Spent a very much needed relaxing day here. The spa left such a great impression that I decided to sign up for their membership. I had a 50 minute hot stone massage with Leila - HEAVEN! I didnt want it to end. It left me so relaxed and felt like the world was a better place.Whats great about Gratitude Healing Massage is how well they run the place. Youre immediately greeted with warm smiles and sweet aromas the moment you step in. You know youre going to leave happy. Everything is well stocked and organized. The facility is very clean and full of staff, so if you ever have a question or need anything its readily available to you. Thats what I call a Spa Treatment. I cant wait to return!

One of my favorite spas to visit. You can have anything done from a pedicure to a chiropractic adjustment. Tons of amenities and EXCELLENT customer service. Staff makes a great effort to maintain the atmosphere. Someone walks around straightening up every 5 minutes at most! There are all the trademark things you look for in a day spa: robes, slippers, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, fireplaces, beauty products and services, comfy furniture, fresh water/fruit/teas, and top notch staff!

I have come here many times and I think that overall it is great for the money. The chairs are showing their wear and often your experience depends on who you get as a therapist. This is not a swank, light your aromatherapy candles type of place. Its kind of a factory, but the massage gets the kinks our and it is far more accessible because of the price.

It has been a while since I have had a massage and I was very very pleased by my first experience with Gratitude Healing Massage. Robert was excellent and hit all the right spots. Even though I travel In and out of state I will definitely be coming back very soon. Thank you for such an awesome experience and professional atmosphere!

Dont ask me how or if they still do this I dont know. But during football season I would go early in the afternoon on Saturdays to the mens side of the spa and basically have the entire place to myself, literally I saw one other female. Complete seclusion, complete bliss. I know many other times when the spa is very busy, this particular location is very popular so I personally prefer to go when it is nice & quiet or I call in advance to find out for sure. And the last massage I had there literally brought tears to my eyes... it gets a A+ for services & an A ++ for an unbelievable setting: fireplace, fruit, quiet rooms, books- paradise.

I highly recommend Jennifer at Serendipity. Her facials are thorough and relaxing. She has given me a lot of ideas and insite about using more natural products in my lifestyle which I have done and I can see and feel the benefits. Shes a pleasure.

Im very impressed with this place. The owner Apple really listens to her customers and takes feedback seriously, I can see she cares about her business and her customers seriously. Im a huge fan of Audy, hes very strong and skilled. Im not a big fan of Jan. Ill be back again!

So glad I found this place!! I was feeling very tense and stiff and needed a massage. Ive been spas and had Swedish massages before and let me tell you, this is so much better if you have stiff problem areas and need someone to take the time and work them out for you. It is very clean and relaxing and all the staff I have met are very nice and professional. I plan on coming here monthly!!

My first time here, I moved back to the area and I got Carrie, she had the perfect amount of pressure, I like it on the harder side and she used her elbows and knees. An hour for $30. Is great, with a recommendation of $10-20 tip. It is not reflexology. They say its by appointment only but I called at 3:45 on a Tuesday and got in at 4.

Best massage Ive ever had. A calming environment with strong, skilled staff who made me feel like a brand new woman upon leaving. I was in such constant pain and now I literally am walking taller. THANK YOU Gratitude Healing Massage! Will be back :)

Im not a spa guy but I needed a massage as my body was all knotted up. I made a same day appointment and got the Burke Williams massage. The facilities are clean and nice. There is a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and cold shower. There are three places where you can wait for your massage. I like the quiet room. The two other waiting rooms were coed bit thats about it for coed facilities. My massage was very good, a bit painful as the massage person was trying to get rid of my knots. The place is pricey but worth it.

I have been here several times. For the price, you cannot find a better massage. I always leave there feeling relaxed and feeling great!

Gratitude Healing Massage is the best massage place in the Chicagoland area. I went to Geri with a hurting stiff body, neck and shoulder pain, middle and lower back pain, etc. She used her expert massage technique to relieve tension and alleviate my pain. After only 55 minutes I felt a heavy weight had lifted from my shoulders and I could move easily again. I plan to go back for 75 minutes sessions for the next 6 months at least. Wonderful relaxing experience in a friendly comfortable environment. Go for it if you want to feel better.

I received a massage from Amanda. It was one of the most effective massages I have ever received. I went in with quite a bit of tension and pain and it was virtually relieved afterwards. The massage felt quite comprehensive as all the pressure points and areas of tension were hit.I look forward to my next massage at Gratitude Healing Massage.

I had such a great massage. The deep tissue and stretching was exactly what I needed.I highly recommend this spa for a professional massage. One of the best for me.

One of the larger Gratitude Healing Massage Ive been to, it has everything as the Gratitude Healing Massage Mission Viejo location and my review is very similar. Since the location is larger, there is a lot of space for groups of girls and everyone else to roam around. Its located at the block at orange, but towards the backside. Again, the service is consistent with all the other great visits I have at Burke - nice and friendly staff, amenities and locker room are clean and fully stocked. It is one of their full service locations with a salon side for hair/nail services. I do believe that this Gratitude Healing Massage is a bit noisy in the locker room, which doesnt bother me b/c I like to talk with my girlfriends at the spa and not be totally silent while sitting together in the Jacuzzi. I would have given it 5 stars if my therapist didnt show up 15 minutes late. In the end, I still got an excellent treatment and a great time at another Gratitude Healing Massage.

Yoony is a miracle worker. Ive been to a skin doctor before and not even they were able to get rid of my blackheads. I saw an instant transformation on my face after my treatment with her and Im so happy the gross and deep blackheads I had on my nose are gone!!! Thank you! Youve just got yourself a new and loyal customer.

Spa has bad lighting for applying makeup, I dont like that their monthly membership only rolls over one month & if u dont use it u lose it! Theres no reason for that!!! It wud b easy to spend $500 here in one day!I dont like sitting in the jacuzzi & having a blow dryer going 10 ft from me... Thats not relaxing.

Addicted to say the least.My back has been messed up for 3 weeks due to a workout injury and I felt like I had tried everything. I finally came here and they managed to get the knot right out!Ill be back for sure!

Received a gift certificate per gilt. Booking the swedish massage with enhancement appointment was easy. I booked on a Monday the week of new years, shouldve known it was going to be busy. Got there 40 minutes before my appt to enjoy the quiet room and sauna. Great thing bc I had a chance to relax. Jocelyn was pleasant and friendly. She listen to my request and worked on my back and loosened up my stiff stressed muscles. After my massage she brought me water and walked me back to the spa facilities. Overall wonderful experience, just to busy to enjoy the spa, but I will return after the holidays. From the front desk to the assistants in the spa great customer service.
