Horrible doctor and incompetent staff that wont return your calls or emails.I was under the doctors care for over 2 months wasnt able to get medication refilled or doctors referrals processed correctly. When I did get a hold of the doctor I let him know how its difficult to get the staff to return calls or emails and he said he would address the concern to his staff.1 month passes and nothing changed.I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs to save yourself the run around and the headache.

Heres a little something regarding the office.Office is usually closed when you need it.Very stressful dealing with this providers office, I had to call and switch doctors.Front desk: Is in need of training, the service is horrible.Nurses: RudeReferral female: Very disrespectful with dirty, long nails (unprofessional). Theres only one and she was on vacation for the longest. I was unable to get the surgery needed due to this, youd think theyd have more than one referral person. She had the nerve to get an attitude with me because I asked if the referral was ready.Provider: Hes a good doctor. He rushes the patient and dont give enough time for Q&A but not too bad.The staff need training or termination.

It is an immense pleasure to recommend this amazing Dr. Pierson MD. The staff here are amiable and are quick in responding to my questions about my friend who is 74 years. Dr. Pierson took time to understand my friends concerns and he was patient all through the visit. My resident loved her visit to him and said she will let her friends know about her new doctor. She is happy for her visit.

Dr. Pierson and his staff have created a warm and friendly atmosphere. I have been able to make appointments very easily and be seen by the doctor expeditiously. I trust them with my medical care, and wish them much continued success.

They are fraudulent!!!!!!. Do not come to dr Piersons office. The manager Laura and the receptionist Ana as the rest of the employees who work there are all uneducated , rude and unprofessional. I recently lost my job due to them, they lied that that they were closed after the holidays and couldn’t help me get an appointment. I’ve called 3 weeks prior to the date my disability was going to end and they couldn’t help me get an appointment or a letter For my job. Every time I call the wait time is like 45 minutes , and every time I wish to speak to the doctor they say his not there. Everyone in this clinic is In cahoots!

I had wonderful experience . My initial visit with Dr. Cocco was great, he was in no rush and gave as much time as I needed with questions. Also , Lashay who works in the front office was also very helpful and delightful answering all my questions . really a pleasant experience overall!!

Would give zero stars if that were possible. Had him as my primary care a few years ago.The technician who draws blood expected me to wait until there were at least 2 or 3 others who needed the same. When I said that I couldnt waitand he was told to draw my blood right away he was not very professional about it. As he was drawing blood I complained that it hurt, he chastised me and then gripped my arm so hard that there were bruises on my arm the next day. I took picture (and still have them as proof).When I went in a week later for my test results I was in the waiting room with only one other person. We were chatting about how crowded it was the week before and his office manager demanded we stop talking. We continued talking about other things and she threatened to throw me out of the office. I honestly felt like the staff were prejudice against white people.I immediately changed my primary care physician and filed a complaint with my insurance company.Add to that, when I went to see my new doctor for the same problem the next year, he told me that Dr. Pierson mis-diagnosed the symptoms.

The front office personal sucks. The receptionist is rude, nasty, has no tact and her professionalism is out the door. I have been there 3 times and has to endure her attitude. Its sad that when you come to the doctor not feeling your best, youre greeted with a bad attitude like youre getting her nervous because you came to see the doctor.The doctors are very nice and helpful. I couldnt do it today. I went in, not knowing the walk in policy had changed. The rude receiptionist then told that the price was now $135 when last month is was $75. Thats crazy. They need to invest in better people to represent their business. I have no problem with the increase it was more so the delivery from the rude receptionist. No customer service skills at all. No phone etiquette, no people skills what so ever, no sympathy nor empathy for the patients. Its unfair that people have to be treated so badly when their only there for help.

This place is completely incompetent and disorganize and communication with the patients and the patients family is horribly lacking. Doctor Todd and the lady that check us in receive the upmost respect, as they are very genuine and sincere. If you can bare their ignorance to see and speak with Dr. Todd then he visit is worth it, if not then do not waste your time and save yourself from a headache. Having compassion for your patients is a must if you want to work in the Nursing field which comes down to the staff including the manager. This place needs a complete intervention and makeover if they desire to keep having patients.

We have two medical clinics. One at 6333 Wilshire blvd. and the other at 4249 Crenshaw blvd. in Los Angeles. I have been in practice for over 30 years. The majority of my patients are very happy with me , the staff and the clinics . We are usually booked but try to accommodate everyone regardless of insurance type and to handle urgent medical problems which sometimes interfere with appointments. We are required by the Health Plans to provide Urgent Care. I am between both clinics and handle concierge services, complicated health plan cases, and supervise Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners. I also oversee the administrative functions, I.T. and day-to-day business operations. We accept most managed health care plans and PPO insurances. There is a large amount of paper work , documentation and complex administrative processes to navigate. We advise our patients to come early to complete the intake material if they are new and to allow us enough time to get authorizations for any referrals. The time it takes to get approvals depends upon the efficiency of the health plans and the accuracy of their specialty-provider networks.Some patients may be upset at our Controlled Substance policies . We will not give a prescription simply because someone makes a request or a demand. A history and physical exam is performed and laboratory studies may be ordered including drug screens.There are some patients that become upset because their findings on history and physical do not support their claim for various benefits. We are careful to submit accurate and honest information.Overall, I care deeply for my patients and I strive to always deliver the best possible health care and customer/patient services.

Completely unethical. Over book appointments are completely unnecessary. After you sign your name on the chart it take 3hrs before you are called again just to pay and sit for another 2hrs!! 5hrs to get your vitals makes NO Sense!! This Office is a money scam and I will never waste my whole day there. Please dont waste your life in this office dont bother making 9am appointment to finally be seen at 3pm. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!!!!

Office over books on appointments. I had an appointment for blood work only waited over one hour! I had to leave to go back to work before blood work could be done. Waste of time. I am switching doctors to one that keeps his/her appointments.
