Dr. Yu is a REALLY great doctor! My family is happy with him and we are also happy that he always takes his time with us and talks to us AND NEVER rushes us to leave. Yesterday we were late to our appointment and the front lady said r ad to schedule. I told her that we drove 3 hours and to please ask Doctor. Dr Yu was so kind enough to see us and we are so thankful with him.

As a type 1 diabetic and patient, I have never had a worse experience with an institution. First of all, it will take them days to get your prescriptions called in. Not only that, but theyll lie to you as well, and say theyve called in your prescriptions when they havent. Also the front desk is rude and will hang up on you. But the pain doesnt end there... They will also tell you that youre paid up and hit you with bills MONTHS later... And they wont explain to you what your bill is for... Im currently waiting for the office manager to give me a call back (over an hour overdue) about calling in a prescription for pen needles that the front desk told me was taken care of on Monday (2 days ago).STAY AWAY if youre a diabetic looking for a provider.

The doctor will make the wrong dose of the medicine. This is a very serious problem, indicating that he has no sense of responsibility.
