The rudest service I’ve experienced. The women testing me had the nastiest attitude, poor service and made very discouraging remarks through the whole process. The negative comments are all true.

Building is actually well maintained considering in which part of DTLA it is at. Front desk security is very polite and help out when you need it. As for Quest Diagnostics everyone can have mixed feelings about it depending how you take it there’s only one person or two in here your only check in is a tablet which most will have difficulty with if you’re not up to speed with technology. Pretty straight forward if you’re here for specimen collection they’re just trying to get everyone in and out quick which is understandable. The lady that works there is nice though.

I been visiting this place quite for some time, I’m happy with the lady everybody is complaining about, you just have to get to know her, a little conversation helps. It beats other places, no lines, quick check-in with your phone code, they recycle staff all the time so you won’t see same faces all the time. I suggest to make an appointment or walk-in at the end of the day. Courteous staff like Ashley, she also speaks good spanish.

I always go to this lab for blood work. Yuko and Hanna are nice, friendly, and great at doing bloodwork (I don’t end up with bruising after). Helpful tip: set an appointment before going because appointments, just like reservations at a restaurant, get priority. Also, if you have a mobile phone, checking in is easy as you simply have to pull up the QR code that would be emailed to you as soon as you set an appointment, and scan that code via the kiosk in the waiting area. Lastly, if you have the Quest app and/or create an online account, you can enter your insurance info ahead of time, saving you even more wait time at the lab. I’ve heard people complain about the long wait and it’s absolutely avoidable if you do your part ahead of time.

I frequent this lab for my tests, and have generally made an appointment. The building is well maintained, and the service staff is polite and patient. Sometimes the waiting room is quite full, but generally only a few folk arewill waiting. Mornings are less busy. The appointments are taken by scheduled times, and those with appointments have priority over walk-ins, as the signs indicate. The testing procedures have been efficient, and quick. I also have access to the results online, which is convenient when discussing my medical issues with my physician over the phone. The test results turnaround is very quick, sometimes the next day, but I plan for two business days. The costs are very reasonable and I have never had to pay a co-pay. All in all, my choice for testing facility.

I had lost my ID and due to Covid there are are no appointment with DMV to renew or show proof of renewal.Spoke with someone at this specific Quest, requesting options for proof of identification.She seemed very annoyed, told me she had no time for this and clicked.Is this how Quest treats all their clients?

Was going to give this place 1 start but the girl taking my blood was super quick and sweet. Regardless, save yourself the trip and don’t go to this location. Only two people work at this location. The front desk lady is an absolute nightmare, all of the negative reviews are absolutely accurate. If you have to come to this location make sure you make an appointment.

HOLD ON TO YOUR I.D.!I visited this location yesterday and aside from being rushed by the front desk agent Yuko Berry, my Drivers License went “missing” when you get there you are asked to show your ID and they hold on to it on the other side of the counter. However, other patients that go into the back can take your ID if they see it. Mine did not get misplaced. It actually got stolen by another patient. The front desk lady Yuko Berry asked me twice if I had taken my ID and I said no. Then she said “oh I’m sorry your ID is gone.” ????? I was confused and asked her how can my ID be gone!? They searched for it and asked the other patient if maybe he grabbed it by “accident” patient said no and he had not grabbed anything. Well...they found my ID in a box that he was carrying. I look at the front desk lady and ask her how can anyone just have access to IDs. At this point I dont know if the other patient took any of my information with him. The lady would not let me confront him because he pretended to be lightheaded. I asked for security and as they were about to call the patient takes off. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN TO THIS PLACE. HOLD ON TO YOUR ID!!

Worst ever!!! Don’t understand how closing time is 4:30 pm but won’t take anyone after 3:00pm this is information that should be provided somewhere! Front desk lady was so rude and not helpful at all!

They took my blood and never sent my doctor the results and now i call and i cant wven address this issue because no on answers the phone but a machine
