Ive been dealing with some painful issues for about 3 years now. Doctors and emergency rooms and being admitted all the time never helped and the doctors are busy also not having time to help for very long. I was referred to Miracle Home Health Care for home treatment since I was discharged from the hospital. I wasnt to sure about it with a house full of people and such. Duron is a great employee that you sent to my home. What a difference he makes. He is very professional and is that way with everyone in my home. He takes care of my wound and my family (who doesnt like anyone very much) is sad when he leaves. The bottom line is for 3 years my pain was bad and I wasnt healing properly. Now I am in very minor pain and have a better outlook on life because my wounds are finally healing. Duron is always happy to see everyone and goes out of his way to be here at different times because my schedule sometimes changes. And he is always on time. I am very happy that I was referred to your company. Also that you sent a great caregiver who is professional and trustworthy and will always be welcome in my home. They take the time to get it right. You May have to call, but someone will be there and they listen to your needs. Miracle will even call your dr to get certain things (items) changed that make healing better and more comfortable. All and all I would say Miracle cares about how you heal.My home care nurse Christine is a great person that goes above and beyond for her patients. I recently shattered my femur and was in the hospital for a week. when I was released I had no idea how I was going to get anywhere get anything done with such a severe injury. immediately following my release I got a phone call from miracle home health I have been seeing a nurse once a week physical therapist two times a week and occupational therapist two times a week. they have done an amazing job I am now walking fairly easily I can go up and down stairs theyre kind professional helpful if you have a traumatic injury I would definitely take advantage of the miracle home health people if you can.

Since June of 2020 when I was discharged from the hospital I received a phone call from Dianne, who from day one has always went above and beyond for me. She always made sure I was ok and that I was getting the services that I needed. She makes me feel special every time we speak. I will always appreciate Dianne for her services and for her caring heart... She is like family...As far as PT and OT I have been blessed with the most respected ladies ever. I have to be very, very satisfied of the care, attention, and patience shown me by Miracle Health. Im serious, Ive no medical experience and had never so much as spent 1 night in any hospital. So when Miracle Health took to getting me well after 5 days of PIH and a surgery they had one grumpy patient. Im humbled though by the team of health workers whole walked me through it. Amputation of my leg was in play, skin graph may be avoided, and the injury has responded well to date. Nikos, Nancy, Omar, Liberty, and all others I cant at this moment cant recall the names are still in my corner as this wound is healing, I just have to keep following their lead and I just might get my leg back...

So grateful that upon being released from the hospital that I received a much welcomed surprise that my insurance authorized home health NURSE and physical therapist who came out to treat me immediately in hotel that I had been temporarily staying at being homeless I was treated extremely well didnt feel the least bit JUDGED or uncomfortable so far everyone who I have talked to has been extremely caring and HELPFUL in several ways very accommodating and experienced in their area of specialty physical therapy Rn LVN have BEEN out but still WAITING for social worker AND home health aide to be authorized plus the medical equipment that was originally ordered by hospitalnot their fault but they have been kind enough to also put through recommendations

The people are very nice but I get along with them and theres other tenants that lives here besides me. And they help me as well when I need something but not too often.

The nurses that have been visiting my mom Maria at home, have been a very big help not only to my mother, but to me aswell. I appreciate them walking me through some vital steps in providing better care for my mother, and always offered to be available for calls or messages if I had any questions. The nurses always encourage her and help her understand the importance of certain things. I just called to inquire about information regarding getting home health services and I spoke to the rudest man (wish I knew his name). He was giving me very short answers with attitude as if to rush me off the phone and at the end hung up on me. Now I will definitely not be seeking services from this agency.

Since I’ve had to have a picc line, I’ve had the same nurse, Nancy - she WONDERFUL! I love her, she’s very professional as well as very easy to talk to; she has become such a friend to me as well. I appreciate her so much; as well as Carl, the person who calls me when more of my picc line supplies are needed or doctor authorization needs to be extended, etc. Carl is on top of it. I am so grateful for this company.

My dad has this service due to wounds in his legs. He had a graft done recently and throughout the time he has had Miracle Home Health Care it has been nothing short from great! We have the same nurse coming in cleaning the wound, which for my dad is a huge deal because he cant see the wound on the back of his leg. As a family it brings peace of mind having this service come to our home. Thank you! We have been using this service for over 2 years now on and off.

Miracle Home Health Care, Inc is a great company to receive services from. The services are very helpful in rehabilitations and the doctors/therapists are great. Communication could be a little better as far as follow up sessions and assessments but other than that I give this company 2 big thumbs all the way up!!

When I first was provided service from Miracle Home Health, back in 2015. I was not a content client. And that was mainly because the home health nurse that was sent to my home was extremely rude and very unprofessional. But once I made the complaint with my assigned case manager. She assigned a new home nurse to my home. And ever since then Ive had no complaints and Ive been extremely happy with the service provided from my home nurse and case manager from Miracle home health.

Miracle home health is amazing. The associates are always very friendly and can be reached when I have questions.

I just talked to a Frank Hidalgo he stated he was the manager after hours he was rude, racists, and doesnt know anything about costumer service. He claimed that the agency had been calling me for days and when I asked him to stop talking to me in a loud tone his respond was Oh God this always happens when I talk to a latin woman. He claimed that he was white which doesnt make sense his last name is Hidalgo and he talked with an accent. He said a nurse will be coming over tmr hopefully it will be a better experience.

I had an unsatisfactory experience with them. On multiple occasions, from the initial contact to two nurse visits, they said they tried to call me, but I have no record of their calls. The intake nurse was 2 hours late,. The medical group approved nurse visits, but they did not schedule any for me. When I called to ask why, they said they would check. They never told me to expect nurse visits, but then scheduled visits for me. A nurse said she called to visit me . They said I didnt answer my phone and they did not leave a message. They then said I had no-showed on the visit. I do not have a record of them calling. They called to discharge me because of these missed visits. When I called to complain about the lack of communication, lack of care, and ghost voicemails, they were unapologetic. They said they are not able to schedule nurse visits in advance. They would not even be able to tell me which day the nurse would show up. Just be ready at any time. Even if I had a received their phone calls, what if I had been asleep when they called? This is a horrible system. Still, they could never prove what happened with the ghost phone calls.

I think the staff and aministration is great they are very helpful to my needs my case worker Miriam is very good with making sure i get my theropy and that the nursing staff is taking very good care of me.
