Just recently had 8 crowns done. Im very happy with the results. My husband and friends cant stop complimenting my new smile. West L.A.s staff were attentive, friendly and efficient and Dr. Golyad provided excellent consult and care. Jennifer in particular went above and beyond with great customer service. I would highly recommend this dental office.

I read a review that this client had severe anxiety. Her review mentioned that LA Dental Care Dentist was attentive to her care that relieved her anxiety. So I switched Western Dental locations. My main reason coming to West LA Dental Care was a tooth came out of my Partial that the previous location molded my Partial - did excellent job but mentioned that my Partial would have to be redone🤔 I got the same response from LA Dental Care but what had me not return after SECOND VISIT with them was when the Dentist filled my upper left tooth and when the numbing effect wore off and I tried to put my Partial in it didnt fit properly. I was so upset - LA Dental Care knew I had a Partial and it was a main concern of mine. It bothered me that the Dentist didnt even consider mentioning my Partial fitting after the work he did.Anxiety has heightened so I will not be returning.

I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist, I just moved to LA my friend recommended this place to me. I got a root canal today (3-1-19)and I’m so happy it was not painful, Dr. Golyad was amazing!!! He truly cares and is very attentive. Thank you Dr for making my experience pain free and for helping me step by step get over my fear for the dentist! Definitely going to recommend my friends here!

At first my visits to this location were the same as everyone elses experience; pverall okay and I felt well cared for, but then the script got flipped and now I will never recommend this location to anyone.I will cover the two issues that were most pressing; 1. I made an appointment for a full cleaning after coming to get a mouth guard made due to grinding my teeth at night. I didnt even realize I was due for a full check up and cleaning but the receptionist brought it to my attention and so I made an appointment. On the day of my appointment the doctor came in and looked around my mouth a bit and seemed pleased with what he saw, he then instructed his dental hygienist to give me a quick cleaning and fluoride treatment, which left me confused since I was due for X-rays. After the cleaning I mentioned this to the DH and she seemed confused so she brought it up to the doctor who gave ME attitude bc it seems like the receptionist had not scheduled my exam properly, so to be clear I received dental X-rays AFTER the cleaning and was told yup no cavities, please leave. It was an uncomfortable situation and one that was not my fault, but the second issue is the one that really upsets me.2. My wife changed her dental provider to this office after I said I had had a pretty good experience (at the start), he then said she needed a root canal. She completed the root canal and TODAY a year and some change past that point my wife was told she requires a second one because the root canal completed here was done improperly. The endodontist she saw today told her that her canal was not properly filled and as a result bacteria had grown in the empty space. So now we must shell out another several hundred dollars to fix the mistake this doctor made. So yes I agree that MAYBE the basic stuff will be an easy fix here, dont expect the more major issues to be handled as well.

DREAD going to the dentist! Who doesn’t, right?? Well, I had to go and so I schedule with West LA Dental. From the moment I walked in they were courteous and friendly. I think they sensed that I was nervous and quickly helped to calm my nervousness! The paperwork to fill out wasn’t too lengthy or too complicated. And even if it was the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The staff really made a “dreading” dentist appointment into an enjoyable one, believe it or not. Will definitely continue my dental appointments here. Five stars West LA!!

Like it or not Im a going to the dentist veteran. I was born with soft teeth and had to have root canal work done on my baby teeth. So I go to the dentist and I go fairly often. My regular dentist was out of town for a while, it was time so I gave these guys a shot. They were friendly and helpful. Dr Golyad has been in the business for a while, hes got a good practice going and he knows how to be a good dentist. What really impressed me was how simple and easy it was. Good overall experience.

Had a teeth cleaning and x-ray done here. Whole process was easy and quick.Only negative things I can think of - the lobby had a very unpleasant odor when I was there, and the teeth cleaning was so, so quick that I felt less clean than at other dentists where they would take longer and be more thorough.

They’ll try to rob you. Nobody was in the office until 915 even though my apt was at 9. Guy has no bedside manner and didn’t even give me my cleaning...he had an assistant do it. I’ve had 1 cavity that needed filling in my entire life, this guy tells me I have 13 that need filling and the bill is going to be $500 out of pocket. They bought all of these reviews. Dishonest business. Went to a dentist 2 days later and they told me I only had 2 small cavities

Make an appointment here, get initial consultation, or xrays, have your teeth cleaned, all in a quick turnaround time. The staff and doctors are seasoned in the profession and kind enough to do the work that they do. Any basic services is going to be a quick and easy experience at this office.

Had some serious pain, and called them up. They had me in and out within 24 hours, no more pain, fixed the filling problem that some other dentist had caused. Gotta love location along Santa Monica Blvd. if youre a West LA person, and parking was good. I paid cash, and I was given quick service that was geared at fixing the problem and getting me out of pain. This office is a good dentist and would definitely go back (hopefully dont need to)

I cracked a tooth during a visit to Venice Beach and used Google to find a dentist. This place came up high review wise and my insurance said theyd cover me going there so I gave them a call. Lucky for me they had an opening and could take me right away. One hour later I was back with my family enjoying the beach again.One thing I really enjoyed about this visit was that the procedure was handled in a room with a view. Usually a dentist office either has no windows or the blinds are pulled because the view is of a wall. Not here. I gotta move out this way!
