Alright by European standards.. excellent by American. Staff is fun

I will admit that the facial I had when I visited the Chicago location was amazing (smooth, soft glowing skin) especially for their prices, but the level of professionalism at the Chicago and DTLA locations is just unacceptable. Both times I have been ripped off and ignored. I never got to get my facial from DTLA and when I was charged the late fee, they over charged me for my facial when it was only supposed to be for the amount of the facial (new customers $25). Ive emailed them constantly and they have yet to email me back in over 2 months. I chopped my money up as a loss, but they have lost my business officially. Cheap doesnt always mean better and it certainly doesnt always come with professionalism. Its the true meaning of you get what you pay for. Its ashame because I would have loved to continue going here specifically for their glow facial, enzyme peel mask, and for the aesthetically appealing environment.

Do not recommend unless you want to find your credit card charged 15 months after canceling a service, and then get condescended and sassed when trying to inquire about it.While the facials were nice once in a while, the customer service at this establishment is so so poor. Theyre individually owned, so there is no responsibility taken when something goes wrong. I havent had a membership with CleanYourDirtyFace since December 2019. Now I realized today that Ive been getting charged for the past three months for a membership I dont have. Im owed almost $200 and no one has gotten back to me with any help. Usually companies social media is a great place to reach out (lots of airlines and tech companies offer this), but whoever runs their instagram could not have been less helpful, and was actively ruining this brands reputation. Condescending, belittling, and leaves such a bad taste. Good customer service can convert someone even when theyre angry, but the attitude I got over instagram DM was horrible. Again, do not recommend.

UPDATE:A year later and I am still in love with this place! The owner Liz is super sweet and Zianya (my favorite esthetician) is incredible. She is super caring, kind and gives the best recommendations for my skin. I feel so relaxed after facials here and Zianya gives the most incredible facials that are gentle yet firm.The price of unlimited facials have gone up but it’s worth every penny. You get your money’s worth by coming just twice a month.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Absolutely adore this place!They just started a $44/month unlimited facial package and it’s great!I’ve only been to my first facial but it was fantastic and I already feel like I got my money’s worth. My skin is incredibly soft and has been like that ever since my facial. My skin feels lighter as if they took off layers of gunk 😬I got the extraction add-on and can’t wait to try the others! I have gotten several facials at the West Hollywood location. The staff is super helpful and friendly and the service is amazing. Coming in regularly has been a lovely addition to my self care routine. I love the fact that they use all natural products and all of the estheticians are great. The face massage is the best part!

I look forward to getting a facial at MudbuM (almost) every week! I have the unlimited membership (WHICH IS A TOTAL DEAL!!) and its worth every penny.Elizabeth at the front is so personable and welcoming and makes me feel like Im walking into an old friends house. Shes so fun to talk to and knows me and all my facial preferences!Brooke is my favorite and always takes care of me. She makes great recommendations based on how my skin is looking when I go in. Makes sure my face is fully massaged and doesnt leave me super oily on my way out.Cant say enough great things! I really love this place!

Love this place! I went for opening weekend and was amazed at how much they got done in 30 minutes and how relaxed I felt. I ended up buying a 13 facial pack. Highly recommended!

Facials at mudbum are relaxing and you always leave with a glow. The facial massage is amazing and the space is clean and bright.

I absolutely love MudbuM! Quick but efficient facials. Cater to different skin types. Knowledgeable estheticians and such kind staff. I have been using their Goddess Rose toner for over a year and definitely see a difference. Highly recommend for those who love to pamper themselves but are on a budget! The vibe and wallpapers inside the studio are also very cute. My only complaint is the chairs you sit in while getting a facial because theyre a little bouncy. Great location and I always look forward to my next facial :)

I went to Mudbum for my first hour long facial and it was so worth it! My skin boss Zianya , gave me a skin analysis and went over her thoughts before starting my facial. She took her time and made sure I got my moneys worth.Not only was my facial experience amazing but so was the customer service ! Elizabeth was very welcoming and made my experience wonderful from the beginning to the end.

Amazing!! Quick, fun, easy and incredibly professional. Products are amazing too - I love the rose toner!
