Absolute waste of time and energy. Called them up to confirm a certification that they did. Gave them the number and was told to send it back in and they would gladly regrade the diamond, at a cost, because they dont keep records from when my diamond was graded. It was graded in 2005!!! We are in the digital age, how can they not keep records!! Do yourself a favor and send your diamonds elsewhere. There are much better choices then these guys.

Terrible gem laboratory. Only trust GIA or IGI. they are not consistent with their grading

Worse customer service in the industry. Never return your calls or emails. They simply dont care about their clients! Do waste your time and money doing business with them. Take your business with people who really care about you. Be advised!
