I sometimes take a lot of patience when it comes to hitting a vein. My nurse was so patient with me! It took a while but they finally came up with a solution, and they got my husband with no problem. I was given a freebie gift pack and a b12 shot for free for the hard time. Sometimes, things aren’t perfect, but it’s not the businesses fault. In this case the business, and people in it, did a wonderful job and made me feel really special. The response was exactly what I needed and actually was one of the biggest reasons I chose to move to LA.Come here, and you will be treated with respect and love!

This place is very unique. I did not know much about IV Vitamin therapy until my friend introduced me to it. DripDoctors was a great experience from the moment I walked into the facility, to the way I was greeted, to my amazing treatment. I received the Limitless Drip and I felt much like Bradley Cooper did in the movie. The effects were even better the next day. Dr. Tony was awesome and truly cared about his patients. I highly recommend this place if youd like to get an IV drip. Its my first time having a drip so I have lots of questions but the staff were so nice in explaining everything to me. This is by far one of the most unique places I have visited since my move to California! I am from a small town in Ohio where people do not even believe in the practice of preventative medicine. I grew up with a condition called RSV because my parents both smoked when I was a kid. As a result, I have a terrible immune system. I find myself on antibiotics at least 6 times a year. It has gotten to a point where I can not even take certain medications because my body is resistant to the antibiotics now.Long story short, I have been to both DripDoctors clinics and I must say this place has literally saved my life. I was able to detox from the meds I was on and used IV treatments to help with my immune system. I even did the micronutrient testing done so I could see where my body was lacking in vitamins and anti-oxidants. The place can be pricy but it is worth it! To not have to be on antibiotics constantly is worth it alone!The owners are so nice and personable. Both of them worked in the ER so they get the need to keep people like me out of it. The nursing staff is very kind and accommodating. They genuinely care about your well being. The facilities are super clean, inviting, warm, fun, and comforting. I can not thank DripDoctors enough for the quality care they provide. Everyone is beautiful inside and out!

The services are great, but the billing is a problem and when I called about the issue the person answering was very nonchalant about the bill being entered under my husbands name instead of me and I Paid for everything and made the appt. Now it has created a problem with my ins and she was like well I dont know what happened and offered a super bill ....

Ive been here twice for a hydration drip prior to getting on some long flights, and the first time was good. They had a very helpful receptionist who was able to answer my many questions from which drip I should order to where to park. The nurse was good, she didnt talk much but she was on top of it and didnt forget about me, kept checking in, and was all-around professional. I had a great experience and made a mental note to come back. After the drip, I had some great energy and felt ready for travel. I had no bruising in my arm - you wouldnt know I had a drip at all!The second time, I made an appointment for right when they opened and it was definitely more jumbled. The nurse had way too much energy and was very chatty... she told me that she and the receptionist were picking out furniture for her new place, among a myriad of other things... Like that we were going to be best friends... Um ok. One good thing the nurse told me about was signing onto yelp to get a free boost, and by doing so Yelp reminded me to do a review, so here we are. My husband came with me this second time and she had to stick him with the needle twice - first with his left arm (to which she was digging in his arm (!!) with the catherer!! She finally gave up and went for the right arm which she finally got to work. I dont think hell be too keen on coming back. The receptionist on the other hand, didnt say much. They were very busy for 2 people managing a few clients... or at least what I thought were clients. I think one guy just came to chat, he sat at the front waiting area for awhile and talked a long while with the two ladies... who of course forgot about us when we were finally done making us late for our next appointment. After this, my husband and I both had bruising in our arms - not a good look!Now, I really like the service. So I hope to come back at some point, I just would prefer to get the first nurse and not the one we had the last time we went. Maybe shell get better with experience, but Id rather have a professional experience than someone overly chatty and familiar.

I was thinking here by a friend who swears by this treatment process. The whole experience is wonderful. Very much like a high-end Spa. But its the results that make all the difference. A team of doctors and nurses evaluate your needs and set up an IV drip with vitamins and other supplements to meet the requirements of your body. I was completely amazed on how wonderful I felt after having this treatment. I look forward to going back and am very grateful to my friend for having shown me this magical place. Make sure to have an appointment and be prepared to give them all of your medical information. This is a medical procedure and it is treated as such. You are given the best care and I must say after years of having IVs this one was the least painful one Ive ever had.

I’m a 5th grade teacher and I am constantly surrounded by sick kids who never wash their hands and touch everything. I literally can’t afford to be sick and started to feel a little run down so I got the Immunity IV Drip with zinc and high dose of vitamin C. It also had all the B-vitamins. The bag was huge! It only took about 50 minutes and I immediately could feel it and taste the vitamins! It actually gave me a head high at first but I quickly felt really great and energized after. This is airborne on steroids and more effective! Make sure to eat something before you go in! I think all teachers need this in their lives.

A bit pricey for students but overall staffs were good. My nurse was very nice to me and we had a great chat.The parking is not so good because the valet guy just gave me my car keys and had me to find my car myself. I suggest to give student discounts and promotions because I think the IV pushes, drip, and shots are essential to students, especially nursing students.

Fabulous experience from my entrance into the DripDoctors facility to my treatment that went seamlessly well. I am not a big fan of needles but I must say the IV part was not nearly as painful or bad as I thought. The nurse was very informative, walked me through the process, and checked on me regularly. She took my vitals after the procedure and I felt great! I could taste the vitamins instantly--warning: if you do not eat before the procedure and you dont like an earthy taste, eat beforehand. They also offer water and snacks! Super clean and cozy environment.

We got taken in right away. The staff is so nice and comforting. The interior is very soothing. They had the meds that we needed on hand. We did a trip to the ER for fluids last night and waited 5 hrs just for an iv. This place has nice music and everything you need. Will definitely use again.

