This doctor has the worlds best bedside manner. Handled my severe dental anxiety very professionally and even made me feel calm and safe in his care. Very considerate and understanding in explaining to me what I have going on and the procedures he thinks will resolve my issues.The staff is also very patient, caring, and understanding. They create an atmosphere of sincere patient care. Again, I felt safe here and my anxiety was validated. This HELPED SO MUCH in calming my anxiety.I feel very comfortable in trusting this doctor with dental needs and I know they will help me through this.

It’s sounds cliche, but if I could give them 6 stars, I would!!The building is easily accessible and offers complimentary valet in the garage. The staff was friendly and efficient from the moment I entered the office. Got me checked in quick and I was in the dentists chair at the time of my appointment, no waiting around for half n hour like some of my past experiences at other places.Once I was in the chair, everyone was accommodating and made sure that I was comfortable. After explaining the procedure, showing me my X-rays and explaining exactly what was gonna be done, and how, they gave me the proper amount of Novocain to ensure I wouldn’t feel ANY pain.During procedure the whole staff worked quickly yet efficiently while continuing to make sure I was doing ok and not feeling any pain or discomfort.Was in n out in less than an hour and I’m very pleased with the job that was done. Dr. Parsa is a skilled Endodontist. There is only one other time in life that I had a root canal and I remember crying in my car afterwards because it was so traumatic. But with Dr. Parsa I felt safe. He explained the process beforehand and step by step as he completed the procedure. He answered all my questions with patience. In addition he is a 80s music lover like me so the Playlist was hitting.Lets not forget about his staff. Those Ladies are kind, patient and efficient. Emphasis on efficient.I felt really good about my visit and while Im not in a rush to get another root canal, if I had to go back, I wouldnt be disappointed.

I had an incredible experience at Dr. Parsa’s office. A root canal is not at the top of anyone’s enjoyment list, however, Dr. Parsa really put me at ease through the entire process. He easily talked me through each step during the procedure so I knew exactly what was coming. He was thorough, honest and confident and I had zero pain. The technicians were personable and careful. I can’t recommend Dr. Parsa’s office enough!

If you have anxiety and struggle with being in a chair for long periods of time etc, this is your Endodontics to TEAM. From the wonderful Dr. Parsa himself, to the incredible staff like Brooke and Dalma, you have people who are understanding and patient. I took CBD before my root canal so I could sit still and be relaxed. I was still terrified but I was very calm and relaxed in this teams hands. I did not. Feel. A. Thing! Recovery same - very little pain. Tiny. This is the team you always want to have when you get dental work.

By far THE BEST experience I’ve ever had with any dentist and definitely with a root canal. The office was spotless and staff were beyond helpful and accommodating. Dr. Parsa is amazing! I had root canals fixed for 3 teeth, and 2 of them were so busted, that other clinic told me I should have them removed. It has been about 1 year since the procedure - the teeth are still , and not causing me any trouble. There was a follow-up visit, and x-rays showed how well the tissue heeled.Despite the procedure being rather complicated it was not painful. Dr. Parsa and his assistants were very careful and considerate.Many thanks for saving my teeth!

I normally dont write reviews but I had such a great experience with Dr. Parsa and the staff at West LA Endodontics that I had to share my experience.I was referred to Dr. Parsa by my general dentist for an internal resorption. They were able to see me on the same day for a consultation. The front staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, making this whole process so much more pleasant. During my consultation, Dr. Parsa explained everything to me thoroughly in terms of what was going on with my tooth and the steps we would need to take to fix it. He provided me with his personal phone number and I was able to receive quick responses from him after-hours regarding some concerns and questions I had about my tooth and my facial swelling. Dr. Parsa was even able to see me again for a last minute visit when I had some concerns about my facial swelling. When it came time to finally do the procedure, he was very gentle and walked me through each step of the way, explaining what he was doing and what type of sensations I would feel. Id like to note that I was also having issues with my new insurance and the entire staff was extremely understanding to my situation. Jessica worked hard to contact me and my insurance and make sure things would go through for when I got my procedure done.After a series of visits, my dental problems are now behind me and I couldnt be more grateful to Dr. Parsa and the staff such as Dilma and Jessica for their amazing hospitality. I am a general dentist who recently referred my own relative for a difficult molar root canal. Dr Parsa did an amazing job and was able to treat my relative with no pain. He also has the latest technology including digital x-rays and CT cone beam to diagnose and treat his patients with the best possible care. I will be referring him a lot more patients knowing how great and professional he is.

This guy is the best - I went in with some pain in a root canal and wasn’t sure what it was. I have had 8 root canals and 5 implants in the past, only to find out I could have avoided a handful of them.Dr. Pejman spent the time, did some X-rays, some 3D scans and prescribed some antibiotics. He could have easily had me spending a grip of cash, but instead found a remedy and explained in detail.I’m not going anywhere else - hands down best dental office I’ve ever visited.

I had to go to Dr. Parsa today to get a retreatment of a root canal. To say the least, I was pretty petrified. He & his staff were patient, kind, and understanding. I would definitely go back in the future. He is also very detail-oriented which I appreciated, especially given the circumstances of this treatment. Its also very considerate that they tell you where to park so that you dont have to pay the high rate.

R. Parsa is such a brilliant diagnostician. Hes a true rarity among doctors. He puts his patients first, and gives them the time needed. He spent well over an hour with me both times I saw him just figuring out the answer to my tooth pain mystery. Note that I had seen 6 dentists/specialist prior to him. He really got to the heart of my problem because he listened, evaluated and took the time needed to treat me. And in my case it wasnt even a root canal!

Dr Parsa is by far the best endodontic doctor in la. As a paitent with sever ocd, I was really dreading this root canal. His staff made sure everything was as comfortable as possible for me, and even went out of their way to make sure I was ok with everything. On top of the great staff, great location, and easy communication, dr Parsa did an excellent job on my root canal, I rarely fely any pain whatsoever after. On top of that the cost was half the price of other dentist in the same building even... you can’t go wrongThank you again everyone!!!

Dr. Parsa is beyond exceptional!!! On my first visit, I have had a successful, zero pain and miracle root canal!!! I found Dr. Parsa via Yelp. Although all of his reviews were five stars, I was still worried before my first visit to his office on 5/28/19. My previous dental work (onlay/crown done by my previous dentist) left me with lots of pain and infection in my mouth for a year long. On my first visit, I did not expect much, especially when I still had the infection and a sore in my mouth from previous dental work. However, amazingly he did the Phase I work and completed the entire procedure within 2 hours!!! He was kind, patient and thorough and explained the issues and the procedures step by step in an easy going, friendly but still efficient way. During the entire procedure, I did not feel any pain. After I got home that evening, I had my dinner as usual!!! I even moved my jaw around and tried to look for the pain, but found none!!! Of course, I did not get a chance to use the IBuprofen he prescribed for me just in case either. On my 2nd visit on 6/26/19, he completed the remaining procedure within about 1 hour. It was another pleasant procedure. There was no pain, no stress and everything went easy, smooth and pleasant! I have never had any doctor visit, which could be so pleasant! His assistant and the office staff were nice, friendly and responsive. They called me to follow up the day after each time. As of today (7/719), I never felt any pain since day 1 and all of my issues are recovered. Dr. Parsa is a well skilled, experienced and thorough endodontics! I strongly recommend him!!!
