Impossible to communicate with the office. I’m waiting 5 business days for an ultrasound summary to come back when the technician said it would take 1-2 business days after leaving several messages and voicemails. There’s truly no way to get anyone to speak to you if you call the doctors office you get sent to the voicemail of his assistant as soon as the receptionist hears you say Dr. Basseri’s name. She cut me off mid sentence a handful amount of times when I was trying to explain it was urgent and I needed to speak to someone and not a voicemail. I sent a message on my Cs-link 9 days ago and it still says “Not yet read by staff”. I work as an MA in a medical office that’s super busy and we have never left a patient like this.

Great front-office staff (which is SO important), and best view in Los Angeles! Dr. Basseri is attentive, professional and knows what hes talking about. He strives for positive healthy outcomes. Highly recommended.

Was immediately confident that Dr. Basseri would be able to help me with my health issues. Hes obviously a doctor who knows his stuff.

While he did do a good job on a procedure, his bedside manner was poor when I reached out after hours. After calling me back(he was on call), I explained issues I was having, he told me I was “harping” him before we ended our call. This doctor needs to be trained in how to speak to a patient worried about his/her health. His knowledge and skill alone does not make up for his cold manner. Patients be aware, a good doctor has both knowledge and compassion.

Overall experience with Dr. B was GREAT!!! Some of the nurses were rather abrupt--Patty or one as I did not understand something and her comment was rather sharp!!!!! I mis-understood Dr. B when he recommended a breathing text as a BLOOD TEST. When I mis-understood Patty she was rude.

Dr. Basseri is that rare breed of contemporary doctors - he genuinely cares. He takes time explaining your medical situation with alternatives and treatments. He is a gem and dont hesitate making an appointment to see him. You will be happy you did.

Dr. Basseri has been my doctor for a couple of years now. My health has been an incredible struggle, but hes honest, sincere, knowledgable, and I am glad I have him on my side.

I was very happy at my initial consultation with Dr. Basseri. He was calm and reassuring while explaining the procedure I needed to have done. After explaining the details to me and some of the potential outcomes, he took me outside for scheduling and I was provided with an Rx as well as detailed instructions as to what I need to do in the days leading up to the procedure. It was all very easy, clear and concise. I feel like I am in good hands and am happy that I came to see Dr. Basseri.

Dr. Basseri takes time to listen and wants to fully understand what issues you are experiencing. He reviews your chart and prior test results before your visit so he is prepared to meet with you. An old fashion type of doctors practice method with a truly friendly easy going modern way about doing things. Dr. Basseri is very candid and common sense which I so appreciate.
