It was the worst experience ever an I a hair stylist myself my instagram is hair on air.us so I no good service when I see it I payed her 800$ the unit I got matted up so bad after two week she didnt want to replace it she said I didnt comb it out. what I a hair stylist I did everything possible to keep the unit to work it didnt now I booked anthor appointment a month a go two day before my appointment in thinking she going to make it right some kind of way I text an said I see you on Saturday Ill be there she texted me back and said I have to cancel your appointment an that was it so lillerily she stole 800 hundred dollars from me so dont go to her she would not 🚫 mainte your until so unprofessional dont waste your money

I ordered products over $250 back 05/2020. Typically, when I place an order, it’s a smooth transaction. Back In Dec 2019, during a break up my ex-partner stole my credit cards and made a bunch of unauthorized transactionsβ€”one was with Mickeydabarber. Therefore, I, of course, filed a report with my bank. Mickeydabarber counter filed, and I still had to pay for the order my ex placed on my card (but hey you live and learn after a breakup). A few weeks went by, and it was time for me actually to place an order with Mickeydabarber. However, she, of course, wanted to verify it was me this time, which was understandable. I explain the situation to her, and she said I wouldn’t have any more issues placing an order. But if it happens again she will never ship to me again. The order went through back in Dec 2019 I made. Fast forward to 05/2020 I placed an order and I received a text from my credit card company asking to verify I made the order. I also received a text from Mickeydabarber asking if I placed the order. I responded yes 1 hr later. The job I have, I get over 200 text/emails in one day, so sometimes it’s a challenge depending on what kind of workday I have. I received A TEXT with a tracking number SAYING; my order was shipped from on Monday 05/25/20. Then later, Mickeydabarber sent another text asking me to elaborate on my yes response (yes, I made the transaction, or yes, it was fraudulent again). However, I missed that text.Days went by and I am thinking my order is on its way (I had an appointment with my barber also). Please note I never received a call from Mickeydabarber asking to verify my order or anything, just a text. Days went by, and Mickeydabarber sent another text saying I need to send my ID and verified I placed my order. I, of course, was furious because my appointment with my barber is now two days away, and my order should be arriving that day, which was a Thursday. I called Mickeydabarber, but one of her colleagues answered I explained everything and sent my ID and I asked them to expedite my shipping they said she couldn’t do that. I asked to speak with Mickeydabarber personally, and she was supposed to of called me back but never did. Instead, her colleague texted back, saying my order was shipped, and they couldn’t do anything. I had to pay a fee and cancel my appointment with my barber because my order did not arrive on time. This was the worst experience I have ever had with Mickeydabarber. I felt like no one cared, and no one cared to fix the issue or even try and offer a credit or something. I feel like all they were worried about was just make a sale and go on to their next order. I work in the customer service business, and this isn’t the way to treat a customer. I told them I would write a review and they encouraged me to write one about my experience.
