Ive been here twice now and have been very happy with the service Ive received. Asking for Hailey, who has been informative and friendly with both of my treatments, I like that she explained the purpose of everything in the session. Prices are great here too!

I’ve been a loyal client at Face Haus for some time and while I like their facials, the receptionist at the USC Village Face House is extremely rude! I gave her my number while trying to make an appointment, which would usually bring up my details including my card on file. However for some reason she demanded that I give her my billing details over the phone. I explained that I’d never had to do that before and she was snappy and told me to call back when I have that information. Absolute nonsense. I called the Face Haus in Hollywood straight after and made an appointment without any issue. I’ll never go back to the one at USC. Not the first time I’ve experience poor attitude from the receptionist. Ruins the whole reputation.

Not impressed. I went to the other salon and had a better experience. The salon is very small and cramped and I didnt feel very pampered when it was all said and done. The pro is its a cheap pedi, and the polish was applied nicely, other than that Id try another place.

I had a fantastic first experience!! I worked with Tiffaney who walked me through everything that she was doing to my face!!! I really appreciated that! She was kind and thoughtful!! I hope to visit again in the future!

I was so disappointed I went there with my sister on my birthday. There were two estheticians but one was on ‘admin’ duties yet their was an admin/receptionist who jus sat there. Even after we told them we had driven almost 2hrs to get there they still couldn’t attend to both of us therefore only I could get the facial. The customer service was really bad compared to the buzzfeed feature. The reason I give 2 stars was the esthetician katlyn was soo kind and gentle. She is the only reason I dint feel like I had taken my $100 and flashed it down the toilet. By there time I was done I had not seen any work that the other esthetician had supposedly been doin. It was our first ever facial but the but customer service experience toppled over the good products and kind esthetician.
