Wow! Great place, great people, did not expect that. Went for advise and maybe adjustment, end-up signing for a few more appointments. Dr. Pare knows what he is doing, conversation is easy, he is a great listener so and goes above and beyond for me to understand some issues with my body.Lady at the front desk is like I know her my whole life. Also, the place is spotless and they dont kill you with the price. Worth it every penny.I am honestly totally surprised. Absolutely recommending!

Ive been going to see Bernard for chiropractic care for a couple of years now since my long-term chiropractor in the mid-Wilshire area retired. Bernard is great! Very talented and knowledgeable about body care, and a skilled adjuster. I know a lot of people only stick to their local neighborhood for something related to medicine or fitness, so if youre nearby, coming here is a no-brainer, but if youre outside the immediate area and are wondering if its worth the drive to go a few minutes more, it is. Plenty of meter parking on a part of Highland that is more open than not, but more than anything else, this is a well cared-for facility, with excellent chiropractic care. I also have seen Matt on a few occasions for amazing stretching and core work. Hes not only highly trained, but super personable and at the leading edge of therapy with his techniques. Hes also a great explainer of what were trying to accomplish with different moves, and personalizes your session to address your bodys issues.

Dr. Bernard Pare is the best chiropractor I have ever seen. His practice is absolutely inviting, clean and elegant. His bedside manner is excellent and wonderful. My family and I love him and enjoy all the amazing healing benefits of his adjustments!!!!

My S.O. went to Dr. Bernard and highly recommended him to me, since Ive had some mild sciatic discomfort lately. He has been fixing it right up! After each appointment I notice an immediate difference and I now dont have any pain (unless I do some weird pose) after only 2 sessions so far. Hes attentive and thoughtful, and I am so glad we found him! He really cares about his patients and is passionate about what he does.

I had never had chiropractic treatment before meeting Dr. Bernard Pare. I was always too nervous and worried that my injuries might get worse, but, after 5 years of dealing with chronic neck pain that conventional medicine and PT seemed unable to alter I was desperate to give chiropractic a try. As a first timer it was intense and I was a little bit scared but Dr. Pare is so kind and attentive that I very quickly felt at ease and in expert hands. The effects of the treatment were immediate and now after several treatments Im having days where Im experiencing no pain at all which I havent felt in over 5 years. Its been an incredible transformation and Im so grateful to have found the right healer for me. Im now a believer in chiropractic and the magical work of Dr. Pare.

I had never been to a chiropractor before, but a niggling shoulder pain and a glowing recommendation from a friend, led me to Chiromotion. Any fears I had were instantly put to rest by Dr Pare’s kind manner and extensive knowledge. He explained everything clearly, was patient, and thorough. After just two visits I’m feeling so much better, and ready for more!

I had a terribly shocking thing happen whereby I coughed so hard that a vertebrae slipped out of place which caused my rib cage to fling itself out of position…which led to searing pain and muscles spasms. I emailed Bernie on a Monday-knowing it was his day off but wanting to schedule something for the Tuesday-Bernie contacted me almost immediately and came in to the office on his day off to treat me. As Bernie is my only experience of a chiropractor I had nothing to compare my experience to until recently when a friend of mine said that his chiropractor just adjusted and that was it. Bernie takes his time, examines what the issue is, then treats accordingly. He has treated me with a machine (sorry I cant remember the name of it) which relaxes the muscles for 10mins or so before he adjusts. Then sometimes he has used another machine (again don’t know the name) after adjusting. He has given me an ice pack, a noodle (I think thats what the foam tube thing is called) to take home to help with my treatment. His sessions are thorough and his advice extremely helpful. It has taken me 4 weeks to be almost 100% better and at the beginning of my treatment I had fallen into a pit of despair, thinking I would never be able to move without pain again and Bernie repeated that yes I would get better. Sometimes it can feel so isolating and lonely dealing with chronic pain and it can be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, Bernie goes on the healing journey with you and gives you hope! Mentally as well as physically that you will heal. I’m extremely grateful that his practice was recommended to me a few years ago when I had sustained a couple of car accidents. I cannot recommend his services highly enough. Truly a diamond in the healing world.

Highly recommend! The office and the staff are as friendly as they are professional. I have been suffering from back pain for almost a year and have been to another chiropractor but haven’t found relief until Dr. Pare. I went from barely being able to stand up straight to full movement. They are thorough and trustworthy. I’ll be back for sure.

My experience with Matt has been transformational. He is extremely passionate about what he does, really knowledgable about how the muscles in the body work together and very adept at listening to questions and concerns. His careful guidance, training and massage has unlocked and released years of tension. He created a series of movements and postures specifically for me that were at first guided, then taught to me so I could do them on my own. I now use his brilliant, user-friendly daily practice anywhere I go with a few simple tools that continues to enhance my flexibility, balance and strength. I am SO impressed with Bernard and this facility. I had been dealing with daily pain in my lower back for years and after one visit, I felt completely new. There is no better way to describe it. In a matter of minutes, Bernard had found exactly where my problems were stemming from (even pointing out a couple problem spots I didn’t realize “weren’t normal”).I’d always been a little afraid of the cracking part, but I felt very safe in his hands. And afterwards, it was as though 10 lbs were lifted off of me. And the amazing thing is that it’s lasted. I don’t feel like I have to be tentative in my movements anymore, and that had been my norm for so long. Truly life-changing.I’m very happy to have found Bernard and this place. Just wish I’d done it sooner!

I had been suffering from debilitating, terrible headaches for over a year, which had gotten to the point of taking extra strength ibuprofen almost daily just to function (and even then, it didnt always work). I looked for chiropractic care in my area, and found Dr. Paré. The Chiromotion office is beautiful, calming, and inviting, and I found the doctor to be extremely kind, knowledgeable, and caring. After my first adjustment, I went home and passed out for 3 hours, the relief was so immediate and intense. After a few more adjustments, I find myself almost completely headache free. HIGHLY recommended.

I have been to a few chiropractors in my day... none like Here. His professionalism is next to none, and he is a very sincere, kind man. The icing on the cake is he is crazy good. I never knew my back could crack like it did. Insanely loud. Many many times. All over the place. Like I said, I’ve been to a few chiropractors before. He is a master of his kraft and I highly recommend him. I feel like I stand taller and and I’m a better mood when I leave. Probably because the pain is gone lol. After my 3rd visit I even bought my friend 1 session. That’s how much I recommend him.

Chiromotion is the first chiropractic clinic that I have ever been to, and after my first visit was immediately convinced on the benefits of going to one. Dr.Pare is an extremely professional and knowledgable chiropractic that had a substantial answer to any of my questions/concerns. Everytime I leave my appointment I feel like I have a better grasp on my posture and health.After Ive been experiencing a sharp pain in my chest for almost a year, Dr.Pare immediately tracked down the problem, treated it, and gave me exercises to follow-up with. I had my first session with Dr. Paré and he was everything you want in a chiropractor, plus he is more like an occupational/physical therapist and masseuse all in one. It is clear that he is extremely knowledgeable and humble in his practice . He was able to accommodate my emergency visit as I had a trip scheduled the following day. He also was very good at telling me about all of the services his facility offered without selling. As for what he actually did for me, he did some adjustments for a pinched nerve in my neck that is common for people that work at a desk on a computer for living. He found the troubled areas without me having to point them out and treated them with expert precision. Ahhmazing results! Also, his offices are modern and clean! He is real PRO! How many chiropractic offices have someone that has so many skills, plus a partner that is a personal fitness/yoga teacher on site to take care of all your bodies ailments..