This weekend wrecked me! I went out every day and I just could not shake the hangover. I called Drip Doctors to do a house visit because thats how bad it was... they got me in that night and were extremely professional about everything. The hangover cure I got worked so well. I was amazed. I couldnt even keep water down before that and within an hour and a half I felt so much better. They even gave me something to help with my nausea.

Super pricey, the kinda thing you do once

I’ve been deathly terrified of needles my whole life! After much prodding by my best friend who loves this place, I finally came with her to get a B-12 booster shot. It happened so fast I didn’t even feel it! They even used a cool numbing spray. I definitely felt more energy afterwards. The nurse was so nice too, overall great experience to help me get over my fear! 

First impressions are lasting impressions and I was not impressed by the professionalism of this company and business practices. Not a patient, but there are other ways to experience an unprofessional business other than becoming a patient. So I would appreciate if this company would stop trying to discredit my review just because I wasn’t a patient. You are unprofessional, do better, fix it; don’t argue with a person leaving the review; YOU did it! Your standards of business was not to my liking. So stop commenting under the reviews you don’t like. And fix the problem.

I went into Drip Doctors after feeling under the weather after vomiting and feeling severely dehydrated. After getting their immunity drip which they also offered me additional medications for my nausea, I felt 100% better. I felt fully hydrated and well enough to go out with friends later that night. I would definitely recommend it to others. It is both affordable and they provide excellent service. The IV Clinic looks clean & well decorated as if it was in Beverly Hills. Feeling pretty good after my MVP and glutathione IV vitamin therapy. It was just want I needed to knock the lethargy out of my system and refocus myself. This morning I woke up feeling energized, focused and ready to tackle the week. I had one of the best workouts this morning no doubt because of the quality vitamins, and amino that I received. I would recommend Drip Doctors MVP to any one that is looking to increase their performance and endurance week in and out.

Very Unpleasant and unsatisfied experience. I purchased two month package and they told me it is not auto bill. Somehow I received next payment and I called them to cancel , they rejected it and changed their words. I said I’m not in this area anymore but they still refused to pay me 300$back. Secondly the nurse is very unprofessional. She punched me three times but no blood was coming out and I was having three bruise for a week...

Ive never been to this place but I was googling IV vitamins near me and this place came up. It caught my attention due to the amount of good reviews. I would consider this place but to read responses to every 1 star review and disclosing patient information by stating that the review is fake because that name of the person has never been a patient scares me. I was under the impression that anyone providing medical services should abide by the HIPAA law and not disclose patients information. Is this place considered a medical facility with Nurses and Doctors? Or is this place like a spa where you get IV vitamins? Just curious.

Couple months ago I was having very hard times and I was prescribed anxiety/depression meds from my doctor .. I thought a lot before starting these meds and I told myself last shot to try IV infusions and I searched for Dr drop! Boom God sent of course ! Excellent spa service

Stopped by the West Hollywood Drip Doctors and they gave me a free B12 shot since it was my first visit. It was quick and the people working their had good vibes.

My teenage acne left me with scars I insecurely carried into adulthood. I tried everything to help and no luck, dont have downtime or funds to get fancy lasers. I got a PRP Vampire Facial for the first time and already noticed a huge improvement. The whole experience was just so great! I came in with a fresh face and they applied numbing cream. Then I got my blood drawn and it was put in this machine called a centrifuge for about 10 min to separate the PRP from the blood. Then it was drawn into syringes and injected into all the problem areas on my face- mainly my cheeks. I even got some in my lips, which felt kinda crazy and wierd but totally worth it.My skin look smoother, tighter, and my skin tone is more even already! I cant wait to come back for my next treatment! I have gotten Botox at the clinic in West Hollywood and it was an amazing experience too!

Im a student at USC and am taking a really difficult summer class. I had 2 tests within one week and was just feeling so burnt out and run down due to the all-nighters I had pulled to study. I had seen this place while driving in the area and thought I would give it a try. I went in for the executive push since I didnt really have time to do a drip. Initially, I didnt feel any crazy difference but when I went to the library that night, I had so much more mental energy to study and it wasnt like caffeine energy, it actually helped me think clearly. Pretty sure this thing helped me pass my test and for that, I will for sure be back.

The therapy is good but the after massage was not as expected... The place was recommended by a famous FC Seville football player but Im disappointed...Édit: In Europe we also have planes in order to travel ! I did came to the place.

I just completed my first Glutathione Push IV from IV Drip Doctors and I feel fantastic. I am not a big fan of needles and Jamila was painless. I will definitely be returning to try out a full IV next week.

I have been to the DTLA Drip Doctors and I must say West Hollywood is absolutely beautiful. You walk in a very chi, spa-like ambience with rose gold, grey, and white colors. The clinic is so spotless and I appreciate that because I am OCD. I have always been a fan of IV Vitamin Drip Therapy since dealing with many chronic issues in my life. The hydration alone is a life saver and has saved me numerous visits to the emergency department.I was treated by a very pretty PA who clearly sounds like the one who started it. She was very kind, knowledgeable, passionate, and had great beside manner. She walked me through the IV insertion process and then provided me with a heating pad and a blanket. There is a snack bar and fridge where you can help yourself to water and fruit drinks (zero calories). After my infusion, I got Glutathione, which is an anti-oxidant that flushes out your liver. It gave me a warm rush but I felt so much more clear mentally afterwards. The infusion took about an hour and 15 minutes but it went by quickly. There was also a TV that had apple TV images which added to the ambience. The lights that hung from the ceiling were really neat. This place does not feel like a Drs office.I felt really great 24 hours after my infusion and a week and a half into it, I still feel pretty energized. I definitely will be coming back! Both locations have parking! Thats a must! Looking forward to my next visit.
