Dr. Deborah Wong is brillant, warm and a wonderful doctor. She was responsive to all the difficulties my elderly father was experiencing as we tried to fight his cancer. I recommend her to the highest degree. She runs a top notch cancer-fighting center.

Dr Wong is not responsive to patients in a timely manner. Waiting for test results is stressful enough, but when you call and ask for a call back, YOU WANT A CALL BACK! Dr Wong simply sends a message for the patient to find results in the patient portal. Well, the test results were not posted or else we wouldn’t have called. It showed test completed etc., just not the results. And when it’s Friday, you don’t want to wait to see if those 10 nodules in your lungs are nothing or they’re CANCER! And, it should be at least a phone call from your oncologist not ‘go look it up’ yourself. Have some compassion lady! This is the 2nd time we’ve asked for a call back (same last year) and she only responded with a message. Patients with cancer sometimes need a phone call. 😞
