Entire staff is cheerful and very knowledgeable. Beautiful store inside. Lots of parking. Barely a mile from home. Lots of product. Sometimes has fabulous deals, and you better get there fast when theres a time limit.

The High Note is a great dispensary with affordable prices, lovely staff, and stunning interior design. The waiting room is cozy and once you’re past the secret door which is disguised as a bookcase, the eye candy really begins. The cannabis room is spacious with rustic decor and fairly priced pre rolls. The only complaint I have is that I couldnt figure out how to open the sealed black bag they gave me, but that was nothing a pair of scissors couldnt handle. I was (pleasantly) surprised to find such a nice dispensary in East LA, and Ill definitely be returning once Im in the area again!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Everything is well organized, super clean, no strong odor, like a high end boutique. Kinda reminds me of a log cabin or ski lodge. They were playing The Pharcyde Passin Me By when I walked in, I knew this was my new spot

I’ve gone to the high note a good 10 times. 5 of those I’ve been paying with card. I started noticing my bank statements and realized they have been ripping me off. They say then round up to the nearest 5 but I’ve been getting round up to the nearest 10 these past 5 times. They charge me a 3 dollar fee which I’m fine with by using my card but then a day or two later I get another 3 dollar charge from the same location not my bank. I went today and had enough and spoke up, I tried to explain but the person behind the counter wouldn’t listen to me and spoke down to me. This is a flower shop, I don’t feel welcomed here.

Super helpful staff. The building is also nice. They sell out of some products fast i have yet to be able to get the original things i want on a single visit but still worth it.

Nice place! Feels fancy but not much selection on edibles. The one I saw on display was out so had to go with other options.

The facility is very impressive. They have lots of products. But the girl behind the counter can kill any mojo you may have. Rude and unhelpful. She really belongs in the back stocking products and not be allowed to interface with customers. Being nice is obviously not in her DNA.

They have a mission. Never to exchange or return any defective accessories without the maximum amount of greif given to the buyer. Then still no return or exchange for said items.I can tell even employees thought this practice was unfair and silly. Otherwise, friendly staff. Very clean and upscale place, feels very cozy.DONT Buy anything here that have any moving parts or batteries. Everything else should be fine.

Oh my goodness how I cant begin to praise this location. There is plenty of parking. The location is conveniently by the 710. The location is very clean and the staff is super friendly. I loved the prices. They take cash and debit cards but not yet contactless pay. I highly recommend you stop by!

Great product and knowledgable budtenders. Amazing first time patient deals with ongoing specials. Our budtender Ari took her time showing me product, answering various questions I had regarding her personal preferences. Honestly this was one of these best experiences Ive had in a while.

Went about 8:00 p.m. No line. Basic vape pen prices. Decent quality. Appreciated the healthcare worker discount of 10%.

Had a hidden tax which made me think it was good until purchase... tooooo pricey & ehhh service, 1st visit didnt make me feel happy after the experience

I was very stoked when I first came here. It’s very clean and decorated nicely, however the security guards are waaaayyyy nicer and more welcoming than the female bud tenders - not helpful at all. Lastly, they are over priced and no longer show all of your cost on the receipt. Guess people stop coming in when they saw how much they were really paying. Prices look good but after all the taxes it’s a total rip off.... I really wanted to like this place!

Love this shop. The parking lot is huge, always tons of parking. There are several security guards keeping the staff and patrons safe. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. 5/5 would (and have) recommended this dispensary to family and friends.

Sure the taxes at these legitimate places are high (lol) but I feel much better about the cartridges I get here since youre less likely to encounter fake or diluted ones.This place really is the classiest shop Ive ever walked into. From the secret bookcase entrance to the gorgeous display tables with all of the product laid out for you to inspect, it feels like some place Id take my mom or dad.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they respect your price range, and they dont pressure you to choose the pricier items. Overall a great experience!

This is one of the coolest smoke shops you can visit. You enter through a bookshelf! That is also a door obsly. Sadly no dab bar because they are CA law complient. ***SCAM. The girl who helped me was rude and misquoted my price. Mind you I had an online order to pick up. So she had very little to do to complete this transaction. She was extremely unhelpful and couldnt care less about me being there. Also they have this scam and try and charge you 35% tax! Ive been to 20 other dispensaries who charge no more than 10%. Theyre trying to rip you off!! Literally go any place else. Any. Ive worked in the cannabis industry for many years. Trust me this place is scary.

My second visit ended on a high note as well. Very pleased with my experience. I felt very safe. Nothing but good vibes all around. After checking in, the receptionist sends you to a book shelf where u push on a certain book that opens the door to a whole new world. Once in, everything is on display and in sections and categories. Lots of info booklets and freebies( stickers and pins & cards) very well organization of the products. The purchase counter was fast and easy. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Plus 1st,2nd,3rd time customers get percentage off. Friend Referral gets discount as well. Outstanding, friendly and incredibly helpful staff. I have multiple chronic illnesses and theyve helped me to find what will help with flare ups and symptoms. Astounding selection as well! Very clean!!security is also very friendly!

The highest class dispensary Ive ever been to. You even walk through a bookcase to the showroom. The amount and diversity of their products is immense. I highly recommend it to anybody looking for high quality product at a reasonable price.

This is probably one of the nicest and most composed facilities that I have been to in California! The staff was nice and super helpful. Be sure to take advantage of the various discounts that applies to you, for example it was my first visit and I am a student at CSULA. I was able to get a discount for each qualification and will definitely be returning in the near future!

I was pleasantly surprised with the store. Very polite staff, reception was warm and friendly, the budtender that helped me was polite, nice, and extremely informative, security was also polite and nice even when I was informed that cell phone use is prohibited within the building. This place is very legit. Great to know what youre actually getting.. There are high city and state taxes but they have so many specials and ways to save, that it almost always negates the taxes- or better.

First time visiting the store, and definitely it will not be my last. For people like me who are out of the loop in Marijuana 101, the staff here (Mariah) was very nice and knowledgeable. She didnt pressure me into buying things I didnt need and she was able to assist me with questions I had brought with me and questions that came up. I kinda was bummed out that they didnt have stock of the product I was intentionally there for, but through just chatting and getting to know more of some of the other products, I still made a comfortable purchase.
