From start to finish the customer service was astounding! I mean just over and beyond! The studio itself was bright and clean. On my arrival Keoni and Katherine made the process so simple and painless. Keoni was super knowledgeable and made sure to answer all my questions with a smile. Honestly if they were to have in-office visits for my treatment, I would come back to this location all the time. Highly recommend!

I dont even know where to begin. This place is a SCAM! They are really really good at selling the product but after your signe up, service and company is the absolute worst! Ive been going thru this nightmare for about 2 years now and I advise everyone to stay away! Dont believe me, then check the better business bureau reviews. What they dont tell you is that in their policy its satisfaction guarantee and not money back guaranteed. Another thing is you never see or talk to the ortho. Another thing too, when Candid went live earlier in the day, I commented my opinions and got removed and blocked from the stream. I went ahead and looked them up with my secondary account, found them and commented again and again I got removed. Keep in mind I didnt say bad words just stated my opinion of DO NOT BUY and LOOK AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU REVIEWS and again I got removed and blocked from live stream. Then I quickly created an account for my last attempt, found them and commented once more and again I was removed. There is so much I could say having 2 years dealing with this company. Your better off spending the extra money and goi with invisalign where you could at least see the ortho every so often, have the job done correctly and have the satisfaction and peace of mind knowing your teeth are 100% symmetrical. Its quality over quantity, always remember that. I know this is only 1 review of a few but you do you just dont regret it later. Ps if you decide to give them a chance make sure you log calls with time, agent and subject with notes so you can look back if needed as thats my mistake but honestly just stay away..Go check out the better business bureau and I wish you the best in your journey! And to whom blocked me, this is an honest review and your previous location was way nicer then current location.

Really terrible customer service in the time of COVID19. They are sorta open but so restricted in terms of their staff and available appointments. Only TWO customers are allowed inside at any one time slot and only this and the Santa Monica locations are opened. They alternate which days which studio is opened so its not easy to make an appointment. They refused to accept walk-ins after a certain time even if the previous customers are done earlier. Also, their email support doesnt exist any more. Absolutely ridiculous.

Theyre so helpful, incredibly kind and keep you involved in the process of making your aligners. Its fast, efficient, inexpensive and high quality! Truly stunned by how excellent they were.

I had a great experience going into the Candid Co. Studio, I was greeted by Dani the store manager who was super friendly and helpful. The overall process was smooth and took no longer than 45 min. If you go into the studio as opposed to ordering the kit online you get some free items when you leave.

Ive been to this location 3 times, and every time the customer service has been great! And the company overall has amazing customer service. Whenever I call the answer and help solve my issue.

Well well well what can I say about Candid. Well it was very easy, I walked in the door and was offered Perrier. It don’t get no better than that. Other than that, Brandon was my guy! He came with all the selling tips and got me! I walked out approved for the entire balance of what it cost and he even gave me $150 off just because I was so ready to do this today. The other Care Specialists were very professional and quite the entertainers. So overall I rate a 5. Get your Candid smile Today.

I had a great experience with my technician Chi Chi, she was very professional and so sweet! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed on every step in the process, let me know all aspects of the treatment plan and how the payments worked. It was so cool to see my teeth scanned onto the computer so I could see the areas I had problems with from multiple angles. Overall all of the team was very nice there and I’m grateful that they have a physical location where you can ask any questions and get scanned by a professional, instead of using a putty mold at home where you can make mistakes that prolong the process. I would definitely come here if you are looking for clear aligners at a decent price.

I had a wonderful experience at Candid, as soon as I walked in the store Alicia greeted me at the door and was my guide to figuring out how to perfect my teeth with their aligners. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to finish my consent form, but she gave me a perfect run down on the entire process so I could fully understand what I will be getting myself into. So next time I can know what to expect to finally have my teeth begin this exciting process. She was extremely informative and friendly, as well as the rest of the staff. I can’t wait to come back!

Great knowledgeable staff of ladies greeted me, checked me in and showed me around the studio. Space is really clean and modern. After brushing with a bamboo tooth brush we did the photos and the scan. Then she explained what would happen next and even gave me the Orthodontists name so I could Google him. I signed onto the program so maybe Ill update when I finish my treatment😁 so far love the business model.

Terrible service, staff and the communication, after they received full payment on the treatment of my wife, they started charging us twice on my monthly billing which should be only for my treatment only.They shipped our treatment kits not our home address but to the studio, so we had drive several times to the studio to get our kits, wait it does not end there, they wrongfully entered my name and then switched the date of births among us on the credit application for my treatment!! So I have been using lots of my time to call Candid support, Allegro Credit Company and the studio for days now!! A horrible experience, do not use these scammers!! By the way we paid more $4000 in fees for our treatment and got these kind of horrific services so far!!!!

The 3D scanning technology is very cool and provides an instant digital image of your teeth. The whole process took less than an hour. Good customer service is becoming a lost art, but not at Candid! As soon as I walked through the door of this pleasant clean, hip looking environment, I was warmly greeted by Alicia (pronounced ah-lee-CEE-ah), who was lovely and very welcoming. After completing your information and medical history on a tablet, youre given a very nice bamboo toothbrush and toothpaste to prep for your intake exam.Ashley was my technician -- she did the very high tech imaging and advised me about the aligner procedures and financing options. She also was extremely welcoming and lovely, and just fun to hang with. If I didnt have to use that spreader to hold my mouth open during the imaging process, we probably would have laughed most of the time I was there!I had traditional braces over 20 years ago and it took 2 years to straighten my teeth (and cost more than $3,000). Unfortunately, I lost my retainer and over the years my teeth have shifted so that now my front gap has returned. I am so excited to receive my Candid aligners and to have gorgeous, straight teeth in about 6 months -- for less than I paid for traditional braces!Bottom line -- great atmosphere, great people, great experience, and straight teeth for far less money than going to an Invisalign dental office. Yup, Yup!!!!!!

Well I came here not knowing what the experience was like and came out suprised, the whole process seemed smooth took a bit longer than I thought but the overall experience was great

I heard about Candid through IG and figured a free consult wouldn’t hurt. Super easy to find and there is 2 hour free parking. Upon entry the facility is beautiful, bright, and most importantly spotless. I was greater with a smile and filled out a short questionnaire. I was then asked to brush my teeth with the provided bamboo tooth brush for the most accurate imaging. Then I met ChiChi who was absolutely delightful. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me in detail. Imaging took about 15 minutes and was painless. ChiChi explained financing and what to do if I lose a retainer and answered all of my questions. She was polite, knowledgeable, and overall gave off really good vibes. I didn’t plan on purchasing today but after the experience I had with ChiChi I was sold! Can’t wait to get my teeth all straight. Thank you Candid for the IG ad and thank you ChiChi for making my experience worthwhile.
