The lady that approached me was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable and so seemed the other two employees(with the costumers they were helping), good selection and good atmosphere, they appreciated me asking if I could take a photo before doing it.

I shop here often and whenever I come in a drop a decent amount on herbs. I always leave happy with my herbs but feeling sad because the women who work here are sooo cold and rude. Why do they hate their customers so much? Are they just awkward and don’t know how to show kindness? I think I will find somewhere else to shop because it really deflates my energy when I walk in feeling happy and leave feeling like I did something wrong for supporting a local business. Get it together ladies!

Horrible service when youre a POC, they followed me all around and didnt make me feel comfortable, very rude and not friendly or welcoming. I was going to buy a lot of stuff due to the service I wont ever be coming back to this location.Dont shop her support a shop that actually cares about their customers experience.

Shop was very nice with good selection and nice employees however I did have to wait 45 minutes to be helped or even greeted. I feel like there could be a more efficient way to serve customers and a hello from an employee would have been nice as well. Other than that it was a good experience.

Some of my favourite herbs (lots of medicinal flowers, leaves and roots!) at moderate/affordable/reasonable pricing and good quality available here; patient and friendly staff. Customer has option to order online and pick up curbside- if they’re out of stock online one can give them a ring to inquire if available, and if so pay by cash at pick up. Staff is eager to help, so don’t be shy asking for suggestions and what botanicals are. They also have much bulk ranging from oils to household supplies. Have tea straws and tea supplies! A real gem of a store with the type of things that just make your heart sing if herbal supplies are your fancy.

I love this place! They carry all of the things that I can never find at other stores and/or their prices are so much better! The shop also smells amazing! The staff is super helpful and attentive. If you havent gone yet, your missing out.

This would be my second time visiting Wild Terra and picking up herbs. I must say they have an amazing assortment along with the most cleanly way of handling business, given our times. The whole staff wears masks and masks are required by patrons. One of their staff members, Grace, was super helpful in assisting me on picking out the proper french press and herb to help me sleep (Zzzs).I definitely will be stopping by continuously for my herb replenishing needs!

They’re always so rude and I’m not the only one who thinks so; people are talking. It’s kind of sad that they are as rude as they are - if a small, local business isn’t kind to their customers why would you spend with them? You can get all the things they sell online. Spare yourself the attitude and shop anywhere else.

I loved This store from the moment I walked in the door. It just feels good in there. I’ve now been shopping here for the majority of my herbal medicine making, gifts for friends, and now basic house hold needs which has helped me cut down on consumption and waste. Shopping here inspired me to formally study herbal medicine. I love supporting this business. I’ve grown more in love with Wild Terra and Danielle, who is the owner and an exceptional human being!!

Easily one of the best stores I’ve been to. They are extremely welcoming, helpful, and have a great set up for covid as far as sanitizer and occupancy are concerned (four customers per store only). Makes the experience really nice and you don’t feel rushed. If I was in a line I would have no problem waiting for that! Their selection is phenomenal (I was reminded of so many other unique herbs/spices/teas that I had forgotten about). What an awesome place

Giving a star for the decent selection, but after stopping in and dropping a pretty large amount of money on products, I was talked down to by the workers who were rude and unhelpful. The two cashiers were pretentious, and when asked what things were by other customers in the store, would roll their eyes and sigh. I was very saddened by how exclusionary this shop is. Going to stick with Botanicas instead of overpriced herb shops run by gentrifiers. ❤️

Danielle Noe rocks! You should definitely check out her shop if youre into consciously sourced medicinal plants, quality tea (Camellia sinensis), and fresh spices. Ive known her for years and unlike most herb shop owners she has a good head on her shoulders...prioritizing facts over fluff. She also promised me should would never allow her fine store to degrade into just another stereotypical hippie trinket shop (which often focus far less on plants and way more on cheap/functionless imports and magical accoutrements). Danielle also stocks a lot of great books and medicine making gear so as to get you well on your herbal way. Oh yeah, and did I mention the great classes? Do yourself a favor and make sure to drop by Wild Terra the next time youre in the LA metro area. Five stars all the way!

Great selection and super nice staff!

I love this place!! It’s where I go to get all of my tea, herbs, and spices - all sold in bulk! There’s even a discount if you bring in your own containers, which is an amazing incentive to cut down on your own waste. She just started stocking more beauty items as well that I love. Love love love!

Just visited for the first time. The vibe is very chill and welcoming. They have a great selection of herps, salts, and teas that you would have trouble finding in other areas.

My favorite store in Highland Park. I spent a long time looking for a good organic tea & herb shop -- this place makes me happy every time I walk in, and the service is outstanding.

I called and came and sold out honestly not the first time. I asked if I should order the herb over the phone and they said to come on by (sorry but it’s an hour of my time) and also kinda nosy. Very annoyed.

Respiratory relief tea, burdock root, sea moss are my go to’s. Amazing products. Good service.
