The Dr. cut into my previous scar from 3 previous procedures done by Hair Club.The Dr should have realized the tightness of my skin due to 3 previous procedures. After the surgery my head wound was open and scabbing and in pain for over a year. I communicated with Pacific Hair about these issues and received no help. The Dr. neglected these obvious facts and proceeded anyway. I Had this procedure done 3 years ago(2000 graft I paid for) and it didnt take. So I was promised a FREE redo.. Then I was told the Dr. that performed the work for you is no longer employed with Pacific Hair any more. So Pacific Hair Wouldnt warranty the work!! Then I was charged $2400 CASH CASH had to be CASH to redo the procedure I already paid I believe $6000 for!!!!! I assume so the Dr didnt have to claim the money?? The Dr (Dr Elliot) only did about 1500 grafts not the 2000 I previously paid for and I had to push him to do that. He only wanted to do 1000 grafts even though I paid for 2000.. I am again not seeing any results from the procedure done almost a year ago. I am highly disappointed in how I have been treated. Is Pacific Hair going to do anything to make this situation right? Save your money.. Or use Hair Club or Bosley.. I had previously had transplants done with Hair Club and had AMAZING results.. I tried saving money using Pacific Hair and in the end truly regret my decisions. I deserve a full refund!! I am considering a law suit for more due to pain and suffering. Dr Elliot did the procedure. His implants did not show any results on top it destroyed my existing hair line. Also, they never followed up after the procedure and tracked the progress. All they care about is taking the money. Do not make the same mistake I made, instead go to Turkey, my first procedure was from there and it was amazing. They all put down getting procedure done from Turkey, but the reality is that not only they are 1/3 of price, they are effective.

Dr. Elliot is fantastic.. I was able to afford enough new hair to with his practice to make an unbelievable difference in what my hair looked like.. this was my fear and why I did not consider this procedure much earlier. I am 60 plus years old and I had been very self conscious about my looks for literally decades. Dr Elliott made me look age appropriate and thats why it looks so natural and good.
