It hurt me to have to give this place even one star. The only reason it even feels slightly ok is because I like my actual doctor, Dr. Brigette.You will be waiting hours to get seen here. The staff are mostly indifferent to you and whatever you’re going through. It’s typically not very clean - especially the bathroom. There was a dead cockroach in the corner today; the cherry on top of an already painstaking experience.I’m almost emotional writing this because every place I’m sent to is like this - if not worse. Our healthcare system is broken. This is NOT quality care.

Was told to wait 3 hours after I made an appointment. No one checked in on the wait time, and no one seemed to be communicating effectively with each other. Only give it a 2 star review because the doctor was friendly and helpful and the woman who took my vitals but it’s completely unprofessional to be seen an hour after your initial appointment, let alone 3-4 hours!!!

My sons appointment was at 10:30am, for his first physical at this clinic. I arrived at 10:10 am. Its now 11:45 am and we are still waiting to be seen by his doctor. He still needs to be back at school.Also NONE of the staff are friendly. Horrible attitudes!! Nurses should be trained for social skills...

Rude employees. You would think they would be considerate for the patients going in dealing with what ever they have going on but they don’t. If you don’t like interacting with patients maybe those employees should look into a career change.

One of the worst centers Ive ever been to. My appointment for my son was at 10:30am. I arrived here at 10:11am, WAY AHEAD of time. The place was already pretty packed. Its now 11:30am and we are still waiting to be seen by a doctor.This is pretty insane. Also none of the staff is very friendly. I will not be coming back here. Not to mention, people who arrived AFTER me are still getting seen first. Wish I could give zero stars!

I have gone twice as a walk in and the wait time was under 30 minutes. The staff was friendly and very helpful in regards to my health insurance giving us grief. The Doctor was wonderful and thorough with the exam.

I have been going to this clinic for a long time the nurses are so polite and very careing the doctor is great they always but me in a room before my appointment i dont have nothing bad to say about this clinic they are so lovely to all

This clinic needs more rooms to see the patients. Thats why it takes so long to be called its not the staffs fault. To many patients for one day. Needs to make more rooms or because this is redecgules. It takes to long of time to call you. 🤔🤔🤔🤔
