Receptionist was kind & accommodating (I was nervous), and the flow in the office was easy. I made an appointment and was in & out within 15 minutes. Emily drew my blood and she was so kind and gentle. I asked if she could please use the butterfly needle and it was no problem. I also asked if she could please tell me right before she put the needle in, and she kindly did. I’m so grateful I chose this place!

Incredibly frustrating to make a disabled person stand outside but let people who were 30 minutes late to their appointment come in still and jump ahead of those of us who were here on time. I’m standing outside in pain watching them pick folks from the back of the line because they were late for their appointment. If people are late, they should have to wait and not push back the people who got here on time

Parking is difficult. No accommodations outside in wait line for elderly or handicapped who cannot stand for long periods. No signs to direct patients to Quest inside building. Staff is pleasant & facility clean.

Best placeI always go as a walking in but usually I’m in & out of there in less than 30 minutes, but this time I decided to make an Appointment and it’s the best decision I ever made I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes I was so in shock Maria was able to find my veins and with no pain she was able to Get my blood samples. I am very grateful for the staff being so friendly I get a lot of anxiety When it comes to lab work I have a big fear of needles but this place has a well welcoming atmosphere that eases my anxiety.

I had a preop doctor appt. Was sent to labs, they asked if I had an appt with them which I didnt, waited 40 min. The lady then told me wait can be up to two hours, totally ridiculous why would I want to wait 2 hours, and they take walk ins????

A few things to say here I love this location. First of yes parking is crazy and expensive so I bussed it to avoid the paying parking and waiting. Secondly I STRONGLY recommend appointment! Do not do walk in people with appointments do go in quicker! Or else you will wait for hours. Also do it in the morning I was fasting and had to draw blood so I made my appointment a.m. They had me in like less then 10 minutes. They were quick and they have you sign in through a tablet when you first arrive. I loved the location and how quickly they took me in will definitely come back soon for other appointments.

I was there a week ago and they didn’t give my driver’s license back....I tried to call, but I can’t get thru to talk to an actual PERSON. Can you simply send the DL to the address listed....?

I made an appointment so I got in as soon as I got there and it literally took about one minute for me to be in and out. Also they are nice and it didn’t hurt. 10/10

Well I came to take blood out so I did, I came about over a month later for results and turns out they didn’t take down that I accepted to taking out blood I didn’t not verify the tube had my name on it and now over a month later I came and they didn’t have it because it’s on hold because it says I didn’t take the blood out... point is they either lost my blood or they threw it away because they didn’t tell me to verify anything and now I need to take the blood out once again smh

The service in this place is bad. The girl behind the counter does not know what blood work to input on the computer. The people withdrawing the blood don’t know how to withdraw blood or what each bloodwork means. This place is really unprofessional and they refused to withdraw my blood because they couldn’t reach out to my doctor to clarify the necessary blood work. The way they treat you here is unacceptable and people like that should not be working here. There is no sympathy here for the patients.
