It is a very nice office located in a Mexican neighborhood. There is an attentive office staff person ready to open the door for you when you stand outside and wait briefly. She will determine if you need to go to the nurses desk in the front or wait in the beautiful lobby. I was called very quickly to pick up the paperwork that I had requested earlier. It was all printed, stapled and ready to take. They have me clear directions on what to do next. Pleasant visit. Lisa Ma is a great doctor! She knows traditional as well as natural alternative medicine. She is very informed, caring, comprehensive and determined to find the source of your ailment. She will not stop in finding your correct diagnosis and best treatment plan. I highly recommend her.

The other review that says they are dangerous is spot on. This is hands down the worst primary care doctors office I have ever been to. My first impression was probably the worst experience there, where Dr. Miyazaki was over an hour late to my early morning appointment, then told me once he finally showed up that he didnt have time to cover my more chronic issues (I was dealing with some GI and skin issues at the time that I have since resolved), even telling telling me he didnt want to look at a rash that turned out to be from a bug bite (should have been no big deal). He was in a hurry to get me out of there without dealing with my medical issues. After my first appointment I explained all this to them on their online feedback form, which should have raised a red flag about that doctor. But of course, no one cared and that feedback disappeared into the ether.When I gave my urine sample, all they handed me was a plain, unmarked paper dixie cup, that I then had to be careful carrying to the storage room on the other side of the clinic, since it was flimsy and had no lid. Thats just unprofessional.When I re-injured an old spinal fracture from working out, they referred me to the absolute worst PT I have ever heard of, (PT-RN Care, which for your own safety and sanity you should stay the hell away from) who actually made the injury worse by giving me damaging exercises and deflecting any of my questions about how to improve my strength. So when I went back to Mosaic to ask for a different referral, the doctor I saw began bragging about how when she went through physical therapy, she vomited from the pain, and thats how hard I should be pushing myself. She wouldnt give me a new referral, so I got one from my orthopedic surgeon instead (by the way, N Care Physical Therapy are the ones who ended up helping me heal, and theyre awesome)!Not ONCE when they said they would put a referral in for me did they actually do it without me following up multiple times over the course of 1-2 weeks, and they always acted surprised that nobody put it through. Every single time. I was constantly having to call and nag them.Lastly, the facilities are just gross. The waiting room is often dirty and full of the food and trash people left behind, and the receptionists just let people do whatever they want. Thinking about leaving your half-eaten sandwich and an open carton of orange juice strewn across an entire bench with scraps and crumbs everywhere? Go ahead, and while youre at it, hop on over to another bench to yell on speakerphone or play Candy Crush at full volume for no reason, to take up some more space and be as loud as possible. Just make sure not to bump into that guy over there carrying an open cup of piss in his hands.These doctors seem more concerned with taking copays and shooing people out the door than helping them heal. As a not-so-wise doctor at Mosaic once told me, when I was frustrated on my long pursuit for solutions and answers for skin and GI issues, try meditating on your symptoms and learn to accept them. Im SO glad I didnt take that advice.

Dr. Hector R. Castillo is a wonderful person! Its hard to find such an amazing doctor. Hes not only very smart but shows kindness and warmth. He doesnt rush you and patiently listens to your concerns. Im grateful to Jehovah God for finding such a caring and knowledgeable doctor for my son! The staff is very nice and the facility is very clean.

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years and I have been very satisfied with the service there, this clinic is very well kept, nice and clean, the staff there are wonderful... The only problem i have is that unfortunately things changed and I rarely see my doctor, because of the Nurse Practitioners. Dr.Ma & Dr.Silva are Awesome Doctors. I would like to be able to go to a clinic where my kids and I would be seen by the SAME doctor each visit, NOT by different people that are NOT Certified Doctors. I am grateful thou that if I would like to schedule an appointment to see either Dr. Ma or Dr. Silva I am given the opportunity to see them on a day that they come into the clinic... This is the IMPORTANCE OF HAVING A REGULAR DOCTOR THAT IS CONSISTENT WITH YOU AND YOUR MEDICAL HISTORY...

Very bad service The receptionists do not know how to do their job well. Only one is attended by appointment. Also the receptionists are in the gossip and you are not served well.

I have been with this clinic for more than 10 years and I was previously very happy because one had the opportunity to work with only one doctor about my health; of a time for here since doctor silva almost is not seen and the doctor erika I leave the clinic all change is no longer the same. Now what I like the least is that the person who is in charge of authorizations is very tough with one. I hope the clinic improves because I do not want to change. All my family attends this same place but there are things that are failing a lot and as a client I feel dissatisfied.

Bad service you ask for an authorization and they do not send it to you and some nurses with very bad character
