Drove 25 to get to this location yesterday. Arrived at 6:44 pm and they close at 7. Upon arriving the employee said she had already cleaned up for the day and wasnt making any smoothies anymore. I told her I called five times to try and place and order over the phone and no one answered. The Amazonian breakfast is good but their customer service is terrible. Have had a bad experience and their Silver Lake location too.

Just left this location. Acai bowls are not freshly made to order. Seems as though they make them in the morning then freeze them for orders. I dont lnow about you but i dont like my acai frozen hard with fruit on top. Would prefer them freshly made and soft when I order.

Not in a good location, rude staff. Saw 3 Police Officers walk in, and then watched employees refuse to acknowledge them. Another employee came later and told them that they couldn’t be inside and that they had to leave. Just funny, because I watched multiple people enter and exit the store before them. Just bad costumer service and biased employees. It’s not about them treating the Police bad, it’s about treating everyone equal and respectfully. Never going back again. Gonna take this story to local news!!

Juices here are amazing . The açaí bowl is to die for. We have tried many açaí bowls from different places and they don’t taste like this one. Be prepared to pay a bit more than usual BUT that’s DTLA life. Parking is horrible so park Around or next to them for $7 cash only . You can usually walk around DTLA and enjoy other nearby cool coffee shops or businesses .

Came here with my ex -boyfriend ;hes very picky and he even loved it. We got fruit smoothies and acai bowls . I wish they had more locations. Just the fresh smell alone lets you know what is good in the world and that everything will be alright. They just get it. Nice staff quick turnaround on orders. Prices are pretty reasonable for the quality. Perfect for Instagram pictures too. No complaints whatsoever. Keep up the good work.

Friendly staff and smoothie was just as great as the ones Id gotten in San Diego previously. Consistency is important to me. Ingredients are also very unique and have great health benefits. (For example bee pollen & raw cocoa). Not inexpensive but delicious and healthy. The 20oz smoothie replaced a meal for me.

I walked over for an acai bowl but ended up getting the Kale Shopper. It was great and I look forward to trying the rest of the menu!! The smoothie has been the best Ive had for flavor and price!!!!!

This place is really quaint, but with a rustic feel. They offer a great fresh juice menu, and well as ready-made cold-pressed juices. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable.I ran into here when I landed in LA, because I felt a sniffle on the plane, and I rarely get sick. I took a spicy lemon juice shot, and tried their Green #3 cold-pressed bottle. Although I was too late in my efforts, and my cold overtook me, I went back the next day for another shot, and had them whip me up a fresh juice blend. I also ordered a fruit bowl that had strawberries, acai, bananas and coconut, and I wish I could tell you how it tasted, but I was stuffed up too bad. But I will tell you that it looked delicious!The next day, I was almost good as new, and if I would have had time to go back again before I had to fly back to Chicago, I would have. Thanks Juice Crafters, I know if I didnt find you, my cold would have lasted longer, and I appreciate that you supplied the cure!

Love their fruit smoothies and meal replacement smoothies they are all delicious! I would go here more often if they had a punch card system to earn a free smoothie. Their prices are a little outrageous but you get what you pay for... A blended organic meal in a cup that will fill ya up!

Really good, extensive menu (almost overwhelming). It is a bit on the pricey side. My biggest qualm with this place is all the upcharges they have on healthy options. Geez, an extra $1.00 to put a few spinach leaves in your drink or get unsweetened acai (shouldnt it be cheaper bc theres no sweetener?

Easily one of my favourite juice bars downtown. Better value than most... Prices are pretty reasonable when compared to some of the more well known bars on Melrose and the little touches are nice... Your immunity shot comes with a strawberry to offset the spice.Very decent selection and the staff is quite nice. If youre looking for a bit then the owners also run a vegetarian panini shop located just next door. Also very good. There is a little bar for seating 5 max and then a small bench outside. Definitely more of a grab and go.
