I’m new to this dentist but I already know that they’re great. I had a great dental hygienist, Gerry, who works on Wednesday. Friendly and really knowledgeable. And I loved this: On pride month they had Pride dental swag bags. Friendly staff.

Dr Flynn and his staff went above and beyond for me. I was very nervous to go to a dentist I’ve never seen before and everyone at this office provided exceptional care and took the time to explain every procedure to me. They were gentle and very patient with me. X-rays easy & quick, cleaning painless and tooth polishing quick. Overall I had a very positive experience at this office. I’m so happy I found a dentist for life.

I’m not sure how they have all 5 star ratings at this office. I feel like I completely got scammed. I found Dr Flynn’s office through my insurance provider. I went for a routine check up. First red flag was on a Saturday I got there for my 8am appointment and nobody was there. We couldn’t get into his office until about 8:30-45. They came with me that I need 5 fillings, suggested a mouth guard, and said my gums need an antibiotic or something called “irrigation.” I should have known it’s a red flag when they wanted to do all the work then and there. They brought me a bill that would be $1,800 but said my insurance will cover most of it and I would only owe about $700. I only did 2 fillings that day, the irrigation, and I asked the Doctor if it can be a night guard and retainer combo. I wore my retainer for 10 years religiously and wanted my teeth to be straight. He said “yes” but In a way like what not listening. Also for the irrigation they made it seem like it’s one fee, but they charged me 4 times for it!! They said it’s $75 for each panel of my mouth. My insurance bill came and they had given me the amount that “my insurance will cover” for the irrigation, but they didn’t even bill my insurance for it!! Because they completely scammed me charging me $225 to spray some antibiotic on my gums. Fast forward to two weeks later to my next appointment. Thursday at 9am. I get there and sit in the room, doctor is nowhere to be found. Again he’s running late and gets there at 9:30. I was told by the receptionist that they need to numb me for one filling. Doctor came in and said “what? You don’t need numbing” just drilled it and it was done. I asked what happened to my night guard and retainer combo and he had his receptionist call the lab. Of course they didn’t have it. They couldn’t call me to let me know that I have an appointment but my night guard didn’t make it in time? So I come in the next morning just to pickup the night guard and it’s only a night guard!! Not a retainer combo. They also only ordered it for my top teeth and not my bottom, when they had done impressions on my top and bottom teeth. I asked the receptionist if these are retainers also and she said “no.” I tried them on and they felt tight, so I tried to be optimistic and thought maybe it is a retainer also. Nope! I woke up today with some spacing in my teeth and by the afternoon, my teeth have completely spaced out! So I paid almost $300 out of pocket for a mouth guard that I can buy at a sporting goods store for $5. Unbelievable. I will be switching dentists and I don’t suggest doctor Flynn’s office to anyone. They are just business people, not dentists.

This was my first time with Dr Flynn and team and it was really good in my experience. It was easy to make an appointment, they checked with my insurance prior so that I knew it was covered. Office is clean, modern and comfortable (as comfortable as a dentist can be. The chair had a very light massage with it which was great, very comfortable! New technology, accommodated me being pregnant and considered what was important to me. Dr Flynn and his Hygienist Jerry took there time and care to explain everything that was going on, and what they recommended and why. Prior to me doing anything they walked me through pricing including what insurance will cover. They were able to identify a few things that will help me long term that I felt were reasonable. I always think dental work outside of the cleaning is too expensive... insurance never covers much, but I have gotten pricing for the same items at past dentists that were more expensive so that gives me a little confidence that it is not unreasonable in the scheme of things. I would recommend this practice to anyone, based on my one appointment today.

I cant say Ive ever really enjoyed a trip to the dentists office, but this was a very positive experience. They were very professional and transparent about their recommendations and what I should expect. I will return.

I hadn’t had a dentist visit in over 2 years and I was scared to go back after my last experience with my previous dentist. The staff is incredibly friendly. Shaun walked me through every step of the procedure making me feel comfortable and safe. I had a chirped tooth and now I feel like I’m getting my confidence back with my new crown. Definitely looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommended.

Loved this experience! I am 39 wks pregnant and had a dental emergency on a Sunday morning - I found this clinic because it offered Sunday appointments. Dr Flynn was wonderful - very responsive and sociable. He was able to see me on a whim, as a first time patient. I highly recommend this practice.

It’s refreshing to experience genuine people who are passionate about not only what they do but also the patient’s comfort. I was greeted immediately with a warm smile, helped right away and placed in a comfortable, massaging chair, and kept in the loop every step of the way! I love the technology that allowed me to see with the Dentist everything so I could ask questions and fully understand. I recommend Dr Flynn to everyone!

My first time visiting Dr. Flynn was great! I was able to a) make the appointment via email, b) fill out the new patient / insurance forms digitally (HUGE bonus) and c) Jessica was the most patient person ever and answered all of my emails / questions in a super timely manner. The office is really cute and welcoming (ie, not sterile like most dental offices) and Dr. Flynn is very warm and friendly. Im obsessed with my teeth and always have a million questions when I go to the dentist, and Dr. Flynn answered them all. I had to get a filling and he was able to do it in the same visit (at almost every other dental office Ive been to, Ive had to make a follow-up appointment if Ive needed additional work.) Already made my next 6 month checkup appointment and referred some coworkers. :)

I hadnt been to the dentist in over 5 years. I used to hate the pain associated with cleanings or any work in my mouth. Of course, not going meant that Id have cavities, which I did once I visited Dr. Flynn. BUT the exam, fillings and cleaning were all virtually painless, he gave me great advice that I hadnt heard before and had me out of there (with fillings done on my first appt.) in less than 90 minutes. The staff is super friendly and easy going too, made the experience very pleasant. Seriously, the best. Thanks!

I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Flynn has changed that for me. First, his office is BEAUTIFUL. Its beautifully designed, warm, inviting, comfortable. I love the individual TVs that each room has -- you can watch TV while Dr. Flynn takes care of your teeth.Dr. Flynn is young, super smart, and very precise. Hes the type of doctor who explains what hes doing, your options for treatment, and how it will affect not only your dental health, but your wallet too. Ive never felt more relaxed in the dentists chair and am actually looking forward to my next cleaning!

Dr. Flynn is super friendly and warm, as is Carmela his assistant. I like how he doesn’t overdo it with unnecessary procedures/fillings and says it is ok to “watch and wait” if he feels that it is safe and reasonable to do so. The office is gorgeous and brand new. Everything is beautiful and so welcoming! They even have eos chapsticks at the front desk to take. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Shaun Flynn was referred to me by a close friend, his husband :) the amazing Chris Tye Walker:) I just relocated back to the west side after spending the last 5 years working in NYC. I needed a dentist STAT because of 2 cracked crowns and just a dentist that I would be going to from here on out and that is exactly what I found. Dr. Fynn is thorough, he makes sure that he is doing exactly what needs to be done. In two visits I a almost done with everything. No pain in administering the novocain shots and the visit didnt take long. The office is immaculate and beautiful decor. The staff is so kind and helpful I would rate more stars but until then its 5 from me and a great place to call my dental home. #EXTREMELYPLEASED

My issue with a crown coming loose was very quickly resolved allowing me to move on past the disappointment of learning my previous dentist took a shortcut with temporary cheaper solution to a long term problem....how to keep the crown in place.
