We used Western for our family member that lived in Los Angeles CA. They were wonderful and had excellent customer service. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Nurses seem to lack essential skills, difficult to book, incredibly rude manager named Patricia who seemed to feel she was entitled to schedule my visits according to her wishes rather than mine. I hope my insurance will find me someone else. The problem with caregivers in this area is its always about their convenience rather than the patients.

Empty promises. No continuity of care.We were contracted to this agency by the GLA Veterans Administration and somehow the Physical Therapy team failed us deeply. We had been approved 2 sessions for 5 weeks and in 27 days my father, a deconditioned Veteran was discharged home after 19 days in the hospital. We had only 3 therapy treatments all from different therapists and one Occupational Therapy treatment. If you need a female Spanish speaking therapist or have a patient with dementia, keep looking.
