Do you have colored ink? Well, I wont be back because they dont have the machine to remove color. Cost to remove just black ink I would say isnt bad. Christopher Ho was friendly and gets you in and out fast. Most of the front desk people though are not friendly. I wouldnt tell you not to go or to go. I would recommend give it a try you might have a different experience then me.

I was late few minutes to my appointment it was an appointment for me and my husband together and my face was super itchy and had painful scars ..and I begged the dr to see me she said no !!! All I know you can’t forsure leave a patient in pain it’s about mercy!!! Took my teenage daughter and college son for acne treatment. Dr. Ho got right to the point of type of treatment my kids required. Dr. Ho has a great sense of humor and is really nice pays attention to his patient’s concerns of treatment he answered their questions and made them feel very comfortable. Everyone there is really nice and the wait is quick. I would recommend Dr. Ho to anyone that requires a dermatologist consultation.

Quick and very easy appointment. I knew what I was looking for and got some really good input from the PA on my skincare routine and what would be helpful. Will be using them as primary derm from now on.

I went in for a sore on my face that wouldnt heal, they said it wasnt an issue. I have pale skin with plenty of sun damage, they shouldve done a biopsy.Got it checked at another place a year later and it was basal cell carcinoma, had to have a 1.5inch strip cut out of my face.

Dr Ho is excellent. Im not only a long-time patient of his (and a former patient of Dr Furumotos), Im a fan! Hes very busy, but he makes sure he addresses his patients concerns. Wait time is often minimal (as long as you get there on time), his front office staff are very efficient and knowledgeable. His renovated and expanded office looks awesome and spacious. Most of all, I love the online appointment option. So easy and convenient. Metered street parking or non-validated building parking.

On two separate occasions, Dr. Ho corrected erroneous diagnoses that other doctors had messed up.One in particular was truly troublesome, costing me years of unnecessary treatments—damaging the skin on my hands.Within seconds, he offered the correct diagnosis and days later, the issue was solved putting to rest 15 years of wasted time and worry.On another occasion, when I received a terrible diagnosis from a local doctor in Little Tokyo, he knew immediately that it was highly unlikely that this was correct. He was the only person to really make me question the veracity of the supposed claim because I had confidence in him. And he was right again. There was actually nothing wrong but a supposed ‘mistake’ made by the lab.He’s fast. He’s efficient. He’s friendly. And costs are very fair and reasonable. And he’s saved me immeasurable grief. One of the true stars in the medical profession. Highly recommended. Especially if you’re like me—with very fair skin, and prone to all those Celtic messes that result from sun exposure and occasional sake, wine and martinis.I am grateful to this man. And believe me—my standards are higher than the average.Thank your Dr. Ho!!!P.S. Doctors are not Gods. It’s always possible for a misdiagnosis, even from Dr. Ho. Always get a second opinion if it’s a very serious issue.

Good morning. I am an unsatisfied patient of Dr. Hos. On January 13th, I walked into my pharmacy requesting my refill of Elidel. On Jan. 22nd, I received a call from Walgreens stating they had tried several times to reach you and get an authorization since this medication is not covered by my insurance. I called your office the following day and the woman with whom I spoke to on the phone told me refill was only good until 1/5/2020. I just now found my prescription which states refill was good until 1/25/2020.I could have easily filled my prescription, but now, thanks to your delay and incorrect information, It is past the refill date.I have taken a photo of my prescription and the transcript of the message from Walgreens. Have to be honest, Im enraged and disappointed with how this was handled and, unfortunately, this is not the first time Ive had difficulty with your office. What can we do to remedy this? I went to see a doctor because I had some rash and bad internal pain so I was doubting if is Shingles. But the doctor said its not Shingles and its just rash so she gave me a prescription only for the skin rash. But next day, the rash was spreading and the pain was so bad. I went to another hospital and they said it is Shingles. I got so mad that your doctor was sure of my symptom. I dont know how she got a doctors license. I would tell people not to go this hospital. If I would have bad nerve aftereffect, I will blame on this doctor forever.

First time patient... did all my paperwork, was in and out in 15min to have a milia removed. Dr. Ho has genial hands and told me it was going to hurt but it didn’t. A little sore for a day but it didn’t leave a mark on my face. I did have trouble getting ahold of them on the phone but they called me right away after I sent an email. I will totally come back here if needed and have referred friends here as well.
