She takes her work seriously and will take the time to thoroughly ensure the work is done appropriately. I have gained a high level of trust for this office and further would like to always go here so as long I am in Southern California. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nelly. My Invisalign case was very complicated, but she still took on my case. She was very patient and always made sure that everything was looking good. Dr. Nelly did a great job on my dental implant. She is a pro.I had a nasty infection and significant bone loss caused from an old root canal that went bad. After getting the prognosis that Id need a tooth extraction and bone graft, I was reluctant to accept the news and weary of the price tag associated with it, but Dr Nelly remained patient with me and provided all the information I needed to feel comfortable with going forward. She also personally made sure I knew exactly what costs to expect with my insurance, knowing that price was a big concern for me. Its easy to see that she genuinely cares about her patients and has immense pride in her work.Everything went well with the dental implant and I am very happy with the result. The bone graft healed exactly as it was supposed to, setting up this dental implant surgery, which was quick and the pain totally manageable. She took multiple X-rays during the procedure to make sure it went in just right, and after seeing the x-rays for myself, it looked like as work of art.

I got my top front four veneers done with Dr Nelly and I love the results! She listened to what I wanted regarding shape and color, and she did an amazing job. Her receptionist was very attentive and made you feel at home. Im glad I found Dr. Nelly because not everyone knows how to do veneers. I simply cannot properly express how incredible Dr. Nelly is. Hands down the best experience Ive ever had with a dentist. Ive had problems with my teeth since having a bad experience with braces 30 years ago. My teeth were basically destroyed thanks to poor care and poor appliances. For the past 7 years, theyve gotten worse and I couldnt get proper dental care. I visited a few dentists in recent months and I finally settled on Dr. Nelly after reading the reviews. Best decision Ive made in a long time. Shes had to practically reconstruct my teeth due to all of the patch work other dentists have done. I was scared to death of the pain involved with this treatment, but I shouldnt have been. Her equipment is top of the line. Her gentle way of dealing with her patients is incredible. And her artistic ability at rebuilding teeth is incomprehensible. I would highly recommend her to any one thinking of getting any type of dental work done, at a reasonable price. Shell always do whats best and not whats the most expensive. Like I said, I cant possibly properly convey my appreciation and satisfaction with her work.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Nelly and all of the staff at Dream Smiles Dental Arts make the experience more than pleasant. Dr. Nelly is calm and patient, and along with the nitrous, my high anxiety is almost nonexistent. Equally important, she does fantastic work. I wont go anywhere else. The office is sparkling clean, and throughout the office are sounds of water fountains and soothing music. The dental chairs have electric chair massagers...it almost feels like being at a spa. Its the best dental experience Ive ever had.

*See picture*I received invisalign treatment to adjust my crooked and narrow arch teeth. My teeth also looked very small due to my gum line. I had laser gum reshaping treatment to show more of my teeth. After, I had 4 veneers done on my top 4 front teeth. My smile is unrecognizable and better than ever. I use to have pain when eating due to my small, thin and crooked teeth being gapped. Now, I can eat with no problems or pain. I also recieved whitening treatment because I had very stained teeth. Dr. Nelly is the best! I came in as a really nervous patient. She was totally understanding and gave me medicine to calm me down and allow me to have all the procedures I need without fear or discomfort.

I started out seeing Dr. Nelly for Invisalign while living in Los Angeles. Shortly thereafter, I unexpectedly received a job offer in NY. Dr. Nelly was willing to transfer my treatment to NY, but I felt comfortable with her and her practice, the price was right, and I didnt want the treatment to change hands. I moved to NY as planned and I flew back and forth to LA for the necessary check-ups. Thankfully, I was a compliant patient, I wore my aligners as prescribed, and difficulties were minimal. As I progressed, I regularly checked in with the Dr. and communicated any concerns. She was effective at working with me remotely; they even mailed me aligners when one broke.At the beginning of my treatment, I made it very clear to Dr. Nelly I did not want a fake smile, but I wanted to look like myself. She completely understood this and never tried to upsell me on fake chicklet teeth. At the end of my treatment, I decided to have some cosmetic work on my teeth and this is when I witnessed Dr. Nellys artistry. She is brilliant!I now have beautiful teeth! I left with a balanced, natural smile. My friends and family were relieved and very happy with the results. I recommend Dr. Nelly to everyone.
