 2 get an x-ray where it didnt take half an hour to an hour just to get in. It was actually an enjoyable experience all I did was fill out the forms, no sooner had I finished with the information they called me in people are super friendly really nice and professional!

With all the Covid-19 was a little nervous getting into an mri but they make sure that it is wiped down between Patience. This office is smaller than the location in BH. But due to its small size it’s actually a benefit because there’s not as many people due to its smaller size ! Only thing was wait times on the day I went were beyond my appointment time. But think it was due to issues with computer booking system. But nice friendly staff and straight forward scan .

The people their are really nice. Had co - pay , and didnt have cash. The manger and front desk lady made it where I could be billed. This help me out alot. Thank you so much for your help.

This is my second visit. Both times the staff were friendly, professional, and Covid-19 safe. It was clean and they are very mindful of sanitizing everything including the clipboards and pens. I highly recommend this facility for your imaging needs.

Despite the low rating, I do want to acknowledge the pros first:1) My technician was very friendly and professional. She was very clear with instructions and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Excellent experience with the technician.2) The front desk staff was friendly and checking in was simple.3) Parking validation was super easy.Now the cons:***A couple employees and some patients did NOT wear a face mask!!!!!!!!! To be clear, they would wear it when addressing me and dealing with patients, but a number of times I would see them lower the mask to their chin (exposing their mouth and nose) while they were working behind the plastic partition. In fact one worker who was arriving to work walked right through the patient waiting room without a mask, then later put one on at their desk; however I definitely saw that employee take off their mask while working at their desk. We can still see you in the office area AND we patients will walk through that space where you are sitting without a mask!***There was no attempt to create social distancing in the patient waiting room. Chairs were next to one another and with enough incoming patients, little room would be left to distance ourselves from one another.***Wait time was over an hour. I understand they’re busy and scans can take some time to complete. Honesty this wouldn’t have bothered me under normal circumstances. BUT, because of the pandemic, waiting long periods of time in these spaces is highly stressful, especially when I clearly see people not wearing a face mask.I appreciate the sacrifice medical workers are making by tending to our conditions and illnesses during this time. But please abide by the safety measures. Thank you.

I was really surprised how promptly and professionally my mom was taking care of at this location, she did CT SCAN THERE. (Compared to Beverly tower and San Fernando Valley this locationis clean, not crowded, much more professional and friendly STAFF) We came on time, didnt wait even 5 min. Facility is very clean, all employees are very nice, especially Nelly. Thank you very much. We were so satisfied and happy with such a outstanding medical service.

Could have given it a full 5 stars but unfortunately I cant do that because during my visit while I waited to be called in, a person returning from lunch (she has a bag with container) sat there without a mask in the front office! Im a high risk patient so that only made my anxiety rise! I was wearing a mask but still, i feel everyone should be doing the same. Maybe a room or a designated area outside of office for staff to eat.
